The team at Eco Electric and Plumbing are top notch! We had both Electrical and Plumbing need and they were able to accommodate both services the next day and were very communicative when their techs could be availableThe Plumbing team of Brandon R and Levi were awesome. We had 3 toilets that were rocking back and forth and our main point of contact, Brandon R walked us through what the issues could be and possible solutions and what the cost would be. He was super knowledge, able to answer all our questions, really helpful and went out of his way to really provide the best customer service possible which we really appreciated. One of the toilets, once it was removed had additional scope of work added since additional repairs were needed -- again Brandon R was super transparent of what the issue was, provided the solution and was open to negotiate the additional cost which we really appreciated. Don't think the work was overly complicated and was done with a high level professionalism but I think what we were overly impressed with the most was the amount of care and thoughtfulness that both Brandon R and Levi put into their customer service.The Electrical Team of David and Josh (?) were terrific. They had a smaller job of putting in a new light fixture + motion switch and our main point of contact David was really through with his estimate and provided additional estimates options based on questions that we had on the spot. Really appreciated their professionalism and finished the job in a quick and efficient manner. And like the Plumbing team, provide really great customer service on site.

The scheduling team was very flexible with timing when I ran into issues with coordinating multiple visitors at once. Nate came to do my inspection and he was very thorough in noting any safety hazards in the house and we spent time talking about how best to solve those issues as well as the updates I wanted done. I was given multiple quotes to see how various jobs could be broken up and they all made sense in how they were grouped together. I've actually already booked time to get work started and couldn't be happier with experience so far.

Edwin came ahead of schedule was overall great and personable, speedy, gave tons of options, and was able to help walk me through the process.The team was able to get Angel and another tech on site the same day to even install the charger.

My inquiry call was returned within an hour. Estimation done the next business day by professionals executing work, not advance sales guys. Electricians, Nate and True provided options that addressed my immediate needs, options to improve home’s electrical capacity and safety (I knew that would be needed soon), or both projects w discount for bundling. Shared the why/how of each proposed step, detailed estimates and quick-response work completion timeline. Took time to answer all questions with no sales pressure. So grateful for a prof company that can skip the advance pitch team. In the end, will do one part of the immediate job myself as I had hoped to before running into challenge (sorted that out), and will have them address longer term electrical issues to enable solar panel project.

Terrific experience from the call/text to make the appointment to the finish of the job! They gladly waived the estimate fee after I explained to them about my first poor experience with another plumbing company who came to give me an estimate. They sent Jameson out to give me an estimate of the job (extension of main water line to garage) and he was such an enthusiastic worker. He gave me multiple options and explained everything thoroughly after inspection. Eco Plumbing had reasonable pricing compared to others who had given me quotes. Jameson said he could even do the job right then and there! He got the job done quickly on the same day and everything looked great and ready for install of our water softener. Kudos to him for maneuvering in the tight crawl space to add those pipes. I could really tell he loves his trade and his company. I'm super happy with the whole experience. I'll request Jameson for all future plumbing needs.

We had Eco come out twice to (1) pulling a new dedicated 20amp circuit and (2) replace some old k&t wiring. We felt that the price is at the upper end of the market range but we had great and expedited service, so we think that is very fair. We worked with Nate and James on each occasion and cannot be happier. They know their stuff and the quality of work is impeccable.We also had them come out a third time troubleshoot a plumbing issue (odor) and install a hot water recirculating pump. Jameson came out on the same day and took care of all the issues. He meticulously troubleshoot the odor issue, was patient and very pleasant to work with. He was professional and very knowledgeable.6/29 update - we had Eco come out again because of additional follow up work. John, a plumber, came out to double check the work and confirm the fix. Both John and Jameson were excellent. This is the fourth time we are using Eco’s services and we continue to be very happy with them!We’re a repeating customer and highly recommend these guys!

I just had a service for Hot water pipe leakage repair from ECO services. They were very quick and friendly. It was a great experience with plumber Mr. John, and he did great job fixing the leak. Also, he helped to talk his manager Mr.Juan on price discount. He and his manage are very friendly. I love to receive their service for any upcoming Electrical and plumbing issues / repairs. Edwin came out to help me understand what a full replacement upgrade to my electrical panel would require. He asked great questions and got a good picture of my current usage along with future plans including a remodel. Edwin proposed a comprehensive solution and even expanded on my original needs to include additional surge protection and a panel with additional space for the future. Great experience overall. My experience started with Edwin who was very helpful and very patient with my lots of questions. Edwin has a wonderful work ethics and very positive and experienced. Andrea helped to schedule everything smoothly not to mention that Andrea is flexible and willing to go the extra mile to provide a great service. Ryan, Kristen, and Christian were the assigned team for my project. They worked together in harmony. James was incredible! Punctual, efficient, explained everything perfectly, and went above and beyond when I had tons of extra questions for him. He clearly loves his job, and the company for which he works. He even did a few quick things we didn’t specifically ask for, but he noticed were a quick fix. Additionally, when I had questions for the company a few days before he arrived, I quickly got through to someone on the phone who was very helpful. I've had this company come out twice now and have nothing but positive experiences. The office staff and the electricians are very responsive and professional. The 2nd visit turned out to be related to the 1st, so the company covered the entire cost (!) even though it took several hours to hunt down the problem. Pricing-wise they've been very competitive. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone and plan on using them for future upgrade work.

I choose Eco because they have good reviews on google. Well…reviews are pretty accurate.Customer service is really nice. He came super fast, less than 2 hours after I called. Austin, the handsome guy who fixed my light is very professional. He explained every step clearly and is polite. I highly recommend Eco and will use their services again for my next home improvement.

We are replacing our gas stove with an electric one and had to cap the gas line. Eco did a good job checking in with us before the appointment and we got a call when the tech was on the way. The tech sent out was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to capping the line, he answered all our questions about plumbing/gas, walked us through our system and helped raise the stove in preparation for it being hauled. Thanks Matt!

My husband grew up in this home. During a remodel we had to remove baseboard heaters and upgrade GFCI breakers, among other things. I called ECO and was very pleased to hear that Nate would be the electrician assigned to my job. Nate always shows up with a smile and a warm greeting. Nate is extremely knowledgeable. Our home has its challenges, having been built in 1926. Nate had some “puzzles to solve” and did so very quickly. Throughout the entire job, he continued to be as personable as he was when he entered our home. I have all the confidence in Nate’s abilities and always feel comfortable that things are connected properly. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that Nate worked on my projects. I highly recommend ECO, and Nate to my family and friends and will continue to do so based on my experiences when dealing with Nate. He truly goes above and beyond to assure I am satisfied with the job at hand. Thank you, Nate!!

Project started great and everyone was very friendly. Toward the end of the project I found things that were damaged in my home and a number of items that Exo Electric failed to complete. As soon as I mentioned these items, their attitudes shifted instantly and then weren’t so friendly. I hired them to remove all of the dangerous knob and tube wiring, replace the panel inside, swap all switches & outlets and replace the box and mast outside. The knob and tube wiring is still in my house, they installed light switches crooked, did not swap every outlet like they said they would, left a major outlet in the kitchen dead-no power to that outlet still to this day, installed that outside box cooked and not flush to the house, the mast is touching my new roof done a few weeks ago and bending shingles, the box inside is not installed properly and does not latch shut. They said they were going to bring a label maker to make the box nice but instead wrote everything by hand and not clearly, quite sloppy actually. They attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount amount for additional work to remedy these issues and I said no. They went on to say that they were not coming back and that the job is marked as complete. This. Reach of contract on their part has caused multiple issues with other projects including the roof, siding and gutters. Customer service from this company was horrendous and they are anything but professional. The GM Cory Hessiltine was extremely unprofessional on our 1 call, using profanity and not allowing me to speak. He went on a rant and essentially “told me how it is”. This company is run by sleazy sleazy sales people, I was clearly just a number to this company and they do not care about helping their customers, their only concern is getting paid- not doing what is right. Don’t make the same mistake that I did in hiring these amateurs.

