I had a leaking drain pipe that was dripping into my crawlspace. Angelo came out and quickly found the leak and later fixed it. Great company and amazing technicians. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, a real class act. The office staff are very nice and do an amazing job keeping you updated during the entire process. I will definitely use 2 Son's Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and Dave showed up on time and he was awesome! When we needed our Heating and Air Conditioning replaced because it could no longer be repaired, we obtained multiple bids from multiple contractors. I've been dragging my feet on getting my shower leak fixed since I got ripped off by another local plumber a while back. They had told me that my shower was too old and couldn't be fixed because the cartridge couldn't be found. I had to pay them $200 for this information and since then, I figured any plumber would have the same issue and I found INSANE ways to deal with the leak while I looked into a remodel.Until recently when the leak got 10 times worse.2 Sons Plumbing sent over Chase and he fixed the leak within an hour. He was so nice and up front about everything that he was doing and the possible ways that the solution could go and how much it could cost. It was such a night and day difference between my experience with the previous plumber. I really like the way that he set cost and process expectations with me and then followed through on them. He also checked out another noise in the wall for me and confirmed that it was nothing to worry about. I started my day wanting to throw up envisioning a $10k+ cost situation and ended up paying only a fraction of that for a completely leak free shower.My go-to plumbers going forward!

I would recommend to a friend.I have used 2 Sons multiple times over the last 4 years and every time it has been a pleasure to work with them.However just in the last 6 months I had a situation that I had to write a review and sing their praises. I have an aging father in law that I care for and in June 2022 his bathroom flooded. I had 2 Sons come out and help repair the issue and install a new toilet. Just 2 months later the toilet failed. I wont go into full details, but they and I spent about 6 months trouble shooting the issue. The whole time they were professional, courteous and understanding, even if my father in law may not have been.I feel like we have worked with every tech at 2 Sons and they have all been great. We will miss Steve as he got along with my father in law the most.Thank you, thank you, thank you, for helping me get to the bottom of this issue. :-)

Calling a plumber is a tough thing to do, first thought how much cost. I call 2 Sons for the first time and happy I did. They return contact right away and had appointment the next day. Today my leak was fixed and I am a happy person. Alex was great, friendly, he explained everything to us. 2 Sons has financial service with them, got approved right away. The appraisal and repair done on the same day. Alex should have five stars of his own, he did a great job. Thank you Alex and 2 Sons plumbing making our day.

This is the 3rd time working with 2 Sons and each time has been a very good experience. Good equipment, rigs, and people. The guys that have been out are very respectful and easy to talk to. Communicate very well. Tracking app for your assigned technician is nice to see so everyone can show up at the same time and you aren’t left wondering. Great for multiple properties.

Called 2 Sons to get a quote for a plumbing issue I didn’t know I had, they were able to fit me in the next day. Davie was a great technician. Professional. On time. Polite. I had as great an experience as it could be with a plumbing issue! Friendly and knowledgeable techs. Also, the supporting office staff kept me informed. And the app that showed the photo of my plumber and his name, and tracking of his location on the way to my home, gave me a real sense of security.

Dave and Corey from 2 Sons Plumbing came out to do a sewer scope for us. They did a great job of showing us the situation and of explaining their estimate. While they were at the house, they went above and beyond by taking a look at a broken lawn irrigation pipe for us. They also noticed some water damage that we'd been putting off dealing with. After taking a look and determining it wasn't something they could take care of, they encouraged us to indeed address it sooner rather than later and offered a referral. Both Dave and Cory were personable and very easy to talk to. This was a very good experience, and their help was very much appreciated.

The technicians at 2 Sons are fantastic. They price out their own jobs so you’re never dealing with salesmen. My house needed 5 splits and they did the work ultra fast and for an incredibly low price. They even rearranged their schedule to get my job done asap so we wouldn’t have to freeze or spend a week in a hotel. Also and most importantly, they are super nice people. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent response time on a weekend call. Attention to detail in identifying and replacing worn under-sink drain parts. The cost of the work was more than the simple drain unclog we expected, but so was the level of comfort knowing the parts they replaced will help solve future problems with the kitchen sink for many years. My 87-year old mother, for whom this work was done, was very happy to have it resolved quickly and professionally. I was happy with the quick response time and both pre-visit contacts and post-visit follow ups. I would use this service again.

I needed my septic tank pumped but I had no idea where it was or what I even needed to do for them to do the job. My technician Paul was AMAZING! He wS very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me locate the tank, educated me on the process and put up with all my stupid questions with patience and poise. I will definitely call them next time I need any service they provide!

Angelo replaced a frost free hose bib in our backyard quickly and proficiently. It was not an entirely straight forward job. I appreciated his detailed explanations and price adjustments when elements of the job weren't as complicated as anticipated.Separately Two Sons has replaced a water line and performed an epoxy injection to extend the life of our sewer line. Both big jobs and handled well. The work is expensive however in all cases Two Sons was cheaper and faster than the competition.

Had Davie come by to troubleshoot a water tank noise. Completely professional, fast, and top notch quality. I will contact 2 Sons with any and all my plumbing needs! And so should you!

I really appreciated that they told me ahead of time who my technician was and even sent a picture. My technician was professional, courteous and efficient. We have a 70 year old home with two bathrooms-one on top of the other floor. The tub upstairs was not draining and was acting like that for a number of years. After coming by in past years to help drain it, this time David and crew decided they needed to inspect the piping. They found an extremely rusted pipe in our ceiling which could have very soon burst and drenched our walls completely! They fixed everything and did a perfect job! We'll use 2Sons forever.

I had a leak buried in my walls somewhere and had to turn off our water supply. I called at 5 pm and had Steven arrive by noon the next day. My outdoor faucet was leaking because of the winter freeze. They were really good fast and professional. Replaced the outdoor faucet in around 1 hour.

