Upgraded a 30 amp to 40 amp line and readied the wiring for a new cooktop and a new range hood. Ran a line through the crawlspace. Great work! The electrical inspector came today and everything checked out fine!

Absolutely the best remodeling experience I have had. From my electricians Dim and John, to Julia in the office, to Alex getting the inspection to the city for inspection....Amazing. really thrilled with my new breaker box, recessed lights, new dimmers...all perfect and they came 25% less than my other quotes.

We had recessed lighting installed in our room with a slanted (sloping) ceiling. Javier completed the job extremely professionally. In fact, right from the day Igor submitted very reasonable estimates, Juliana followed up patiently with regular phone calls & e mail reminders while we had to delay giving the “go ahead” because of our personal scheduling difficulties. In the end Javier completed the work very professionally as per schedule before Christmas Day. I will recommend 24 x 7 Electric without hesitation to all my friends. Thank you.

I had a mostly negative experience with 24/7 Electric. I contracted them install 3 240V breakers; they sent a tech out to inspect and quoted me $1300. That's steep for what is essentially a 2 hour job with minimal parts and an easy DIY, but I bit the bullet, since I didn't want to learn the electrical code required for the installation. After scheduling an install, the tech arrived on time, but didn't have the equipment necessary for the job, despite the panel being inspected in advance, so he had to leave and come back later. Once the work was completed, it failed inspection because the installed breakers were not GFI protected, a requirement to the electrical code that came out 2 years prior. The company worked quickly to reschedule but had to make multiple trips out because they kept buying the wrong breakers. Once the correct breakers were installed, I waited a week for the company to reschedule another inspection but they never contacted me, so I had to reach out myself. Normally, I would be ok with all of this, but what I found the most insulting and unprofessional was the additional bill I received for over $500 because the newer breakers that were up to code were pricey and the company passed the cost on to me. Charging the customer more because you, the company, made a mistake by not knowing the electrical code (the whole reason I'm paying you in the first place) is highly unprofessional; had I been given the correct estimate up-front, I would not have accepted 24/7's bid and would have done the work myself. I am giving 2 stars because the work that was actually done was done well. The conduit and boxes used were installed neatly. The company was also easy to get a hold of and communicated scheduling clearly.

Victor and Alex replaced several of my light fixtures and a bathroom fan replacement. They were professional, reliable, and did a great job. The fan caused some problems when they were trying to install it and they came back a few days later to make sure it was working. They were also very patient with all of my questions. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They did great work. Also, they were able to get me in quickly and were really clear with communication and scheduling. The whole process felt efficient.

Outlet and lights to one circuit breaker went out. Couldn't find the GFI inside the house. Din came looked around the house and figured out it was the generator panel switch. Problem solved, paid the on call fee, now I now what to do.

It was the absolute worst experiences I had with any service providers. If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT recommend!

1. It took took them 4 visits spanning an entire month and a bunch of excessive charges to complete some basic fixes

2. The estimates they provided were largely inaccurate for what needed done

3. They sent an inexperienced electrician who was not very skilled to my house. He spent many hours and couldn't figure out what was going on and yet they kept charging me with diagnosis at full rate

4. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. When I called to discuss the charges, he talked over me, kept interrupt me, and hung up on me. I was shocked by his rudeness.

Below are the details. In hindsight, visit 2 and 3 are completely inefficiency due to the first electrician's lack of experience. And yet I was still charged. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely don't wish it upon anyone else.

Visit 1: Charged for 1 hour, $200
Initial diagnosis. The electrician told me he needs to come back for the ceiling. Estimated an additional hour needed plus fixing 7 outlets.

Visit 2: Charged for 2 additional hours of diagnosis, $400
It turned out the 7 plugins did not require for any repair, which was the total opposite of what the electrician estimated. He diagnosed the fan in living room but no clear conclusion on why it was not working. The technician told me he needed to come back with a colleague again for the ceiling.

