I had Flash come in and replace my house panel and set up a commercial panel in the garage, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything worked on the first shot, and the panels were solidly installed and look great. Dave gave me guidance for the wiring I did myself, and was a big help for the construction of my shop. I'd definitely recommend them. They're also really personable, and a pleasure to work with.

OK, Flash Electric is seriously the absolute best! I was getting the insulation replaced in my attic and the company told me that if I ever wanted to add a bathroom fan, now is the time. I called Flash and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days to give a free estimate. Aaron was so kind and helpful (and even changed a light bulb for us we are all too short to change, which fixed one of our electrical concerns immediately). I explained the tight timeline we had, and even though he was completely booked out, he found a way to squeeze my job in to make sure it was done before installation of insulation. He checked in with me throughout to discuss my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and timelines. The payment process was incredibly easy, and all the staff was so kind. I trust Flash, feel they have an incredible level of integrity, and know they really care about helping customers. You should use them!!

Aaron, James, & Dave did an incredible job rewiring our house, upgrading our service, installing a new panel, moving outlets around & adding them where we needed them, installing new can lights, and adding an outlet outside. They're all excellent communicators and badass electricians. We were on knob & tube and they somehow managed to rewire everything non-intrusively -- leaving behind very few holes where other electricians said they'd have to leave a mess behind. Basically sorcery. They gave us options we didn't know we had -- like finding the best placement for outlets and letting us know we could replace our ceiling fans since the old ones were coming down for the rewire. They made small upgrades along the way that we didn't even notice were bugging us until they were fixed. They were at work for a couple of weeks and they were just plain nice to be around while also delivering a high level of professionalism. Plus, they were patient with our new kitten who is a chaos demon. It was a huge job and if we ever need any electrical work done again - big or small - we won't even consider going with anyone else. Best ever.

Great customer service all around and great troubleshooting with figuring out the issue of my outlet. I originally had an electrician who said the issue was with the panel but he fell through on his service, so I looked via the West Seattle Connection FB page and found great recommendations for Flash Electrical. I called was able to get service fairly quickly since most places were a month out. Their pricing saved me, what I thought originally going to cost me a new panel $1500 was only $400 with tax. The issue wasn't a new panel after Flash did the thorough inspection, the issue was just the outlet. Very happy with them and will use them again. Also, they are local to West Seattle.

Dave was great for our nearly whole house rewire. We had a bulk of our circuits on knob and tube. He was able to replace them all and preserve the character of our old Craftsman farm house. Many other electricians wouldn’t even claim they could do it to the level he did without damaging our lathe and plaster walls or without drilling holes in our old bead board walls. Dave did it all; Hot tub circuit, RV hookup, out door outlets and lighting, whole home surge suppressor, electrical mast raise where it comes into the house. Inspection passed with flying colors, and we couldn’t be happier. Change order fees were minimal as he really worked with us through the process. While he enlightened us everyday he came to work on our major electrical project with conversation, his work will continue to brighten our world everyday going forward.

Dave is excellent and absolutely great. Did a timely and professional job on replacing knob and tube wiring and setting up outlets. Crushed it and installed new wiring when other companies didn’t think they could do it without massively invasive side work. Could barely even tell they were there at the end of it all. Would hire them for any work going forward!

Dave did a great job installing our level 2 charger. He was very professional and kindly took the time to explain what he was doing.