Edwin was excellent during our initial consult/inspection. Super friendly and outgoing, took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me detailed responses about how they would approach the work. He also showed up within a few hours of me cold calling Eco Electric to get a bid going, so that was awesome.

I called several electric & plumbing service companies and Eco was the first to call back & schedule a time for an estimate. I'm glad they were the first estimate because John and Arron were VERY THOROUGH! I got a call/text 2 days before the visit, morning reminder from them day of, and then a text 60 minutes before arrival. Super clear with communication!! Upon arrival they explained their process & confirmed the issues they were called for, then got straight to the plumbing root cause of the issue within 5 minutes! They continued the inspection and explained everything they were seeing, making sure to educate me so I knew what to ask and look for during the next estimate from another company. They even confirmed where my water shut off valves were! So even though I have another estimate to gather I already can recommend Eco (esp John & Arron) based on their knowledge, willingness to educate) because of their very very detailed estimate! They give you several pricing options based on requested scope + any unforseen issues at time of assessment. They don't pressure you at all to make a decision right away. I'll follow up with them and update this review if they end up doing the work for plumbing issue. They're already doing electrical work on the house (separate issue, separate review). I had a new panel installed and the entire process was smooth, professional, and done to a high quality. On top of that, I had rewiring done on my shed that had some ancient hardware that was removed. They took care of the disposable as well as able to help me reconfigure the layout so it is much more effective. Thanks for all your hard work!

Once again Eco Electric and Plumbing to the rescue. After receiving a call from a renter about a little water in the laundry room and no hot water I arrived to discover a small pin hole geyser from the pipe above my water heater and an immediate need to get help to fix it to get hot water back to both units in the building.Within two hours I had their amazing help arrive, a quick discussion as to the best route for repair, and then within an hour it was all fixed and the water heater was booted back up and my tenants were beyond grateful for the speed of the return of hot water and I was beyond grateful fro Eco for so quickly, effectively and a great price helping me handle yet another unforeseen repair.Will definitely be my first call should need ever arise again in the future!UPDATE: Once again another water heater of mine reached its' last day and began to pour water from it. I was traveling and even from a distance I was able to contact and incredibly communicate with the team at ECO who not only got someone out that very day, but Cesar who was the plumber sent assessed and found a replacement...but then he went above and beyond and stayed till late in the evening to get that new water heater installed enabling my renters to have hot water again just several hours after discovering the issue. Have never worked with a company in this space to deliver such quality of work and service and definitely none to do so with such immediacy when an issue arises. My first call comment above is cemented even more in my belief that ECO is the best.

Edwin was awesome. He called me to let me know that he was on his way, he was extremely thorough and asked a lot of questions about my project to make sure that he fully understood what I wanted and even made some great suggestions for things that I had not thought of. Before he left, he recapped everything that we had talked about to make sure that we were both on the same page and that I understood the scope of the work that they would do if I choose to select Eco for my project.

I am very impressed with this company. They responded to my inquiry immediately and were able to make it out in the same day. The electrician who came was very friendly, explained things clearly, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

Cesar and Matthew installed plumbing for my kitchen sink and did an excellent job. They were both extremely knowledgeable and had great communication throughout the whole process. Matthew really knows his stuff! I also really appreciated Cesar's attention to detail and the little adjustments he did to make sure the finishing result was perfect. I will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Nate and the team at Eco are absolute live savers, perform quality work and are a pleasure to work with. Nate is timely, professional, and explains everything in a way that make sense to someone with minimal electrical knowledge. We needed an outlet installed outside and he pointed out some other helpful improvements we could make in our older home without pushing any work on us. This is now the second time I’ve used Eco Electric for a home project, and I cannot imagine using any other company in the future. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, but the courtesy and professionalism of their crews is unmatched. They are genuine and transparent during the estimate, their work is flawless, and they go above and beyond to respect your home and keep it clean. Brandon is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced electrician. He came on time, very polite, evaluated the job scope , discussed all options and steps with me before starting. He was working on very complicated project!During the winter “some so called electrician” from another company made a mess with walls wires and didn’t know how to fix it and finish, which complicated light fixtures installation.Brandon was working with inside walls wires, outlets trying to figure out very creative and safe way for my light fixtures to work again! He successfully completed all was necessary to make my ceiling lights work. He was working till finish, which was beyond his regular schedule. He has determination and his goal is to make a costomer happy with his performance and to complete the job with positive outcome before he leaves.I can say that I was so pleased to see my light fixtures back on ceiling, no dust or debris left behind.Brandon, Thank you so much for your knowledge, experience and your determination! Both Nate and Nate were cordial and friendly. They explained how their service worked. Identified the root cause of the problem and prepared options to resolve issues as well as upgrading the switches to the current standards. At this time I chose just to repair the switch which had issue. They fixed it promptly but i thought the cost was double than what I had expected.

David was the best! He was professional, patient, competent. He was a nice person. And he didn't use my bathroom for twenty minutes-never asked! This has been an issue with handyman/trade workers. Thank you for doing such a good job!

The customer service throughout was amazing, from the person who took my original call to the plumber. He suggested a couple potential fixes, ran to Home Depot to get a part. Came back, fixed whatever needed fixing under the sink, problem fixed. Amazing service.Cesar was outstanding!

Nate and Nate came out and were wonderful. They communicated their arrival time very well and went above and beyond with their service. Came out for a quote, got it quickly, was cheaper than I was expecting so that was great. They then proceeded to finish everything I wanted done quickly and exactly as was wanted. Even dealt with a spider for us when we asked! Truly great service and skill. Will certainly use this service again if needed, and request Nate and nate.

Be careful of pricing! We had two overhead lights not working and asked Eco Electric to diagnose the issue. They sent out a repairman and he looked at the lights and figured out the the dimmer switch we had was broken and needed to replace. He then proceeded to quote us over $400 for the work. I don’t know much about electric repairs, but a friend of mine had replaced his own dimmer switches before and a quick Amazon search said that the switches themselves only cost about $40. I told the repairman we were not interested given that pricing and we were prepared to just pay the $50 diagnostic fee and do it ourselves, and when he asked what a fair price would be, I said $100 (including the diagnostics). He agreed to this right away, and we got the part replaced quickly and our lights worked again. But I’m giving a 2-star review because if we hadn’t known better we would have paid more than $300 extra for a very simple repair.

Had a great experience! They were able to send someone out the same day and I was told in detail what my service fee would cover -- it includes them finding out what the problem is and giving you an estimate which you may think is standard but let me warn you, I was already ripped off by another company who wanted to charge me almost $400 just to look into what may be the issue. Eco was upfront and when the tech came out, he was efficient and friendly (I am sorry I forgot his name) and fixed the loose wire he found in our light switch right away. He did a safety check of the house as well which I thought was a nice addition. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely use them again if I have any other issues.