Visit 3: Charged for 1 hour of diagnosis plus some fixes, $500
2 technician did the trouble shooting. The living room fan still had no power. They told me they need to come back again and run a power source to get the fan going.

Visit 4: Charged for fixing the ceiling fan, $600+
Work quoted: 4 hours of complex work
Work performed: The more senior electrician finished the job in less than an hour. Yet I was still charged for the highest end of the estimate.

I'm not sure which of the following qualifies as a nice conversation in your book, and if any of them does, we probably live on different planets.

- Cutting me of mid conversation repeatedly, constant interruption, talking over me
- Hanging up on me before I can get a word in
- Failing to reach a mutually agreed upon solution

Putting up a facade on a public forum like Google does not make the past experience nice either. Doing good work and ensuring your customer's satisfaction is what counts. In my month long interaction with you and your company, the minimum bar was not met.

I stand by my original review. Not Recommend.

Victor did an amazing job getting our electric vehicle home charger (Tesla) installed quickly and correctly. He had good recommendations for its location and made the process easy.

From beginning to end, this was an easy and delightful process. Janette helped us quickly get a quote and book the appointment without a lot of back and forth -- their pricing was very competative. They happily added on another wall/outlet wiring for a small fee. I would highly recommend this team and they will be our go-to electricians now.

The technician was very unprofessional to deal with. He was resistant to my polite request to wear a mask inside my house. His first response was to deny that COVID exists and question me on why I was even requesting a mask. He asserted (incorrectly) that it wasn't legal for me to request a mask inside my home. When he did finally wear it, it was under his nose, defeating the purpose.

Secondly, I paid $217 for a one hour visit. At the time of scheduling the company's email to me explicitly stated that the visit would include troubleshooting and minor repairs. The issue turned out to be a faulty GFCI outlet which the tech diagnosed within 10 mins. He didn't bring a spare one with him, so he couldn't do the repair within that visit. If they make claims that minor repairs can be done as part of the visit, the techs should carry at least basic parts with them. I can't think of a more minor electric repair than an outlet replacement. Due to this omission on their part, I am forced to spend on another visit just to get the outlet replaced.

When I tried to discuss the issue with the management on the phone, the tech continually interrupted me saying I was trying to get him into trouble. He banged his iPad on my glass dining table. At that point, being uncomfortable with his aggressive behavior, I politely requested him to wait outside. He decided to leave instead.

I also found the management very unprofessional to deal with. They made assumptions about my intent and, instead of responding to my actual questions, got rude with me. I ended up taking my business elsewhere for the repair work.

Victor and the others at 24/7 Electric do great work. They are very responsive, communicative, and respectful. We explained the electrical work we needed done during our kitchen remodel, and he was quick to understand the scope and come up with a plan. All along the way, during both visits, Victor talked through the plan, progress and next steps so we always felt comfortable and confident. We found their pricing fair for all the work done and above & beyond service provided. We will definitely recommend Victor and 24/7 Electric & Plumbing.

Victor is a great electrician. I had a couple of spot lights installed by another electrician. Whenever they turned off they would pop and they were not dimmable. Victor came and explained that the lights installed won't work since I have an old house that isn't grounded and that they should never have been installed. He let me know what type of fixtures would work. I purchased a couple fixtures under his guidance and then he came back and installed them. They look great and are dimmable. He was on time, courteous and so knowledgeable. I won't use anyone else in the future.

I was not looking for cheap nor expensive. Simply a reasonable price for quality work. Adam not only did an excellent job but he collapsed two days in one day through the evening. Great job and great service!

Adam was professional, friendly, and thorough. He went above and beyond, working way overtime on a Friday to complete a full day of work. We really appreciate his hard work in upgrading our old electric panel.