Elijah, Came out to my residence and did a phenomenal job. My sink and my bathtub were clogged up. Elijah unclog them and put a shower head in my shower. Elijah fixed everything within a half an hour. The communication from the office to Elijah was very professional. Great experience! I have an old house with old pipes and I needed help when a small repair I attempted uncovered a bigger issue. I received excellent service, on time, and very friendly and professional. Very happy with my bathroom and kitchen faucet installation and new piping.

Their estimate was 40% higher than what I paid elsewhere. They also billed me twice for their visit.Got an answer from the owner saying I'm not being honest with my review. First of all, 2 Sons did charge me for the visit (twice). I'm still waiting for a refund and disputed the duplicate charge with my bank. Second, the estimate was not for a faucet, was for a water heater. I don't know where you got the wrong information. You should be more involved in the day to day aspect of your business and be aware of what's going on, before calling me dishonest!!!

6 months ago, I needed a sewer line replacement that I thought would be expensive to fix. Having called 3 other plumbing contractors who quoted me exorbitantly for the job, I decided to call up 2 Sons. And I couldnt have made a better decision. I called them 9ish and Angelo and Chase were sent in by manager Derek by noon. Given my remote location, this was SUPER early! They were knowledgeable and explained the issue to me in detail. I called with a couple items to be looked at which included adding an outside hose bib to the house. Within three hours Steve arrived, evaluated my issues, provided DYI ideas for a couple of my items and had the outside hose bib installed. Steve was very pleasant to deal with.

New HVAC installation. This was a fantastic upgrade and improvement to my home. There was a small delay in the installation due to volume. The wait was worth it. The team that were assigned to remove and install the new gutters was efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and left with everything in tip top shape. The new gutters look fantastic.

Water was leaking when one of the toilets was flushed. Both toilets were taken out, one replaced, other replumbed. The waste water system from the toilets was redone. It was a hard job as the building of my house (over 60 years ago) loved nails and putting pipes in tight places. It's fixed!!! I am happy!! The basement is dry!!! Plus my new toilet is so nice and clean.

2 Sons plumbing was hired over a year ago to do repairs on a manufactured home we purchased. We are still finding.problems from their work. Cold water was hot, plumbing was inferior and now we just found the main shut off we had installed to the house failed. 1800 gallons of water is in the crawl space. Do not hire this company.

I've now used 2 Sons Plumbing for two of our home's problems. I highly recommend their business after my experience. For the first visit, we had several sinks that were leaking with faucets and stoppers unfunctional. I thought I had to replace all of them with new faucets (expensive). 2 Sons Plumbing helped me realize the faucets I had were great but they had to be cleaned out with parts tightened/fixed based on the original home builder's not so great installation. Within 45 minutes, all of the sinks were fixed, working at a way more reasonable cost than replacement. For the second visit, Tyler K was our assigned specialist, and he quickly fixed our downstairs sink that ran into he same problems as upstairs. He also helped us to realize the bad state and danger of our Water Heater that hadn't been maintained for 11 years and needed replacement. He took the time to educate me on water heaters, show the problems (with photos that I have now), and helped me to get the water heater replaced same day at a very reasonable cost and high quality. He had the whole system replaced with pipes cleaned up and remounted in less than a few hours. We now have a higher quality system with better output than ever before. Tyler K. is awesome, and I'm now a very loyal 2 Sons Plumbing customer!

Tony did such a great job the first time around that I requested him for a 2nd job at another property. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I don't trust any other technician except for Tony now; I've used 3-4 other local companies in the past and they were all horrible, dishonest and didn't do a complete job Those other experiences don't even compare to Tony's knowledge and professionalism. He's the absolute best and I'm extremely happy with him. Also, 2 Sons front office do an excellent job of following up on their technicians estimated arrival time, if they are running late, etc. They are also extremely prompt and professional.

Had a burst pipe that was flooding the basement! Gave us a 4hour window following Monday and the work was complete within an hour. The quote was more expensive than I thought for a one hour job. They charge flat rate though, so mine may have been an exception.Very professional and helpful technician (Joe). Gave tips for next time and also helped me talk through a future renovation project. Conal not only found the item, was able to get the installation information from the company in this odd unit, and then was diligent in keeping me informed and updated as we progressed through this work. Called them because we got a notice from the water company they believed we had a leak on our property. They were able to get Tim out next day to start the process of identifying and fixing it. What impressed me the most though was they gave me the contact of a line scanning company to work with directly so I could find and dig out the pipe myself to save some money (new homeowner budget). Then once I found it, Tim came back and made all the needed repairs within two hours! Hopefully I wont be calling them back any time soon personally, but would definitely recommend!

Tony and his crew came to help within hours, they worked until the leak was stable- he found mold, he called an abatement team who also came quickly and removed the mold. Tony and his team returned immediately to finish their work and kept me informed the entire time. They were also helpful in recommending a contractor who could come repair the drywall and flooring. I didn't expect them to be able to repair it right then and there, but they were able to and I am very grateful - we were down a tub/shower in our house for over a week while I tried to locate someone. John was AWESOME! He ended up having to come out 3 times due to technical difficulties on my end but wasn’t phased at all by it! We ran into several hiccups on installation day and he ended up having to stay 3 hours past his window but was super nice and in good spirits the whole time! He only charged us his initial cost estimate even though it ended up being a whole lot of extra work! I can’t express how thankful we are for John and 2 Sons Plumbing! We had the great misfortune a leak in our main water line 6+ feet below our paved driveway. We got multiple bids and Davey's bid at 2 Sons was the lowest (by far). We also felt better that we weren't getting taken advantage of because Davey shared that 2 Sons does not work on commission. We had a great experience with these guys. We had a non-emergency hosepipe problem.Pros: They were able to come out the next day. They came early in the 4-hour window. Our tech was very helpful and professional throughout. We got an estimate, which we agreed to, and he started work on the spot, finishing in about half an hour. There was no additional fee just to come out and take a look, which many plumbers charge. The quality of the work looks great. The tech wore a mask when indoors.Cons: The tech had to cut into the drywall, but wouldn't do a drywall repair after. He was up front about this, so it wasn't a surprise. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have had that included. Also, the price seemed steep ($750) for such a short, simple job with just a few parts. I would say the job was extremely routine, and didn't require a high degree of skill or expensive parts. However, I'm willing to allow that this is the going rate for such things in Seattle, and it's hard to argue with good, fast service.So in the end, the pros heavily outweighed the cons. If money is tight, it's probably worth getting some more estimates, though.