We are very happy we went with this company. James and Tristan installed several recessed lightings in the living room, in the kitchen, removed some old light fixtures, and troubleshooted our electric cord issues all in just one day. They are extremely hardworking, professional in every way, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Because we liked them so much, we had James come back after a few weeks to replace our bathroom fans as well. Of course he got his job done in a very timely manner as always. James is very friendly and approachable and is willing to negotiate the quote. We will definitely hire Eco Electric again.

This review is long overdue. We used Eco Services for a panel replacement, electrical outlet switch updates, under counter lighting replacement and ground wire installation. We were very impressed with the level of work done. Crew of Brandon, Colton, Elijah , Tristen, Chris and Kurt were amazing to work with. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before they left. Scott, the Project Manager, is also very knowledgeable and suggested upgrades to light fixtures and switches. We ended up replacing all of them and feel like it gave our home a much needed update. He really knows his stuff and worked efficiently with his team to complete all work in just 2 days! Communication was top notch, all of our questions patiently answered. Entire crew were honest, professional, courteous and very clean. We were very impressed they also noticed the small details, like making sure all switch plates were straight and level. We'd definitely hire this crew again. Very happy with their work. Thank you!

James came out to my business to give us a bid for job. He gave us that bid, then we mentioned that we were looking at running another circuit since we had too much equipment on one circuit. He offered to give us a bid, then offered to do it ON THE SPOT! We normally have an electrician we work with, but trying to get him to come out, is another story on its own. James was extremely professional and friendly. You now have a new customer, and we will definitely recommend your company! Aaron and his partner installed multiple drinking fountain for me at my new business. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the work and the ADA requirements. The job had to change before install, and they rolled with it easily and finished the work on time and on budget. The plumbers were friendly and easy to work with.

Great experience with Austin. We lost power throughout our kitchen due to older wiring. Austin was able to correct the issue while also upgrading the outlets and installing a new line to the dishwasher. When one outlet did not work after the first night, he was back the very next day to correct the issue. We plan on using Eco in the future and hope to work with Austin again.

Caesar did an amazing job with a tough clog. He was upfront with the pricing , he fixed little loose ends and gave me advice on maintenance without any sales pitch. Very professional and great personality. Definitely will use Eco Services Again.

Edwin was great at helping me navigate installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my electric car charger. He was able to advise between the the wall charger and the outlet and gave me an amazing price! He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Eco was responsive and communicated well about arrival times etc. The technician was great he assessed and had a solution for the problem within just a few minutes. The work took just a couple hours. If we need any further work done I will will definitely call them again.

James was great. I thought we had a difficult and rather expensive problem, but he found the answer easily and quickly, so I asked him about a couple of other things that could be fixed or improved in our condo. He gave me expert advice on each issue, saying at one point that we could do it more cheaply than he would charge because we didn't need an electrician. We will be happy to return to Eco Electric and Plumbing the next time something comes up.

Edwin came out to estimate replacing the old knob and tube wiring in our almost -hundred-year-old house. He was very thorough and clearly explained the work that would be needed, answered our questions thoughtfully. Very nice to deal with. Still discussing our options, but definitely he has been helpful.

I can’t express as a property manager how much I appreciate the fast, high quality and outstanding pricing Eco Electric and Plumbing provided just yesterday. I’ve worked with a lot of different companies over the years.We had a breaker that’s been tripping losing lights on half a building and the office scheduled James Ernst who came out only one day after my call. He quickly found the problem and provided a few detailed bids to choose from before doing any repairs. The work was completed exactly as the bid stated at a great price. No surprises or changes.I won’t call anyone else for any future repairs, including future work on my personal property. So glad Eco and James are out there providing service I can trust.

Josh showed up as planned. He explained installation process for the transformer & did a review/summary of issues with our elect. panel & wiring. He installed our Ring doorbell & corrected issues with a couple of 3 way switch s.The entire process went very well due, in large degree to Josh's positive, relaxed communication skills and pure skill at his job.Well Done!!

There’s a reason why Eco is rated so high—they make you open the Google link to leave a review and then sit over your shoulder watching you rate them and type out a response. I was told it’s so management knows they are doing well, but if that’s the case they would have an internal review system instead of actively trying to inflate their star rating on Google.My estimator was SO nice and a genuine pleasure to talk to, but he was also a high-pressure salesman. He came out to give me a quote on a whole house knob and tube require (which is a huge $35k project, even for a 1,800 sq ft house) and kept insisting that I get my partner on the phone so we could sign a binding service agreement right then and there. No acknowledgement that maybe we’d want to sleep on it or discuss it. He also kept trying to upsell me on expensive upgrades throughout our entire visit which, of course, would have been nice but are far out of the scope of the rewire we wanted.In addition to all of this, Eco was my 4th quote and by far was the least communicative about my appointment. I was told someone would show up between 1:30 and 2:30 and would get a call when the estimator started driving my way. I didn’t get a call until 2:39 saying he was still 30-40 minutes away. Again, he was super nice but also didn’t apologize for being late or ask if I had other commitments we needed to be mindful of due to him being late. I ended up having to ask him to leave before he wrapped up his normal sales pitch and delivered the estimate simply because I needed to run out the door to make it to an appointment. I also am not sure if I ever would have heard an update from him regarding the late arrival, because I reached out to Eco directly to ask for an update and only after that did I get the call from my estimator.Overall, I feel super slimy about the whole interaction with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone simply due to the high-pressure sales and the practice of pressuring into good ratings. Nevertheless, I don’t think it’s right to give a 1 star when I know my estimator was working hard and I haven’t had the opportunity to see the actual quality of electrical work they do when hired.

This review is for plumbing work performed by John and Levi. I'd contacted EE&P to replace some cheap and failure-prone push/pull supply line valves throughout our house - basically for every toilet, faucet and a new dishwasher. The lead plumbing technician John thoroughly assessed the work and explained some simple opportunities to reduce costs given he was dealing with pex piping and as long as I was open to ditching the cheap escutcheon plates currently in place which would then allow just enough stub for attaching new metal shutoff valves without messing with wall cavities or the tedious and expensive work of carefully breaking apart each Flowtite valve to preserve the integrity of the used pipe. Instead, the old valves could just be cut-off flush and new compression valves attached. Still, space was very tight and awkward for some of them. John made sure all my questions were answered, was helpful and great to chat with (as was Levi who assisted John in the project). The quote for replacing all the valves in the house was reasonable and I was happy to proceed. They made for an efficient and thorough crew, completing the work within the afternoon, despite some of the spaces being challenging and requiring additional connection hardware that was unanticipated but for which there was no charge. Appreciated that. They left all areas clean/tidy walking me through all their work prior to departing and leaving me confident regarding the quality of the job. John and Levi, thank you again!

