My outdoor fixtures are so much more convenient to use, and the new wiring made everything perfect with the out building. Called to have electrician come and install wiring for hotub. Made appointment for 10am and it was a no show. Called at 11:00and still no show. Went with another company that appreciate my time and business. Will not recommend or EVER use.

Spoke with Corey who scheduled someone to come out on a Thursday to look at a minor outlet installation. No one ever showed up. Never received a phone call to reschedule or cancel. Very unprofessional.

Shaun set up a transfer switch on our well pump so we can hook a generator up to it when we lose power. Only took about an hour to set the whole thing up. He was very professional and gave me multiple options on what we could do, even one that the power company would have do bypassing him completely. I knew then he was a good guy. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing electrical repairs because I'll be using him going forward.

We had our dual air conditioning systems replaced last month by Progressive Service. The whole experience -- from our first call for an evaluation to find out why our power bill was way up, through the installation and even a service call -- has been fantastic. Responsiveness was very fast, I think one day for the evaluator (William Taylor) to come out after my call. He was straightforward and honest in his report, including several pictures of the bad news with our old systems. The sales rep (Darryl Boswell) was here the day after that, and gave us a great education on the different systems we could choose, benefits of each, and the cost. His 25+ years of experience, and how long he's been with Progressive, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence in both his advice and the company. And the final installation was done about 2 weeks after we ordered, and took two installers two full days. Communication was excellent, the installers were super friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. Justin is the BEST! They put down protective cloths on the floors and stairs so as not to damage anything (pics attached). And when we had a problem with the units going into reverse defrost mode and blowing cold air into the house, we hade Justin out again the very same day that I called. Just a great experience overall.