Originally wanted to switch to a Tankless hot water heater. Tyler gave us all the different options of hot water heaters and estimates for what work to solve our shortage of hot water. He was very knowledgeable, unbiased just gave us all the information for us to make the best decision. He installed a brand new regular water heater with mixing valve and did a great job. Tyler was Professional, cleaned up after himself, respectful and answered all our questions and showed us how to care for the tank.reasonably priced too! I would use them again for sure!

Sewer issues arose during an inspection when our home was listed for sale and we needed repairs done quickly and at a fair price. 2 Sons Plumbing responded immediately and worked with me to get the work done in time for closing. I had a great experience with Tyler. We had a prior sewer inspection, and at the time the recommendation I received was to schedule a hydro jetting appointment. When Tyler came to survey and inspect the situation, he quickly realized that there are no external cleanout that can be used to do a hydro jet. Instead, Tyler very patiently ran his camera through our pipe, replacing a multi-decade old brass cap in the process, then identified and located root intrusion in a segment of concrete pipe. Tyler was very professional and patient with my questions the entire time.

Joey came fully prepared and provided A 1 service and attention to detail. I needed a plumber same day to prepare a water valve for our new fridge. Joey was very detailed even double checking if our new refrigerator needed a different kind of water line hookup. He caught that it did before completing the new Valve unit. Most plumbers wouldn't have even thought to check out what the new appliance required. It's not technically their job to know especially since we purchased the fridge from Home Depot.This to me is was him providing top tier service and going above and beyond. The shut off valve to my dishwasher was corroded and would not turn off. I could not have my new dishwasher installed this morning because of it. I called 2 Son's and they were here within an hour and had it replaced in 30mins. Because of the quick response and repair I am able to have the dishwasher installers come back out today. They will be installing my dishwasher this afternoon instead of a week from now. A huge thank you to Anthony for your help! I will be using you all again.

We were able to get a same day appointment for a major sink drain blockage. In the four hour window, office called to let us know we were next in line for service and then again when they were 15 minutes away. Tyler was fast, but thorough. He also took the time to explain our plumbing problem and ways to maintain the old pipe line to prevent future blockage. Highly recommend this company and Tyler!.

We had our house repiped with PEX (galvanized pipe pulled) and a leaking shower drain replaced with 2 Sons Plumbing. We had four quotes done and their pricing was within the range for the Seattle market for 3bath + kitchen. Joey, our plumber, was great to work with. He was communicative, friendly, responsive to our questions, problem solved with us when issues came up and went above and beyond to finish the job to our satisfaction. Beth at the office was wonderful. Other office interactions were a bit less satisfying, but overall, the company was very quick to respond by phone and email and showed up on time for the time - a big plus in today's market. I would definitely recommend Joey's work. The repipe is neat, up to code and he left a clean job site. The only issue that came up was that more floor protection was needed when one of the plumbing assistants was pulling the galvanized pipe (some dirty water stained a small section of our unsealed wood floor and I had to sand it out) so I would suggest confirming the prep work with the plumber.

They try to assign the same plumber every time for your house. The plumber I worked with was Andy and he is excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and nice to work with. Tony gave me advice about connections to the hot water heater, the necessity of finding the location of our water meter, and the purchase of water alarms (which I am going to buy, as are my sons for their condos). I appreciated learning about these details. Incidentally, the water meter was found quite far from the road, covered with dirt, ferns, ivy, and fir needles, not even visible as the forest had all but obliterated it! 2 Sons was INCREDIBLE. We had a hosebib crack due to the recent frost in Seattle, and called several plumbers for quotes. 2 Sons was not only comparable to the other quotes, but our technician Tyler was the only one who took measurements and assessed the surrounding area. The other companies’ technicians merely glanced at the bib and were on their way - they didn’t spend any time truly assessing the issue. When it was time to actually perform the maintenance, Tyler was friendly, respectful, and incredibly clean. He gave us practical advice such as how to reduce the chances of another frost crack in the future, as well as recommending that we keep all the materials in case we ran into any issues with insurance. On his way out, he even checked the pressure in our other hosebibs to make sure that they hadn’t cracked as well. All in all, amazing service, and will definitely call on 2 Sons as our go-to plumber in the future.

Tyler was incredible! We'd had a recurring problem over the course of the last 8 months, this was the third plumber that we'd called. The previous services cleared our blockage, but neglected to identify the problem. Tyler gave us a narrated video of the main line and the numerous places that were a problem. Milton came and saved us from a kitchen disaster. The original drain pipe in our 50 year old house was leaking. He worked diligently to do an excellent repair on an old system where the drain pieces required a lot of adjustment and realignment. He did a great job and I appreciate him doing such a good job.

I was very happy with the first 2 jobs that 2 Sins did for me. But they're estimate for a 3rd, very easy job, was sky high. After watching a YouTube video I was able to complete the project in under an hour for $50 in parts. They wanted to charge me over $900! The same thing occurred when my parents ask them for a bid for an emergency water leak. First they wanted to canceled on them at 4:30 on a Friday and said they could be be there Monday. My parents have livestock at their house so that was unacceptable. They managed to come out the next day but charged to them over $850 for a 30 minute fix. I will definitely shop around for my next plumbing job.

