I called several electricians before calling Mr. Sparky and they were the only company to follow through with an appointment. Not only that, but they got me on the schedule quickly, and then called the day before to see if I would like an appointment even sooner.We had several outlets that were not working, due to two separate issues. They were able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. They were both professional and dependable. Glad I called and would recommend to anyone.

Tim was wonderful. After being stood up by several other electrical companies, Tim not only guaranteed they wouldn’t stand us up but would be on time for their appointment. Allen came out to add 17 can lighting, relocate a ceiling fan, & remove 5 light fixtures. The new can lighting is perfect. Will be using Carolina Electric Pro’s again in the future.

What can I say about this company. It was a breeze to make an appointment w Viva electric. The young lady who makes the appointments was very polite, courteous, and professional. Jon the technician was that and more. He came promptly with a big smile. Made me feel comfortable instantly. He took a look around and fixed the problem within mins. I was so happy and relieved that I wouldn’t be breaking the bank as assumed. He was friendly, personable, professional and just all around a very nice man. Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it.

We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

I had an exterior outlet moved and replaced in my backyard. Julie was very helpful and communicated the appointments with me. Jose was awesome and did a great job!

Ted and Richie took down an old chandelier and installed a new one. There was no way I could do it since it was in a 2 story hallway. They were terrific and friendly. They were done in 40 minutes and worth every penny. I highly recommend them. - Lou C.

KG3 was very cooperative and courteus. They were forthright in explaining the job. Their price was very competitive. Some other contractors, because of their brand name, marked up the price by 5x. KG3 completed the job expertly, quickly and economically. A growth edge could be replacing items in my garage to their proper place and be a little neater with caulking around the new outlet. I will use them again!

Peter came out and did two ceiling fan installs for me. Great work and was fast.