The crew from Eco Electric and Plumbing re-wired an outdoor light and fountain. The work included trenching through pavement and soil. They did a great job. Although I had purchased a different kind of security cameras, from his experience, Angel suggested a different brand of cameras that he purchased and installed on the same day. In addition, he downloaded the app on my cell phone and provided me with some guidance of how to operate them. Before his departure, Angel asked to look at the electric panel. Upon his examination, he discovered that I needed to upgrade my electrical panel with the power surge. With this upgrade, I would be following the building code. He proceeded to give me an estimate and asked me to let him know whenever I would be ready to make this replacement.Since I accepted the estimate to replace the electrical panel, a week later, Eco sent out Ryan and another gentleman (James? Sorry, I’ve forgotten his name). These two gentlemen were punctual, professional, and pleasant to work with. They were sensitive to the fact that we would be without power for a few hours. They knew what they were doing and accomplished the job in such a reasonable time. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place as they found it.Because the bathroom ceiling fan needed to be installed, Ryan and another gentleman came back the following day and performed a marvelous job! Since there needed to be some touchup around the fan and electrical panel, Ryan referred me to his friend, Jake, who is very good at touchups. Five days later, Jake came over and performed a superb job!Conclusion:My experience with working with the Eco staff was outstanding, pleasant, and educational from the start of my projects to the very end. Had an appointment to have a fixture replaced. An hour before the scheduled time, got a text message saying their technician was still at his 1st call and they’d be late. Then received a call from Elizabeth saying they cant make it in and I’ll need to reschedule. Ok fine. I rescheduled for another day. When that day comes, same thing happens. Only I had to call to ask where the technician was since he was alreay 2 hrs late. Elizabeth again apologizes and askes me to reschedule again for the following day. If you achedule with this conpany, make sure you have alot of time to take off work. Seems like their technicians only do 1 call the whole day…makes them look like they dont know what they’re doing. Id suggest finding someone else.

These guys were fantastic! I own a sauna studio in West Seattle and needed to upgrade the voltage to one of our outlets to accommodate a larger sauna. They provided a reasonable quote and were able to come in for repairs in just over a week - when everyone else was telling me it would be a month+ wait.The guys were professional and courteous, and the work was done in just over an hour.I'll be continuing to work with Eco for future electric projects. I would give Eco Electric 6 stars if I could. Or 10 maybe. Whatever, more than 5 for sure. Their bid was competitive and I liked their estimator better (kind of silly, and certainly not the sole reason I chose them). But this was a big job -- removing all knob and tube wiring, relocating a panel, relocating the service mast, adding a car charger, etc. The job presented many obstacles that I don't think were foreseen and I expected them to come back to me with a request for more money, but they didn't. The crew was fun to be around, they finished the job as promised in the short time frame was had, and were right back to investigate the few issues that cropped up after they left. So...a 5 star rating isn't good enough!

This plumber installed a toilet that I purchased separately. They did a decent but not flawless job.However, their hourly rate is extravagant. Around $500 per hour. I didn't have time to shop around at the time.

At the appointment, I met with Nate who took the prioritized list of work I wanted to do to create an estimate. He gave me a few options to choose from based on the priority of the work. Nate was thoughtful, skilled, very knowledgeable and very friendly; and he had the ability to understand my highest priorities and my budget.I approved the estimate on site, and Nate worked for about 1/2 day to complete all the items. They made appointment for 2/23/2023 11-3PM and I had confirmation on 2/22/2023 1PM via text.Next day, they texted me 4 times from 7am to 11am asking if I wanted to move my schedule to early morning, but if not, I am still on schedule for 1-3PM. I did not respond as I was busy this morning and wanted to keep my original appointment at 1-3PM. Then, at 2PM, they texted me that they were running behind and was not able to make it to my house.I had to take full day's work off and used personal vacation to accommodate this certain date. So I called the customer service, and then their response was that they reached out to me several times during the day regarding availability and I never responded.I don't want to yell at customer representative, but trying to blame a customer for missing an appointment from your mistake is never a great conversation starter. They even said that the appointment is 'tentative' which is very absurd. I was never told that the appointment was 'tentative' and I received confirmation until 11AM that my appointment was still on from their text. On top of that, they hung up on me three times during the conversation, which drove even angrier. I just told them to forget about it.If you want to save your time and don't want to waste your day, please do not hire these guys.Respond to Business's response -Check your words and language before you try to clarify. In your email sent to me on 2/17Pm, you said that 'we have sent you messages throughout the day and haven't received a response'.I also mentioned above that until 11am, your 4 text messages confirmed that my appointment was still on for 1-3pm and never mentioned that I might missed the appointment or the appointment schedule is 'tentative'. Also, it doesn't matter I responded to your text or not since I confirmed my appointment the day before which I never intended to change.Unexpected events happen to everyone, but why would you blame a customer for a cancelled appointment when it's clear that it's your company's fault.

Needed a simple toilet uninstall / reinstall to accommodate new floors.Phone 'guesstimate' was $250-500.Technician arrives, spends 2+ hours looking around, basic quote is $1500, with a laundry list of upsells for even more.I agree to $800 -- tech removes toilets.I pay $400. Tech will return Monday to install new toilets.Over the weekend, I purchase new toilets. Needed to make sure one fit (it didn't ) so I roughed it in and had to remove some drywall to accommodate the height.Decided to go ahead and install the toilet myself since it was already practically installed. Then installed the 2nd one as well, figuring worst case the plumber would return on Monday if I needed anything else.Toilets worked fine. Didn't need the installation. Plumber hauls away old toilets. At this point, I'm a happy customer.Technician comes back and says the home office still wants another $400 for work they didn't have to do -- basically they wanted to charge me $800 to remove and haul away 2 toilets.Suffice to say, I say no.I offer a $100 -- still too much -- but they agree.Short of it:- Initial phone quote was BS.- $400 for removing and hauling away toilets is still profitable, but they wanted to force me to pay $800 for it, turn an otherwise happy customer into negative word-of-mouth, and guarantee they lose a customer.- I'm sure they do great work. But I can't agree with their customer service or business practices.

They came the day after I called, very knowledgeable and determined there was a bad valve that had to be dug up and pipe repaired. Repair done on time. Very satisfied.

I am so very impressed with this company. Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem - some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.

Had two other company’s come out to find and fix the problem. Neither of them were able too, one company was here for 2 hours. Nate and Nate were super professional and friendly. They found and fixed the issue within 20 min! They even wiped off some finger prints that the previous guys left behind on the ceiling.

Austin was GREAT! We had two outlets that stopped working and he found the hidden outlet that caused the circuit to malfunction. He was well prepared, explained what he would be doing and gave me options for service along the way. Very good experience!

I really appreciated how transparent and detailed Eco was from the beginning about the process, what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and the costs. They arrived early and gave me a heads up when they were 15 minutes out. Matt and Jameson were professional and pleasant to talk to. They worked quickly and solved the problem. I selected Eco Electric and Plumbing between two other companies because they were responsive and were honest about what I needed. They upgraded my electrical panel and the wires from the meter to the panel since the service line from the street to the meter was upgraded several years ago but the wires from the meter to the panel were not. To keep it short, I live in an old house in Seattle and the upgrade was tricky because Seattle City Light (SCL) will have forced an upgrade of the meter and underground service line if we made a wrong move that we predicted to be a seven-figure job. The electricians and coordinators at Eco Electric coordinated with SCL to make absolutely sure we could accomplish the project without forcing the upgrade and after several months of back and forth we were finally able accomplish this. During this time I felt Eco Electric looked out for me and had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend.

I was really hesitant to call an electrician because I know that my home is not up to code - decades of renters doing their own work, and because I had attempted to do the same and failed. They jumped into a half finished project and worked some magic. Now all three of my exterior lights work, and so does my electric heater! They also provided a quote for completely re-wiring my entire home and some additional projects that I've had on my mind. They were super professional, willing to explain to me what they were doing in non-technical terms. From scheduling to project completion was less than 36 hours. They were extremely kind. It was such a lovely experience that I will be requesting the same electricians when I do complete the removal of my old knob and tube wiring.