Outstanding! When your water heater starts to leak you're sort of at the mercy of the first person to answer the phone. I'm sure glad they did because 2 Sons sent someone out the very next day and to my surprise the tech said he'd run to the supply house and be back in an hour to replace the water heater. My Mom, who is in her late 70s, had a leak under her sink. They came out and replaced her garbage disposal, then the drain wasn’t working. It worked before the installation. The plumber knew it was now not working and she was told not to use the disposal, and to get Green Gobbler to Dr log her drain. He also forgot to leave her the warranty/paperwork for the new disposal. He did attempt to see why it wasn’t draining but couldn’t figure it out. Her & I got the Green Gobbler which luckily I did for her because she has Asthma so bad that the fumes from this were so potent we had vacate the house for some time and she had an Asthma attack. Needless to say this did not work. They say there will be another charge to have someone out to fix the drain. So my Mom currently does not have a kitchen sink after paying $1300. $870 for the disposal and $380 for the sink strainer, lol. The leak was fixed so that was great but the customer service experience was very poor.

This is the second time I’ve used this company and they are THE BEST at diagnosing problems. Twice they have been the plumber out of 3 bids to not just give me a quote but to dig deeper on the issue and give me the background I needed to make a good decision. Mike and Tyler are excellent plumbers (along with the other staff)and I can’t recommend this company enough. I trust them and think they do excellent work.

On 3/29/2022 2 Sons Plumbing came out to install a new disposal as mine was leaking. My sink was working at the time. He replaced the disposal and some other items but my sink was not working when he left. They wanted to come back for another fee. I wasn’t willing to do that as I felt they should do that without charging me. Ultimately they did return and cleared the drain for no charge. I have used them twice before and would use them again. Water heater was replaced on schedule, for the estimated price, without issues, and is working well. The water heater was installed without issue, and Elliot was friendly and super knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. I so appreciated everything! Hired 2 Sons to replace our pipes (old galvanized to plex) and water heater. Joey was so friendly, fast, and did great work. Communicated with us throughout the process to get our approval on things that came up (several unanticipated issues from poor work by previous plumbers or DIYers). We had to replace watermain unexpectedly and he was on it, getting a dig team to come out short notice so the job could get done before we moved into our new home. Also the customer service team is super friendly and helpful. Will def be my go-to plumbing specialists.

Had a great experience coordinating a full house re-pipe on a 1943 cape cod with David from 2 Sons. He gave us good feedback at the planning stage, then did a bangup job with a big manifold installation, including draining the hot water heater and clearing an old floor drain. Even returned to cleanup one item I did not communicate clearly enough on and that we missed in final walk through, no problems. We can now proceed with remodel with peace of mind that everything involved with running water has been updated and is well laid out. Price was on par with other similar providers, and staff were easy to work with and consistent in communication.

The underground team that came out was friendly, worked quickly, and made sure to put down plastic to hold the dirt to keep the rest of the yard clean. Reasonable charge for initial visit last year to replace water lines under sink area and 2nd time they came (1 year later), they unclogged broken gasket pieces from my faucet and did not charge me at all!I am shocked, but extremely pleased with their customer service levels!They are my go to plumbers forever!

I recently called 2 Sons Plumbing to fix a leaking water pipe from my upstairs bathroom. This is the second time I've used their services. The operation is very professional. They offered to send a technician to my house the same day. Tommy was excellent and did an outstanding job. Showed up on time exactly as promised. He is very knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, affable and very honest. He quickly found the leak and fixed it. He also installed a new shower valve and shower head. He worked expeditiously and efficiently. He also communicates really well and clearly tells you want is wrong and what repairs are needed. His initial quote involved an entire day's worth of work because the leak was potentially in a difficult location. However, after Tommy quickly found the leak and determined it would not take as long to repair as he initially thought, he lowered the estimate. That level of honesty is not common in this business and I very much appreciate his integrity. He is a very skilled, talented and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend 2 Sons Plumbing and especially Tommy for outstanding work

Edit: Shortly after posting this I received a phone call from the owner. We had a great conversation about what happened. He offered to immediately refund me some $. I told him that I didn’t want him to do that. He instead credited my account so that the next service (there work was good so I’m sure there will be a next service) would receive a credit. I offered my opinion on the charge for the service and told him what some of the other companies had quoted me. He listened and appreciated the feedback. I stand by my statement that the charge for the installation was more than it should be but the owner did everything to make it right. Hopefully the charge for a toilet install will be lessened for future customers.I will edit my stars to a 5 for the effort out forth to make things right. I appreciate that and do all I can to support local businesses.Great communication and the tech (Zach) was awesome. Zach did great work and did it quickly.The only knock I have is that it was super expensive. I had received a few quotes via text/email but since I had scheduled 2 sons to come out so I waited for their bid. I thought I heard Zach say one price but I must have heard wrong. Even the price I thought I heard was far more than the 2 bids I received via text/email. So when it was time to settle the bill Zach said the total and I was flabbergasted. I cannot believe it cost that much to have a toilet installed. It was a straight forward install. I had thought I’d need a plumber because i believed there was damage to the flange. There was not so like I said, easy, simple install. Should have done it myself I guess.Oh well. Zach did a great job though.

Let me start off by saying that the COST of their visit was insane!!!! They charged us 800$ for less than 2 hours and we had already purchased the part that was necessary. All they did was replace two cartridges (not the actual part) and we were charged 800$. We called to question the cost and the secretary stated that the plumber sets the price. I do appreciate the prompt service but we were clearly taken advantage of. The best part is they left and the shower is not fixed!!Although the company responded, I assure you I live in Seattle and not on the East Coast. My home, that I own, is in West Seattle. Too bad he didn't make it right. Best of luck with your business.

Tyler was prompt and did a great job of figuring out the problem and finding a fix for it. Beyond his control was the cost of it. It was pretty pricey and most likely would get other quotes if it wasn't for water pouring all over the place that had to be quickly stopped. But, Tyler did a really good job.

