I have a home built in 1950 with some electric work that is strange but they were able to find out the problem very quick. The guys were very personable while also being professional.

Called to make a Saturday appt lady that took call said no problem trip charge $27 they called me Saturday morning left message sorry we made an error we don’t do Saturday appts called them back leave message they call me back they said ok we will come out but the trip charge will be $145 ?. Person that took the call knew nothing about installing landscape lights had to keep putting me on hold when I asked her simple questions I can’t believe this company is in business and your trip charges are ridiculous a big rip off

Bobby with Livewire was amazing! He answered my initial call right away, quoted a price on the spot, and followed through. He kept me updated via text about his arrival time and completed the work very quick! He was an excellent value. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done in Charlotte!

very responsive, cost effective and professional team

We had Steven from Viva Electric come out to install new light fixtures and run some Cat5 cable throughout the home. He was quick, sufficient and super pleasant to work with. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be more pleased. Would recommend them and will use them again myself.

Aj and Garry came to our home to fix what our contractor messed up. I knew our contractor had done some shotty work. I just didn’t know how bad it was till they started tearing up drywall. They fixed it all and showed me what they did was up to code. Super friendly. Very patient. I highly recommend.

AT&Twas tearing up my yard to put lines in when they broke the water main in front of my home. Once it was fixed, I had two toilets and a faucet that would not work. Joel Dellinger with Roby Services Plumbing was called in around 5:00 pm to fix them. He was such a joy! He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed them in no time at all. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I need any plumbing work completed in the future, I will definitely request Joel!!?????

Tom is now my wife and I’s new go to electrician! After 3 days of no heat and waiting for our home warranty company to locate a contractor to fix the issue, we were facing another 4 days with no heat. After going back and forth with our home warranty company they approved for us to use an outside contractor of our choice. Being our first time dealing with an issue like this we luckily found Tom online and I can’t tell you how very delighted we are that we did! After explaining what was going on and how we were facing 4 more days without heat, he wasted no time to come out late into the evening after his work day was done just fix the issue! He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and got the job done in no time. His prices, even on short notice, were very reasonable for what the job was. We will be contracting Tom again soon for some projects we have planned for the future. Highly recommended.