The quality of work was poor, requiring multiple call backs and corrections on wiring, location of outlets and lights during rough in. The finish trim tech installed multiple lights in the wrong location, damaged ceiling around recessed lights, hung dangling lights too low. Left job with work
incomplete and never said a word about it to me,just left. Can't post pictures of damage, or I would.

I give these guys a mixed review - the front desk phone calls and email exchanges were not good bordering on rude. And it's expensive for a first time visit (although that's Seattle in general).

But..the electrician who was assigned (Adam) was EXCELLENT - hardworking, efficient, polite etc and the issues I had were resolved.

We were so impressed and satisfied with Victor. He exceeded all of my expectations and I was fully satisfied with his competence, expertise, and politeness. I have emf sensitivity and he was very accommodating and considerate of my unique needs. Its so difficult to find quality contractors these days, so I am so grateful to have found them. They will be my go-to for any future electrical needs, without question.

I needed a dedicated circuit run to a newly installed air conditioner from my panel. This meant going into my less-than-optimal (but recently cleaned) crawlspace. Alex wasn't fazed. He's smart, personable, and did not complain about going under my ancient farmhouse.

It also requires a permit, which 24/7 handles as much as possible. All we had to do was meet the inspector, who complimented Alex's work.

Great electrician, very poorly managed company.
Called to solve a problem with a heater, got a time window, the electrician didn't show up and they didn't let me know, called again and re-scheduled. Electrician didn't show up for a second time and once again they didn't let me know. Called a third time and the person on the phone was totally rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was able to connect with the manager who did this correctly and finally got the electrician, who did a good job.

I had a great experience from start to finish with 24/7. Igor came to my house for the estimate, which was provided via an iPad and an email sent to me for review with my spouse. Then I accepted the estimate and Alex called within an hour to schedule the appointment, which was the next week. Mauricio, the electrician came to my house and was quick, polite, and thorough. I had made a mistake in the type of recessed lights I selected in the estimate and after discussing the change with Mauricio, Igor brought the correct product out to our house so the job could be completed the same day. I am very happy with 24/7's streamlined service using technology. They have a knowledgeable team with Alex as the office manager and Igor and Mauricio. Thank you! We look forward to using you again for our electrical needs.

We had a fairly easy job of replacing 2 hard-wired smoke detectors and 24/7 Electrical did a great job. They were on time and completed the job within an hour. The charge for labor was $130/hr plus tax (1 hour minimum), which was reasonable compared to a couple of other Electrical contractors I called. We purchased our own smoke/carbon monoxide combo detectors. There is no trip fee, except if they need to go back out and purchase additional supplies necessary to complete the job. They also have a 5 year warranty on their work.

It was very easy to make an appointment. Be sure to leave a message, if they can't get to the phone.....they will call you back. They also send you an email a couple of days before your appointment, as a reminder. I will definitely call 24/7 again for any electrical jobs.

Other than having to wait (the case for every company in our area), they were top notch. Troubleshooting was fast, the fix was straight forward and done immediately. The electrician was super knowledgeable and talked us through what was done in every step. Their front office/dispatch made several suggestions for us to do in the meantime (the only company that did) - in short, great customer service, great technical ability.

Used them to install a Tesla EV charger. Could not be happier with the experience! Had five electricians out, they were the cheapest, could start the job fastest, and the quality was top notch. The electricians clearly took pride in their work and went above and beyond to do the job with the highest quality work.

Our family has been using 24/7 Electric for all our home's electrical work for 8+ years. Igor and Victor are very experienced and talented electricians. They work efficiently and did an excellent job installing commercial grade motion sensor lights around the perimeter of our home. Over the years, we've also asked them to troubleshoot electrical issues and they've solved and fixed every single one. If you need talented electricians, you can trust Igor and Victor to fix things at a fair price.

Andrew was early, double masked as requested, and was knowledgeable about the problem, what potentially caused it & how to fix it. He was great & we will definitely use 24/7 again.