Andy from 2 Sons Plumbing cleaned a clogged drain line and rerouted a condensation pipe which had been improperly connected at some point in the past. This was the second time that we have used 2 Sons Plumbing in the last year, and I strongly recommend you consider them for your project.

I had a water leak and called them for an estimate. Some other companies told me that since it is a water leak, a visit would already be considered a service request, hence it'd involve charges.2 Sons was able to get a free estimate visit 2 days after my call. The 2 person-team filled my tub and drained it a couple times and trying to identify the cause of the leak.Then they believe it was because of an unsealed door trim and *taught me how to lift it and apply sealant*. They reassured me that it could be a DIY project and encouraged me to do it with YouTube videos.I really appreciate their easy-going, communicative attitude. I would definitely contact them for future needs and recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and they are amazing! My most recent experience was especially awesome as I was lucky enough to get Robert. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he tried to first fix the faucet but found out that the problem couldn't be fixed and the faucet had to be replaced. He left to get a new faucet and came back 40 minutes later with the exact faucet I wanted. He was super pleasant and funny and did the install quickly. Robert was awesome and I will definitely request him if/when my next plumbing issue arises!

Chad from 2 Sons helped me deal with a clogged drain in my shower and an older drain and clean out that made it almost impossible to snake. There was also a leak due to old silicone. He replaced the drain pipe and installed a new clean out. He was professional, fast and fixed the issue. I will definitely use them again if I have a plumbing issue. They also installed a new water heater for me a few months ago and did a great, fast job.

The office took a little longer than I was comfortable with but as soon as we talked and they realized that I had an actively leaking hot water heater, they contacted their guy Mike who was able to finish up the job he was on and got to me within the hour. Highly recommended! I had a very difficult situation where I wanted to install a water line for my refrigerator that is not close to the sink. It required to go through the floor into the downstairs ceiling and the line was routed to the laundry room water line. We were 36 hours away from leaving on a major driving trip headed to the midwest with 4 people in the house and guests coming and going when our main sewer line exiting under the foundation plugged solid. We had had some previous issues but of course, it picked this timing to plug completely! No using any water in the house at all!After phone calls to two other companies that could not respond immediately we were fortunate to contact 2 Sons Plumbing. Had a great experience with 2 Sons Plumbing when they were sent by our warranty company to repair a mystery leak. Brandon diagnosed and repaired the leak and pointed out a couple of maintenance things we didn't know about that we could handle ourselves to prevent future problems. He was friendly and considerate, and cleaned up carefully after the work was complete. He clearly explained fees and what would be covered by warranty and what would not.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company. Both times they came out they were professional, polite, quick, and reasonably priced. Today they fixed the slow drip that became a constant running flow from my bathtub faucet. Josh was the name of the man that came this time, he was very polite, professional, and he clearly knew what he was doing. Yes, he wore a mask. And he took of his boots before coming in. I didn't ask him too, he just did (about the boots). I would definitely recommend using this company. I will again when I need to.

The drain out of our kitchen sink backed up. I had another plumber come unclog it. $275. After 3 weeks, the drain backed up again. That plumber returned, no charge, but their snake wasn't long enough. Still backing up. He thought I needed something called a hydro-jet, however they didn't have one. So they recommended 2 Sons. Some family connection, I believe.2 Sons sent someone out the very next day. He explained why the hydro-jet was not called for and instead used a longer snake. His first attempt to run water in the sink afterwards resulted in another back up, so he repeated the procedure. This time the drain didn't back up. $400. Plus a 3% surcharge to use a credit card.2 Sons has a 90 day guarantee, so if there is another blockage during that time, they will return no charge. Probably would bring a camera to see if there is a problem somewhere in the pipe.I appreciated the professionalism of the 2 Sons plumber. I have confidence in his work. If the fee had been not as high, I would have given them 5 stars.

I called 2 Sons Plumbing on a Saturday and Tommy was able to come out two days later. We needed a new hot water tank and some hoses and pipes tidied up. He did a fantastic job at a very agreeable price, and was kind a curtious throughout. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I am a new homeowner and have a broken toilets. I incorrectly thought it was time for all the toilets to be replaced. Steve Sullivan came out and gave me the rundown on my toilets and plumbing. He fixed my one broken one and also took the time to show me what he was doing and teach me. He gave me lots of accurate and helpful information. When it does come time to install new toilets, I will for sure be calling Steve.

I’ve had them over to fix multiple issues including toilets, mixing valves, and a water heater. They typically can schedule you fast. The dispatch is on top of things and help to keep the job on schedule. The plumbers have been great, I’ve mostly worked with Brandon who has great people skills and explains things well. They don’t give you any hassle if there is an issue that needs a call back. I would recommend them highly!

October 2020: We asked for a quote for a replacement & installation for our heater. They were great! Immediate response and a quote furnished over the phone immediately. The cost breakdown was confirmed over the phone and the pricing was excellent. An appointment was made with Jack to come, view the project and provide/confirm the pricing for the project. Unfortunately here is where the big problem arised. The price provided by Jack was 2x the quoted sum. When we asked Jack why? His comment was the women at the office do not know anything. This is unfortunate, I called the office immediately, asked why the difference, and shared the comments. Conclusion? We did not hire them for the project.

My water heater went out on Friday and I placed a call to 2 Sons Plumbing on Saturday. They came out Sunday morning, offered an over priced repair and a well priced replacement. It was over 15 years old anyways. He happened to have the replacement already in the truck and was able to install it and be done by noon. Good customer service and pleasant to work with.