Jameson (plumber) was very professional and explained work to be done and repair options available to me. I would highly recommend Eco Plumbing

James E arrived to investigate what was causing my thermostat and baseboard heater to give off a smell. He checked all of the wiring and ended up replacing the heater unit. He also installed my new smart thermostats so that all of them aged on the same timeline.I finally have heat and there isn’t a smell emanating from the heater. Hurray!Another thing to note was that ECO was able to come to my home a few days after I called, whereas another company couldn’t get here until a few days after Christmas.I will definitely be calling ECO, and James, again with any other home repairs or emergencies. I highly suggest that you do too.

We called Eco Electric to add a new outlet and circuit as well as to diagnose and fix a banging sound coming from out hot water heater. They set both appointments for the next day from 1-3. We received a text at 2 with them having to reschedule both. The following week we rescheduled with them for a Friday only to have them cancel the plumbing and the electrical got a quote with a promise to come back the following week to install. They scheduled the plumbing for Monday, cancelled it again. Here we are on Wed they were supposed to be here between 1 and 3 and the cancelled the plumbing again. We have yet to get scheduled for the new outlet and circuit installation. We have now moved on... completely ridiculous.

The two gentlemen who came to look over our power usage were very professional and courteous. Helpful in recommending tips to monitor our usage. Would definitely use them again.

This review is not for the work; the technicians did a good job, but for the abysmal service. We had nearly 10K worth of electrical work done several months ago, and one of the plugs they reinstalled did not work, and was not put back properly (left sticking out past drywall, so cover cannot be put back on). I called just after they left, and was assured someone would come back the following day to correct it. It’s been nearly 8 weeks, and they have not bothered to return. I have called multiple times with no success. They also left us with $700 in drywall repair after they removed the panel. Please be aware of this extra cost above what they charge, and that once they have your money, they will not fix their work. We are using an tension cord for our microwave because they left a plug nonfunctional and refuse to repair it.UPDATE:After writing this review, Eco contacted me, and finally sent someone to fix the issue. Again, the electricians are great, but I should not have to spend hours calling, finally resorting to writing a review to get their attention. I upgraded to 3 stars for the work, but will never use them again due to lack of customer service unless they get a bad review.

I’ll be using Eco Electric & Plumbing again! And highly recommend them. Not only was I able to get a visit from Eco at the last minute—a fluke but still awesome—Josh & Kurt were fantastic! They took their time, got creative with the solutions, and were super attentive to not leave any marks in the house or garden beds, and we’re friendly and great communicators. I actually tried another company first, and they never got back to me after three calls across two weeks. I got a real person on my first call to Eco, and scheduling was quick and easy. They even texted me a few times offering earlier time slots as they opened up.Angel was great! He was super friendly and professional, and even wore shoe covers inside. He took a look at my broken exhaust fan and gave me an estimate, then fixed it all within an hour - and stuck to his estimate!I would definitely use Eco again. Great experience start to finish!

Our circuit breaker went out on Christmas Eve so my family & I were out of power/heat for 4 days but Wednesday morning David & his colleagues came to upgrade the power panel and got our power/heat up and running. Couldn’t be more grateful for David for fixing the problem. He was very professional & knowledgeable.

The team was very professional and nice to work with. They did a great job explaining answers to my questions. Quality of work was great.

Although they were a day later than they said they would be there, they did the job that I asked and were very efficient. I would use them again if I had any plumbing problems in the future.

We had them come out to the home to get a quote on how much it would cost to rewire some outlets. Our breaker was popping, we knew which rooms were causing the issue. I called they said they could come out the next day for $99, if any work is done, the $99 will be waived, perfect! The guy showed up on time and was super friendly. He was shown what rooms had the issues, but he still needed to check the attic for wiring, etc. Somehow the price for his service came up to $800! My mind is blown! It went from $99 to $800. We declined service because they wanted an additional $6k to do wiring. Again the employee was friendly the entire time, but I don’t know where all these numbers come from. With the jump from $99 to $800, it just seems too sketchy to me. I really liked all the reviews I read, but the personal experience I had, I just can’t justify the cost, with all the outlets pulled out and nothing fixed, again for $800!!

We had an issue with a switchboard tripping the circuit. James from ECO came in to troubleshoot. He was on time and very courteous. Helped me understand the issue and fixed the issue within very little time. Very happy with his service and would definitely use him for any next service requirements.

Aaron is great, friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions. He came to our house this morning to check the sink drain issue. He not only showed up on time, but he also arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person, so this was a plus for me. When my parents concerned about the cost with their budget, Aaron was able to help out on that. He called his boss, and gave us a reasonable price. Before he left, he helped to clean out the clog from the sink drain, so we can use our sink until the next appointment to replace the old drain pipe. We would definitely recommend him and his company to all of our friends. 😁👍

James is our go-to repeat electrician - this is the third time he has been back at our house and he is always very friendly, professional and the service is top-notch. This rating is based more on the professionalism of the crew than quality of the work. Overall I would give work quality 3.5 - 4, but their customer service is top notch. I just bought an older home and Eco was able to come see me within a week while other places were quoting me 5-6 weeks. They even moved it up a day when a spot became open.Let me start with Miranda on the phones. She's always kind, patient and helpful. She is a great communicator. I am blanking on the name of her manager (Dorinda?) but she was also very helpful when I needed a supervisor to weigh in on my situation.The most valuable hand though was easily Brandon. Brandon checked my electrical paneling and installed a few baseboard heaters. He also replaced a thermostat. There were a couple complications along the way but each time we had an issue he came back to fix it with a smile on his face.He's a really great guy and even took the time to entertain my 5 year old who was so curious about his work and kept asking him questions.Thank you Brandon for being so helpful, answering my long-winded questions and being a great servicemen. Wow. Not sure if I am the only one this has happened to, but what a horrific experience with this company.All I wanted was to have a garbage disposal replaced, which they claim to do, but who knows.They scheduled a window on Friday from 1-3. I rearranged my meetings to open up the window.Then they sent a text saying they could come earlier, during my meetings. Since I was I was on calls, I could not reply to their text, which should be fine, as I have a window from 1-3.They even sent another text saying that they would still be coming.At 2, they said they couldn't come. So I rescheduled for 1-3 on Monday.They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would waive some $99 peace of mind evaluation, whatever that gouge was going to be.Next appointment, same shenanigans. They texted in the morning and said they could be here in an hour, during the meetings I had rescheduled to open the 1-3 window.Again, at noon, they said they were not sure if they could come, but would try. They said that last time. I said never mind, don't come at all.Bottom line, if you want something small done, go somewhere that wants your business or these guys will always put you at the bottom of their list and you will be subject to their scheduling whims.Apparently their scheduling windows are tentative. Block out 2 hours of your day, and we will come if we feel like it.I called another, better known plumber in the area and they were able to come during my Monday window. 15 minutes into the window they quoted and done in 45 minutes. Nice to finally have it done.

Nate was excellent! He assessed my various electrical issues (including issues I wasn’t aware of that he spotted off the bat), gave me some super-helpful tips and tricks, was super-fast, efficient and professional in his work, and got me an affordable quote. He also went the extra mile by changing some high ceiling floodlights which were out and I hadn’t been able to do for months due to not having a tall enough ladder, and for which he had to bring in his tall ladder and maneuver two long flights of stairs and tricky walks & corners!Overall, this company was responsive, fast, friendly and efficient from start to finish; I will definitely be calling on them from now on for all my electrical needs!

