Brandon showed me the safety inspection report, reviewed the problem areas that he found and answered my questions. We discussed and he changed out an electrical box along with several other items that needed attention. He did an excellent job and was also able to work around my schedule. Would recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Dominique enough! He was outstanding. Worked tirelessly for many hours with his helper to make our basement just perfect. He was timely, efficient and a true professional. Communication both before the job and during was impeccable. He is amazing!

Jesse is very quick to respond and easy to work with. He came over to do a free estimate the same day we contacted him regarding the job and answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to get the job done quickly. He cleaned up after himself when finished and we are very happy with how easy the entire process was! Tom came by and repaired our meter the. Same day we called! I called several companies and got voicemail or no answer at all. Tom answered the phone gave me a good idea of what it might cost. He came out at 3pm as scheduled and by 5 pm we had power. He fit us in the same day and the cost was very reasonable. I highly reccomend Tom and Providence Electric. They are definitely my electricians for all future work I might need. Top notch!

Had a safety inspection completed over 3 weeks ago. Arranged with the appointment scheduler to meet our realtor on site to let them electrician in, gave the scheduler realtors phone number and was given a window for their arrival. The electrician was almost 2 hours late and didn’t have realtors contact information that was given to scheduler to communicate with. After the inspection, I Was told we’d have report within 3 business days. I called a total of 11 times over the course of these 3 weeks trying to get this report. During those calls, I was directed to different people to help each time, gave my phone number and email multiple times for follow up and wasted so much time on hold only to have to continue to call a few days later as I was never followed up with. I understand everyone is busy right now…but to get this runaround for over 3 weeks to only receive a report with 4 items on it is an unacceptable timeline and unacceptable customer service. We didn’t receive the report back in time before our due diligence period ended for our house purchase. We will certainly NOT be using Bates to make these repairs and would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.