I called this company based on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. I had returned home after being gone about a week and by the second day I knew something was amiss with my water heater. Brandon came the next morning after I called (Eric, who I was talking to on the phone, offered to send someone that very afternoon but the pilot light was keeping enough water tepid so that I could survive) and had the heater installed in a couple hours. He even corrected an issue that was done incorrectly during the original installation and added earthquake straps that are now required by the code. Both of these items were done with no increase to the quoted price. I'm very happy with this company and would be comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs a plumbing company

We had a great experience with Steve fixing a leaky pipe and garbage disposal. He showed up on time, was fine with wearing a mask and shoe covers in the house (this is during the pandemic, so it helped put us at ease), was straightforward about what the issue was and estimated costs to fix it, and was just an all around really nice and professional guy. Fabulous experience! I asked for Tony at the suggestion of my coworker, and he was an excellent choice. I had him replace the water heater, exchange a leaking toilet, and reset and change two shower faucets, heads, and handles. All work was done in about six hours. VERY fast!

They cancelled my appointment last minute when I have been waiting for more than two weeks to get 2 sinks fixed. They couldn't even help me out by giving me an appointment in the next couple of days, had to wait three weeks for the next available appointment. Although I understand things happen it just sounds bad that a reliable company is not able to offer a plan B and when asking for a solution the girl on the phone was really defensive and didn't like the fact that I was trying to figure out what to do as this is an emergency. Now I have to call again and wait on the phone with the insurance company to have another plumbing company scheduled which means I will have to wait two or three more weeks to get these fixed. Won't bother on making the same mistake twice by booking with them.

Had a leaking kitchen sink, called up 2 Sons Plumbing after some research, and they had Steve out within an hour and a half of the call. Steve was quickly able to assess the problem, replace the previous homeowner's shoddy repair work, and had the whole thing fixed in short order. Overall the process was seamless, professional, and reassuring. I'll definitely be reaching out again should a plumbing need arise.

Had an issue with a toilet in our gym and called Joe's due to all the 5-star reviews on Google. Great response (they were able to come the next day) but charged us almost $500 to install a toilet that we provided with good research (about 1 hour of work). They left without telling us that the toilet was not flushing properly. Called them back and again good response time (came the next day). After diagnosing that the toilet had a manufacturer's defect - the water was not coming through the rim to completely flush - told us they could sell us and install a 'better' toilet for $960. The final bill was over $1200, with no credit or discount for installing the bad toilet. So overall, a new toilet cost us about $1700!! Will not be calling them again. Way too expensive.

Davey was on time and very professional. He explain what he needs to do and how much it would entail. Gave us the choice of whether we want it done without pressure, let us decide our selves. Clean up and explain how to take care of our toilet. We will give our friends the number of 2 Sons for their plumbing problem.

2 Sons was able to schedule an appointment to fix a leaking pipe the next day. Tim was courteous and quick. He found the problem pipe with only a small hole in our drywall, resealed the joint and was finished within 45 minutes. Whole interaction was pleasant and professional.

I woke up this morning to wet carpet and a leaking hot water heater in our basement. I asked for bids on home advisor and within 20 minutes 2 sons had reached out to me. I had an estimate an hour later. They rearranged their schedule so that I could get my leak fixed.they did a much better job installing this water heater than the original that came with the home including a leak detector and a drip pan. Tommy was the installer and he walked me through each step of the way and how the pros do it compared to the fly-by-night plumbers. None of the other plumbers that I reach through home advisor would have even gotten me a bid by the time the job was done with 2 sons. I recommend them without any reservations.

My kitchen sink was clogged, Elijah (plumber) provided a great explanation of what the issue was and how to solve it, he’s very friendly, flexible with he’s schedule and great at what he does, I’d hire him for every pluming job!

We had a great experience with Davey and Tracy! our problem seemed simple but turned out to be really complicated and Tracy worked very hard to figure things out. They did great work and we trusted them in our home when we weren't there. Fair prices. I think we found our new plumbers!

2 Sons Plumbing always does great work for us. Tommy was especially helpful. He arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and gave us the different options that were best for us. We couldn't be happier with their work.

We had unknown water leak sipping from the kitchen wall and Tommy found the issue right away which was due to the water leak from the upstairs bathroom tub. Excellent work. On time. Crystal clear regarding details. Courteous. Arrived with new toilet, removed old and took away. Installed new and it works well. Only thing to consider, is that cost was slightly higher than I had planned. That said, I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaking faucet on the exterior wall that Mike helped me replaced along with a 6 pipe that connects it to the main pipe. There has been no leak since so the quality seems good so far. The project took about 30 minutes to complete. Mike is professional and friendly. The transaction was smooth and easy.One thing to note, as other reviewers also mentioned is the price, I was charged $700 after tax which seems steep for such a short project. I understand the company is located in south Seattle, so the time to commute to the north needs to be included and may contribute some to the price. Next time I'd get a few quotes from nearby plumbers just to compare.

Elliot came out to move some plumbing lines (water/sewer) in a utility room to accommodate future needs and listened to what we were thinking, thought creatively and made it happen. Unfortunately when I was closing up the wall I inadvertently punctured the water lines. They sent David out to repair it and didn't charge me anything even though it was my fault. Granted, with their skills, it only took 20 min. to do but still, it was a nice touch. THANKS!

Super happy with Joe's / 2 Sons Plumbing! No hot water Friday before Memorial Day. Put in a request through Yelp on Thursday night responded immediately ! Talked on Friday morning and had someone here by 11:00 AM! Did an accurate quote and finished in only a couple of hours. Cleaned up mess and had hot water in time to do dishes Friday afternoon! Plumber was super friendly and explained everything in English!

Steve came out to inspect our plumbing. He was absolutely delightful. Steve helped me diagnose the issue and was very thorough with his inspection of all the pipes in the house. Should we need plumbing assistance I will be calling 2 Sons Plumbing for sure.