This was my first water heater purchase so I did a bunch of research myself on which water heater to get and I was able to validate my choice with one of their technicians - Matthew. We corresponded a lot over email and if he didn't know the answer to something, he would do the research so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciate the patience he had with all of my questions, especially around tank vs tankless water heating. I had also chose a different water heater than they normally install and they worked hard to get it ordered as fast as they could.During the day of install, Matthew, Kinyata, and Elias (sorry if I spelt your names wrong - feel free to ping me to correct them) came by and they were super chill. They came in, we talked for a bit and they set off to work, allowing me to do my work. I think the install took about 2 hours and went off without a hitch. The whole process almost felt too uneventful :)I will definitely be using Eco Electric & Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them to others. I'd also like to thank Kinyata, Elias, and especially Matthew for the great and smooth experience.

We used Eco to rewire and replumb our ~100 year home and were generally very pleased with the experience. The pros:- The electrical team, led by Austin, were incredibly thorough, efficient, and communicated well with us about the project status, suggested changes, or any hiccups they ran into (thankfully almost none!). Would absolutely work with them again.- Both the electrical and plumbing teams were open to slight changes to project scope to perform some additional work (wiring additional lights, moving a gas line, etc.).- Due to the size of the project, they were willing to work with us on pricing and provided a bundled service package, and were also able to get us scheduled to start the work almost immediately.The cons:- The plumbing team was not very communicative, and at one point there was a period of about a week or more where we did not know the project status; they had also left quite a bit of supplies, debris, and tools at the project site with no indication as to when they were coming to clean and finish up. I had to reach out to the company several times to get an update on this side of the project.Overall:- The quality of the work is high, the work done was minimally invasive (very few holes cut in the plaster walls), and we are happy to have an old house with updated plumbing and electrical systems.

I have a propane hot water on demand water tank that was not producing hot water. For one hours worth of work it was 400.00 . Huge cost for an hours worth of work.

Eco Electric and Plumbing did a great job with the installation of a new hybrid water heater in our home. I called around and other places insisted it was not possible to install a hybrid water heater; they all steered us toward natural gas tankless or traditional heaters. Eco sent out Arron who explained all our options and also how a hybrid heater would work just fine in our home. He even offered to do the work himself, which he started later that same day. The installation took longer than expected, but Arron stayed with us until the work was done to our satisfaction. From sales to install to follow up customer service, Arron is a huge asset to Eco. We also had great interactions with Dominic, who waived the fee for the consultation at the start. If they start doing HVAC business, we'll go to them for that in the future. Highly recommended.

Extremely unprofessional and left me waiting and then high and dry (should probably say wet). I called on or about 12/15 Thursday and indicated my water main was leaking. They told me they could not get out until 12/19 Monday. I agreed to the date, and they clearly understood the emergency and I had clearly explained the leak. I cancelled and moved my travel flight plans to accommodate their schedule. On Monday I was sent a text message Good Morning this is Miranda with Eco Electric and plumbing.... our technicians are at their first appointment we will let you know if we there is an opportunity to move up your appointment... etc. Then an hour later another text message that I was still on the schedule... then an hour later they cancel due to weather. The problem is there was NO weather issue on Monday the December 19th 2022 . I called and talked to the manager who said she will call dispatch and call me back. I never received a call back and then I got another text message that our technicians are unavailable because they are addressing other emergency situations and would need to reschedule. Which one is it? Overbooked or nonexistent weather condition? Then they rescheduled me for Thursday... THEN they just sent me a text message 12/21 Unfortunately due to the volume of requests we cannot help you and suggest you go elsewhere. They have left me without water for almost a week and totally ditched me. This company is the absolutely horrible, not even a personal call back just an impersonal text message of dishonest excuses. There are many great companies in the PNW. If you need dependability go elsewhere. I would never treat my clients this way. Go elsewhere and save yourself money and the headache at least for when you need help the most. There is a very high chance, these people will not be there.

Matt came out during a plumbing emergency we were having and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in determining the solution resolving it quickly.Since that issue, I have gone back to Matt many times for other issues I have had across the various properties I own and manage. Matt has been responsive every time. Even so far as to answering my call on weekends and once when he was in Disneyland with his family!!Anyone who is lucky enough to get him on a service call will not be disappointed!!!

I am really happy with my installation. The electricians who did the installation worked quickly and worked well with the thoughts I had on location. The scheduler was able to move up the appointment which I very much appreciated given the current circumstances. A couple minor issues. The electricians left pieces of wire on the garage floor. If I had not been sweeping afterwards, the wire could have easily punctured my tires and even though the electricians arrived promptly they were unprepared for the installation and had to go to the store and get wire and a electrical box despite my conversation with the project manager on what was needed for the installation. The installation would have taken less time if they had come prepared. Despite this I will happily call them again for electrical work.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT WON'T TAKE A NO WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE FOR AN ANSWER. They will even get the city involved for a project that doesn't require the city, just to make you hire them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Rasha, Marques, and Josh did such a fantastic job on the house. They kept us in the loop all week and offered wonderful advice as well as some creative solutions to help minimize damage to our house while maximizing the results. We needed a few things done: installation of a tankless water heating system, installation of a new outlet for a Toto brand toilet and washlet bidet, as well as restoring power to our master bedroom. We had a team of electricians and plumbers get all of this done over the course of 2.5 business days. Everyone we worked with was very professional, friendly, and it felt like they really cared that we were happy. I could tell they were passionate about their work and getting it done right!The prices were more expensive than we thought they would be, but they do have a financing payment plan that's relatively easy to work with. Thank you Brandon, Michael/Mike, Matt, James, and Bo! We would definitely work with Eco again in the future for electrical and plumbing needs! :)

Aaron Carlile arrived when he said he would and got straight to work. He worked with a facility person who explained my plumbing woes and he got straight to work. This is a busy kitchen and he did not interfere with the staff's work. His work was clean and he did not require supervision. His estimate was accurat and he completed most of the work today. He was personable and made sure I knew what he was doing and interacted well with my staff. I've had the same work estimated by other services and his estimate came in much lower for which I am thankful. I will now use Eco Electric and Plumbing for any future needs.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They cancelled on us twice in a row, without giving us a heads up. Their hours of 1-3pm make it really hard for people that actually work out of the house and there's barely any customer service. You'll just get automated messages. Good luck trying to speak with someone, they never answer and when they do, they just have you wait for someone to call you back. It's been two weeks trying to get them to show up and various text messages to never get any service. Don't waste your time, take your business somewhere else!

Great service from quote to after install walkthrough. Price is on par with the higher end of quotes I got but Eco offered a couple things that really increase the overall value. One being a 5 year warranty on the work done. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Repairs were able to be completed within a week of my initial request. We had 2 toilet issues, 2 bathroom fan installs, garbage disposal replaced, kitchen faucet and sprayer replaced, 2 outlets replaced, 1 light fixture replaced and 1 bath tub not draining. Eco was super responsive to my service request, sending two electricians to my house the next day to size the job and complete it. James and Gerald did great work adding two outlets and converting a third outlet to 220V. They both had high standards for quality and didn’t stop until they were satisfied with their work, and so was I. Will call again should my need for Eco’s services rise again.Edit: I ended up using Eco again, this time for some plumbing issues. Brandon (5⭑) did a great job of understanding my needs, examining the residence, and providing an explanation of what needed done and why. Matt (also 5⭑) helped make it all happen-- adding a turn off valve inside the residence, correcting the installation of an on-demand water heater, and providing proper venting and draining for the washing machine. Along the way they found existing damage in pipe wall between the toilet and main drain, and were able to quickly address this with another visit. While plumbing issues are no trip to Disneyland, I feel confident that the Eco team got my system ahead of problems before they happened.