24/7 Electric was very responsive in setting up a service call. Then the issues began. Technician was running 3 hours behind. By the time he showed, it was the end of the day. He identified a complication with wiring for a wall mounted TV, ignored the other multiple reasons I had contacted this outfit about (installing 2 new fixtures and 2 new outlets I had purchased in advance.) Then turned and walked out of my house without a word and drove away.....No followup call...no nothing. Don't waste your time with these guys.

The service provider was abrasive and pushy. There was a 3% additional fee for using a credit card which ended up being an extra $10. So in the end it cost us $276 to replace a faulty thermostat.

Also, for a business which calls itself 24/7 Electrical it isn't very aptly named. It took 2 or 3 days for them to send someone out here. I was originally planning to have them install track lighting in my place, but I realized it probably wasn't worth dealing with them after the first 5 minutes of interaction.

Andrew from 24/7 came by on time and had the problem fixed within 30min. Would recommend him and the company in the future as they were able to get someone out within a few days which seems like a luxury these days. Thanks!

Great company with integrity. Igor came out and addressed all my concerns. I needed something else done that wasn't talked about and he even went to home Depot to get the parts needed (of course I had to pay extra for this), but he took care of everything.

Competitive pricing and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I did not have power in several rooms and when trying to reset the
breakers heard a weird noise coming from the panel. I called 24/7
electric to find out what the problem was. They came out within the
next few hours and told me that my panel is a Zinsco brand and is a
fire hazard so they recommend replacing it ASAP. They gave me a quote
for $1,200 which was a good deal (I called 4 other places to get
quotes and theirs was the lowest). I had them come out early the next
morning, let them in and left for work. By the time I came back from
work, I had a new panel and everything was working fine. The
electrician did a great job making sure there was no damage to the
wall and he cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely satisfied with the
quality of their work and service and would definitely use them in the
future.

I am an experienced Design+Build General Contractor and I have used a lot of Electrical Contractors over the years. I found 24/7 Electrical & Plumbing with one call. My client needed a replacement panel to handle his electric car charging. This panel replacement job also has a solar panel and a back-up generator which was not a simple project.

These guys did a great job at a fair price. They even cleaned up which is rare for electricians.

I will use them again!

The electrician came out and gave me a free quote the same day I called and started the job the next morning. Andrei and Igor did a great job installing undercabinet lighting and the lights and outlet for my new kitchen island and countertops. They also fixed the switch for my garbage disposal which I was having issues with for months. The electricians were very professional and good at answering all my questions, they finished all the work in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks and works great and I'm loving my new kitchen :)

HONEST and personable. Half of my condo went dead and the 24/7 guy quickly found the problem, which was two fried electrical boxes. I thought it was a fried breaker and expected a huge upsell issue with replacing the entire box, etc, but this guy was super honest. He fixed the outlets and gave me the quite visibly burned up ones and went on his way. I called about a dozen places before finding 24/7; not one answered the phone and some of the voicemail boxes were full. 24/7 answered immediately and the guy was here in two days. He was on time and amazing. Thank you for being honest and efficient.

Jonathan was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He quickly determined what was wrong with our outlet and fixed it right away.

We made special arrangements to meet an electrician at 8 am which was their time of choice. 8 am comes and goes no 24/7 electrician. we call at 8:45 and the man answering said he would call his man to see where he was. He returned my call stating that his man was in bed and did I still want him to come. Really, is this how you run your business? I will never ask for a recommendation from Home Depot again and NEVER use 24/7 Electric! If i could give them 0 stars I would.

I had my clothes dryer inspected for an issue and they gave an immediate appointment followed by a quick review of the parts and found the issue

I won't use your services ever due to the sheer fact that one of your drivers cut me off by going over the double white lines today. 2/6 at 5:15pm around Kirkland. If those are the types of drivers/electricians you hire, no thanks.

Charged about double the verbal estimate with no explanation. Would never hire again. $660 for <1 hr of labor is completely ridiculous.