Plumber came out on home warranty repairs. He replaced shower cartridge and several leaks. First shower I lost hot water pressure, checked crawl space and found a leak that wasn’t fixed. Had another plumber out who fixed more leaks, replaced the shower catridge again and flushed line which got a piece of rubber out but hot water flow rate was still low. He told me the repairs wouldn’t be covered on home warranty. I talked to owner and he said he would charge me to repair the hot water flow because there was no way to prove if his plumbers caused the issue or not. I’m remodeling house and luckily was able to access plumbing from the other bathroom because I had to cut walls open and cut out piping. Long story short I found another piece of rubber in the piping that fit together with the first piece and when held up to a shower cartridge there is no doubt that the rubber came from the first cartridge. It was a large enough piece that it would have been hard to miss the fact it was left in the plumbing when the first cartridge was removed. The line may have been flushed during the first replacement but not adequately. Both plumbers were respectful but the fact the owner wasn’t about to make an honest mistake right is the reason I’m leaving this review.

We had a laundry room drain that was not working properly. The initial rinse cycle would drain, but on the final rinse suds would bubble up and run down the wall. Josh came out and told me that, while he could charge me $400 to run a cable down the drain, the problem could most likely be solved with a $50 can of Bio-Clean. I ran to Aurora Plumbing, got myself a can, and was doing laundry the next morning without issue. I very much appreciated his honesty and pragmatism.Josh didn't charge me anything because, in his words, he didn't do anything. (He did do somethign, btw - he saved me $350!) He just asked that next time I need a plumber, I give him a call. I definitely will.

Called them to fix a leaking pipe but he won't want to do it but instead he did the easiest job of replacing a faucet filter. He did not even fixing the second faucet after I asked him. He collected $225 and gone. Will never call them again.Thanks for your reply. You weren't reading my response right. I called to fix a leaking pipe in the bathroom but problem is still there.

Well, about a year ago we had them come out to fulfill a home warranty claim. They did a good job initially. It was a simple under the sink pipe job and the work seemed solid at the time. About a month later a leak turned up and I found that one of the fittings came lose and the sink drain pipe simply disconnected at the first elbow. I re tightened it and all seemed fine... Fast forward to Thanksgiving Day, almost a year to the day of the initial work... A huge puddle is coming from the cupboards under the sink. I check and sure enough the other drain pipe came disconnected. Water was everywhere. I called angrily that day and now, December 17, haven't heard back from them. Shoddy work, shoddy customer service. At this point I understand that they won't cover their work beyond 30 days (as stated in the fine print), but a call back explaining that would've been nice.Moral of the story is: it's five star work!... For five minutes.Here's a quick edit: phone call number four happened yesterday on December 18th. Still no return call. Is the phone number listed on Google not the right phone number!?

We had a couple of different issues with showers, but one was very difficult to pinpoint and required extensive time and effort to fix. Ultimately, the entire valve ended up needing replaced (not just the mixer cartridge) and for the first time in our new home, we had a working showerhead in that bathroom. Elliot did an incredible job with completing the work given the hand he was dealt, and I'm thankful for his expertise and abilities.I realize 2 Sons operates mostly in the Seattle area, but some work is done here locally in Tri-Cities/Walla Walla. I can't recommend Elliot enough for that work, and would have him back for any other plumbing needs.

John came to my home after a previous plumber could not get past an isolated clog in the kitchen. He was absolutely amazing! He thoroughly investigated the problem and worked through it. He took time to explain the problem and what he did to fix it. I will be using and recommending him for all future plumbing. I can't thank him enough! :)

Davey was amazing! After finding out a pipe was spraying water in my crawl space, I tragically discovered my home's water supply line was connected without a dielectric union. D: I was devastated. I called 2 Sons and they came out quickly to give me a quote. I surprised Davey with deciding to replace all the water lines in my house instead of just doing a bandaid repair. I couldn't believe it: he was able to come the very next day and complete it all in one shot! I was so happy to finally have water pressure!! Davey was so easy going and hard working, I feel like I won the plumbers lottery.

I had a leaky ball valve in the basement - simple job to replace. Called Roto-Rooter, they did an on-site inspection and quoted a ridiculous price. Tommy from 2 Sons Plumbing came, gave a price that was literally half of what Roto-Rooter quoted (without me even needing to negotiate), and had my valve replaced quickly. Good service, no complaints.

***Update: I got a call from one of the owners and we squared things away. Super nice guy. Figured out that HomeAdvisor wasn't really doing their job (to support this, they have yet to return my calls on the issue). I would definitely trust Joes to come out for any plumbing work now and will be using them for upcoming work.I found Joe's through HomeAdvisor who set up an appointment for me for the end of December. The project I needed was fairly simple - replace my sump pump with one I already purchased. Unfortunately, Joes never showed up to our appointment, nor did I hear from them about it. HomeAdvisor followed up with me to see if Joes ever showed up and after I replied no I never heard from either party again. I'd like to like Joe's, but didn't get a chance to even recieve a quote. To be fair, this was after the big rain storm we had, but somewhere along the line the communication failed. Either Joes needs to have a talk with HomeAdvisor, or vice versa.

Elijah was amazing. He took the time to explain everything and answered a ton of questions that I had. It didn't feel rushed. This company gives free estimates.

Tommy was just here from Joe's 2 sons. I had a kitchen faucet hose that needs replacement and I just could not get it off. He was able to free it in like 3 minutes and didn't charge me. Nice guy, nice service.

Great experience with this firm. Called with a non-emergency on a Sunday to install a new garbage disposal. Promptly scheduled for the next day installation. Plumber arrived on time and after a quick assessment provided a reasonable quote, and did the job in about an hour.

Best plumbers in town!!! I recommend them over everybody hands down!!! Call 2 sons first!! Don’t waste your time, energy, or money anywhere else!! I will never go anywhere else for plumbing in the Wa area!! I recommend you do the same!! Had a major leak in a pipe underneath the house for months! Had to turn the water on and off. Called them for An estimate didn’t have all the money so I rescheduled.A major expense came up in the in between time so I was a lil short on the full amount. I asked if there was any way we could work out a payment arrangement where I pay 95% up front and the remaining 5% on a later date. Mike came out knocked the job out in a hour and even after getting his clothes dirty from crawling in the Little crawl space to fix our leak he gave me the greatest deal I could ever have asked for so much so that I begged him to accept a tip and he refused. He literally just gave me the biggest break all year because honestly I was penny pinching just to get it done. I was so grateful I sat there for a second after he left thinking of another way I could possibly repay them and the only thing that popped in my head was to write a review and recommend them to everybody I know. We had guests arriving at 3pm to our Air BnB when we discovered the only bathroom sink was not draining. It was 1pm and so my time was limited. David installed new water tank. Took time communicating with Brent via Tablet. He explained about 3 different water tank and gave the quotes on 3 different types of water tank. He did it in 2 hours by replacing old one to new one. High recommended!