I initially had ECO out to install a new kitchen faucet. ( This was supposed to be an easy DIY project) I am so glad I had Brandon from ECO install the faucet instead. While Brandon was here he pointed out several plumbing updates to make to our 108 year old home.Just suggestions, not any pressure. Once again, I am glad I took his advice. Brandon installed a new garbage disposal and brought the drain outlet up to standard. The kitchen sink had been a problem for years. Now with the new faucet,disposal and updated drain it works great. We couldn't be happier. Brandon also installed a dedicated water line for a refrigerator icemaker. Lastly Brandon installed a new ball valve on the main water line. This is much safer than the old style valve.ECO prices the jobs up front. The prices were fair and reasonable. Brandon explained exactly what each job would cost. The work was done professionally. ECO scheduled the jobs at our convenience. Brandon was always on time and let us know when he would arrive.I am glad I found ECO Services.

I had Arron out to give me a quote to install a flex pipe from my furnace to the fixed gas pipe in response to a home inspection. He did a thorough inspection of the existing piping, answered my questions, fully explained the proposed work to be done, then promptly provided me with a detailed quote. They never came the day of, and rescheduled at least 4 different times, before completely cancelled the appointment. They wasted my entire week with an excuse that they were too busy with other customers.

Eco Electric and Plumbing is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with regarding the proper maintenance of my home. They made every step in the process of changing out our two service panels a pleasure. Our initial contact was regarding a simple change out of a ceiling light fixture and ended with the panel replacements. This was NOT an up-sale on their part. My wife and I have been aware for more then 40 years of the dangerous aspect of having Zinsco breakers, which were original to the house, built in 1956. We have been told by many electricians that we were playing with fire by continuing to rely on a dangerous product. Another great thing about Eco Electric & Plumbing is the additional piece of mind when you need both electrical and plumbing work, as the technicians easily communicate and coordinate with each other to ensure all goes smoothly.

The source of the problem was not obvious and Angel went above and beyond to identify the issue and fix it. We had close to 10 outlets that were not working and he fixed them all in one visit, never rushing to get to the next appt. Scheduling was a breeze and they fit us in quickly. We ordered electric and plumbing services. These projects were quite substantial: replacing new electric panel; replacing all devices; improving wiring in some rooms; bath fans; fixing leaks and replacing bath sinks and so on.All the services were done in a timely fashion and with respect to the property. As well as technicians provided all required information about all what is done.Want to say also special kudos to Connor and his electricians team; as well as to Cease, Brandon R and Teadan from plumbing division. There was some funny moments when I though that guys were talking about Disneyland characters, but turns out that was some plumbing tool called mickey :)Quite happy with the service provided, and we also planning to do improvements for water heating setup we have at our house.

Power went out for half my house, I called and asked how soon they could get someone down to my house, said about a day, I called 4 other locations and they said 2-3 days. Glad they were so much faster. The guy that came in was pretty professional and dog friendly.

We hired Eco Electric and Plumbing to move some plumbing in our bathroom, install a tub, and install the plumbing outlets for a tub/shower.When we went to install the fittings, we realized the plumbing for the tub spout was incorrect. We could either use a new tub spout that doesn't match the other shower fixtures or tear out the tile and have the correct plumbing installed.We have been waiting for MONTHS to have the new tub spout installed so we can use our bathtub. I have called, emailed, spoken to the manager. Nothing. I would never use this company again.

We recently had an urgent water issue in our garage and from the first phone call to Eco they went above and beyond to ensure their team got to our house quickly. Christian coordinated everything seamlessly and Matthew and Cesar came out to the house quickly and installed new piping in our garage to fix the issue. Matthew and Cesar explained the entire process and were very transparent in what needed to be done and the reasons why. I highly recommend this company after our experience with them and I will definitely use their services again when I have further plumbing needs for our house.

I had an issue where the refridgerator keeps tripping the outlet. James was our technician. He is very customer focused and was open to communication and technical discussion on what happened and plans of fix. We had some observations and messaged him about it. He follows through to ensure that the problem is fixed.

Eco Electric installed hardwired smoke detectors/alarms in 9 units of our condo building. The company was very responsive to our requests and needs, and always pleasant in our dealings. The field crews were professional, accommodating, and very neat. Any problem was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. The only hiccup in our experience seemed to revolve around issues associated with Eco’s internal communications, where on occasion it was difficult to get the desired information to or from the intended destination or source.

Recently had electrical work done by Connor - he was very professional and efficient. In addition, he and his team took all precautions with respect to covid, wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up to the point you wouldn't know they had ever been there. We were very impressed and would highly recommend!

We had an extensive rewiring job to upgrade underpowered circuits in our rental property. Eco came in, did a full evaluation and explained all the options as well as likely outcomes, and did better than their forecasts in terms of time, expense and extent of damage to the drywall in order to snake lines. Plus they cleaned up thoroughly and left all the cutout pieces of drywall to make repair easier for me. Fast, professional and accurate. They are not cheap but worth it. Their billing and invoicing is a bit aggressive -- they charge 2% to use a credit card and called me repeatedly the two days after the job was done to collect the balance (I was out of town and had not even seen the finished result yet). But they backed off once I explained the situation.

Ryan and LeKenyeda did the plumbing for our complete master bathroom remodel. They were terrific! The installation took place in two phases (before and after work by our general contractor). Ryan and LeKenyeda were both very thorough, and super friendly. Most importantly, when the location of our ceiling lights and other things made installation tricky, they kept testing the final connection until they were 100% certain it was clean, tight, and leak-free. We really appreciated how communicative they were, and how they answered all of our questions clearly. As a bonus, they also gave great design advice when we discussed the placement of the tub faucet and shower wand. I highly recommend the two of them. We'd definitely work with them again.

After talking with 2 other electricians who wanted to charge more money for more extensive and damaging work, James gave me a fast, fair quote and had the work finished within the hour with no damage left behind. Nathen arrived on time, and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in the installation of two ceiling fans and replacing a ceiling light fixture. He resolved an issue that he found when a water pipe was next to the bracket he needed to place to hold the weight of the fan. He cleaned up all debris by vacuuming and removed the boxes of the fans and light fixture. He took the time to mount the remotes on the wall even when he had to find screws for the plates. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Eco Services.

Overall good experience! Our dryer outlet was not working so we called them to see what was up. Christian who made our appointment was super nice even letting us know there was an early last minute cancelation for an appointment at my request. Not sure if it was because of the last minute cancellation but James, our electrician came a little late. However, he was very professional, didn’t try to upsell us and discovered our problem was just a tripped breaker. He even showed us how to reset it! Definitely was worth the wait!