I called these guys to get a quote on replacing my hot water heater. They sent Tommy out to have a look, he gave me a reasonable quote and then lowered the price below that if I were to have the work done that day. The heater is in the attic of my house, he had no trouble getting the old one out and the new one in. I would call these guys again for future plumbing needs.

We had a failed water heater that was covered by a home warranty. The plumber who carried out the replacement (Carl) was very knowledgeable, but the cost of the extra work / parts required to bring it up to code (not covered by the insurance) seemed to be excessive. For instance, a required part a Thermal Expansion Tank PFXT5 is available online for $50.00 - 60.00, but the invoice charge was $286.00. The charge for a gas line was $190.00. The work was carried out quickly and professionally, but the huge markups on parts left us with a bad impression. Be careful.

Tommy was professional, punctual, and replaced our busted water heater in a few hours for $2k less than what another outfit quoted us. Very happy with our choice to use 2 sons.

I was a comeback customer. This is my second time to use 2 sons plumbing and i was not happy. I had clogged sewer line in the toilet and the technician tried to attempt to unclogged the sewer but he was not able to unclog it because their cable is too short and they do not have longer cable as per the technician. He said i have to pay him $ 547.35 even the sewer is still clog because the technician tried to attempt to unclog it. I feel it's a ripped off. I called the office and she said I still had to pay $ 547.35 because the technician had performed his job by attempting to unclog. I called Roto Rooter the following day to unclog it. The Roto Rooter technician told me he'll attempt to unclog it and after the attempt, if it's still clogged , it will be no charge. Roto rooter technician was able to unclog it.

I can't tell you how awesome it was to finally have a plumber out who knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot! Carl didn't try to guess or hem-and-haw about the problem. He just knew and fixed it. We've had 2 other plumbers out who tried guessing and thought it would be too hard of a fix so they passed on the job. It was a seal...just a little black seal and BAM fixed!! Thank you Carl!! Also thank you to Trina who schedules...she was very patient with me while I freaked out before Carl came :)

I had a hot water isolation valve leaking in my ceiling. Though they were late, they were extremely apologetic and completely made up for it with a very quick diagnosis and repair, all of which took under an hour for a reasonable price.

Davey and 2 Sons provided above and beyond service on a recent sewer line job in South Seattle. Davey provided the utmost professionalism, expertise, and efficiency on the multi-day & complex job (eg, cutting through pavement, sealing lines, replacing joints). I cannot recommend him highly enough!

They've been at my rental twice through my warranty program in the past 3 months. The first time was a simple fix the guy was able to do by himself in 5 mins. The second time took 2 guys 4 hours. A tenant flushed a bottle and it got stuck. These guys tried to flush it out, but had to pull the toilet which still couldn't take care of it. It was an old toilet and they had to replace it. For the price they charged of 2 guys over 4 hours they were totally affordable. They credited time at each hurdle of the process and explained (and showed!) what was going on.

Michael recently completed a backyard remodel for us and has blown our expectations away. It went from an area we dreaded to never wanting to go back inside. He is diligent about following up on the project to make sure it's meeting our expectations and is diligent about communicating from start to finish. Michael is so nice and professional, and more importantly, someone we trust.

My drain was clogged. They came immediately to get it unclogged. After a while, my bath tub drain got clogged and I thought it was due to the previous clog. They responded immediately and unclogged it through warranty even though it was not related. Amazing service.

The price is not transparent. They charge me 2,000+ for 2 hours work. It is overrated instead of being affordable. Be sure to compare the price with the other plumbing companies.

i had a leaking hot water tank and was figured i would have to replace it, Tony came out from 2 sons Joes Plumbing and showed me the leak fixed it and gave me a estimate with all the details i was super happy, service was outstanding on time and i plan to replace the tank in short order.

Having bought a home 250+ miles from the home we were leaving, we needed a contractor to complete some remodeling prior to our arrival. We chose Clower Design + Build based on recommendations from others we knew.The remodel consisted of a removal of a bath tub and replacing it with a dressing table, plus extensive interior repainting, including the kitchen cabinets, and replacing the granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bath.The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed prior to our moving date. Owner Michael Clower was especially helpful in accurately estimating the job and providing minor punch-list followup personally.I recommend Clower Design + Build for large and small remodelings or renovations.

We called 2 Sons for a hose bib leak that we discovered when it soaked into our house. This company is always our first choice because of their quick responses and excellent work ethics. Our plumber, Elijah, was absolutely wonderful, knew exactly what was needed, and explained everything clearly as he assessed the job and showed us his work after he finished. He was knowledgeable and personable, cleaned up the site and taught us some things we hadn’t known about. 5 stars for a great job! And a hearty thank you to Sarah for staying in close touch as we worked around everyone’s scheduling conflicts. We love 2 Sons Plumbing- favorite plumbers for every need.

Darren came by to fix what appeared to be two leaky hose bibs that had flooded our basement with water whenever we tried to use the outdoor faucet.He saved us literally hundreds of dollars in further plumbing and drywall repairs by doing a smaller cut into the drywall and finding out he could do the repair without further removing the drywall. This also allowed him to find out that the other hose bib wasn’t actually damaged with minimal work.He ended up charging us significantly less than the original quote (due to only needing to replace one). We will definitely be returning to 2 Sons for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!