I'm about as excited as if we got a free family trip to Disneyland. This could even be better. Mike has saved our sanity, my marriage, and my bank account. Our Haunted Mansion pipes were pulling a full Steamboat Willie, but unfortunately, it was the foghorn noise, not Mickey whistling delightfully, and it was as random and disjointed as Mickey's dance moves. We had three different plumbers from two different companies come out and charge us plenty of money to shrug, suggest some parts, and not solve the problem.Mike came along with some logic (segmenting the problem) and patience (explaining it to me) and narrowed down our problem to some pretty simple components and even (avert your eyes, money people at Mike's business!) suggested doing the cheaper fix first to see if that alone would fix the problem.Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE their service. If there is anything less than 1 star, I would give this to them. Very disappointingI am writing this as soon as I hanged up the phone with this company. I had called them 2 weeks earlier to book an appointment and they got me booked early in the day. A day prior they said they are unable to make it to the appointment due to a conflict (I was willing to work with them and asked them when they could get me in since they had moved the appointment). They said they are completely booked out and could do a week from now. I did clearly say that I needed help quickly and their response to that was “feel free to find someone else”. This is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

We had experienced flickering lights and burns on outlets. With zero knowledge in this area, we called Eco and were pleased from the time we scheduled an appointment to the time the work order was completed.The electrician team was courteous and knowledgeable. I had done my own wiring, something I often do, however, this time I took on more than I realized. Anyway, James and his partner came on time and used shoe covers and were properly masked. I appreciated that the company had sent me a picture of who would be servicing my problem adding to my confidence and security. James listen to my story, was empathic and did not laugh at me. He was quick and efficient. They also replaced a ceiling fan and replace a temperamental thermostat all completed within two hours after they arrived. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Tyler and Barak have been super helpful, professional and efficient in fixing the electric emergency at our place and quickly restored power in the house. They were always on time during appointments, sending out text messages before arriving, and figuring out solutions in my shoes. They were very patient in answering my questions and explaining service options in details. Tyler identified a hidden safety issue before it went bad. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them without any reservation.

Next day service and arrived on time. 1945 era iron drain pipe from toilet, which had no flange was leaking and had to b replaced. Plumber was pleasant, answered all questions. He was efficient and called in another plumber to double check his good work. Everything functions smashingly now and he cleaned up nicely! Two other companies quoted 25% more, so I would highly recommend Eco For all your plumbing needs!!

We got lucky and got Matt Hatfield as our electrician. He came out, worked with us to find the best deal, and went above and beyond. We were going to be without power until we could get our meter socket fixed, but ECO made sure to get the job done within a day despite being booked. All others we contacted had a month wait. Our electrician then made sure to come early and make sure to get done in time to ensure the inspector could come out and get us power back before the weekend. He stopped at nothing to ensure we were satisfied and happy with the service provided. Used for electric repair. Quoted price on website for diagnostic was $100 (which was why we scheduled them), but upon arrival and discussion of problem price was $500 to diagnose, test, and fix problem with no itemized receipt assuming no need to run new electrical lines, which would cost more. In the end, it ended up being that we had sockets exposed to the rain which was shorting our system, so essentially a fix it ourself problem for $500, which seemed pretty steep to us. That said, our technician was awesome. Super friendly and professional, loved on our pets, took pictures and explained the testing and problems, and did help move and mount the plugs on our deck to be put out of the rain, so we were happy with the result, just felt it was a bit overpriced.

They were the only company offering a free visit and quote. Got a text reminder the day before and when the electrician was on his way.Paul showed up at my house and quickly diagnosed the issues I showed him. Understanding that I had been doing some home improvement work myself, he explained in detail what the fixes would be. I decided to do the minor jobs myself but hired him for an intensive repair -- very happy I did so because it was more difficult than I expected. Paul was very careful and left the area spotless.Honestly it was more expensive than expected ($220 for about an hour of work) but other companies were charging $100-180 just to come and take a look.

Mike and Kenyada provided both the bid and the subsequent service, replacing a kitchen faucet and repairing a dysfunctional dishwasher air gap. They were always on time, efficient, friendly, and kept things clean. My best plumbing experience yet.

Eco Electric may be a fine solution if you have a new electric problem, but they are absolutely inept when it comes to anything built more than 50 years ago. I live in an old Condo where we asked them to come out and take a look at a dimmed light bulb in the hallway. They didn't fix the problem and recommended an $11K remedy to take of the knob and tube...the only problem is that we have flex conduit and not Knob and Tube (we've confirmed this multiple times with other electricians). They ended up sending us a bill for $992 for their diagnostic visit. It feels pretty bad spending close to $1K for a mis-diagnosis.

I highly recommend this company and would call them first and use them again! Right before Christmas I had power go out in some areas in my home. I looked on the BBB website and found Eco Electric. They were the first and only company I called that was able to provide a free estimate and would only charge if they found an issue. They were also available to send a technician out the next week. Other companies were charging at least $150 for the service call and for just showing up to diagnose the problem. They also didn't have anything available until mid-January. From the beginning of my experience with Eco Electric, I have had a good and memorable one. Donna, the scheduler, called to make my appointment. She also called a few days prior to remind me of the appointment and then sent a text a day before and day of! The day of my appointment, there was an earlier opening and Donna asked if she could send the techs over now. I was delighted to hear it, but couldn't change the time. Then she notified me that they would be a little late, but were on the way. It was fine with me since they were still within the window of time for our appointment. When Connor and Nate arrived, they were very professional, courteous and polite. They put covers over their shoes and were patient when we explained the situation. They provided simple and detailed explanations that we could understand. Connor also gave us some safety tips regarding space heaters. They were able to fix our issue quickly and didn't charge! Their service goes above and beyond my expectations and that is a refreshing change! Thank you, Eco Electric!

James with Eco did some updating work to my condo’s electrical such as installing smart thermostats, installing new outlets, adding GFCI protection at the breaker. All of this work was done professionally and for the price quoted. He also added an light switch and pulled wiring for an added fancy chandelier, which he installed the fixture for as well. This turned out just as I had imagined. He was able to limit the amount of holes in my drywall as well, which helped cut down my drywall repair cost. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with him while also doing the work from home and covid thing. I already have then scheduled for a project on another property. :)

Paul came out to look at a faulty baseboard heater. He was on time (actually a few minutes before arrival window) and it didn't take him long to figure out the problem was with the thermostat and not the heater. He was polite and professional and got the problem fixed in no time at all! He also did a quick check of the circuit breaker and panel to make sure he didn't spot anything unusual, which was really appreciated to have a trained eye look at that. Overall great service and highly recommend them!

On two different occasions, technician James Ernst has done an outstanding job installing a variety of light fixtures plus an outdoor electrical outlet for me. The cleanup is particularly noteworthy, as he removes/takes all trash and debris from my house and fastidiously vacuums up any remaining dust. All on his own, he noticed a loose screw in my storm door and replaced it with a longer one. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Shawn and Julia from Eco Electric were fantastic and I highly recommend them! I tried for 8 months to find an electrician to come look at our broken bedroom heater. My condo is considered commercial because of how many stories it is, but it was a small residential job so it was hard to find someone willing to come out. I am so glad I was referred to Eco Electric.Shawn and Julia came out within a few days to look at the project. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. They provided a quote on site. We scheduled the work and within a week they were back, installing a new heater. They worked quickly. Shawn even went the extra mile and checked a broken ceiling light fixture while he was here.It's been a few weeks and our new heater works perfectly. I am so relieved to have this fixed and to have a new electrician to recommend to my neighbors.UPDATE: I've since called Eco Electric & Plumbing for plumbing work. Duane came out the same day and installed a new faucet. He was very professional and we're pleased with the work.

I wanted to install an outlet. Paul used existing wires and exceeded my expectations with the solution he came up with (used existing wires).He was nice, answered all my questions, polite and quick.The only thing is the price. Out of 3 companies they were the cheapest but they still charged 385$ (including tax) for 30 minutes of work. I think this could have been done in less then 200$.

Let me start by saying that finding a dependable, professional and knowledgeable electrician who is licensed to work in high rises is close to impossible to find in Downtown Seattle! I called countless companies until I finally found Eco. I had 2 projects i needed done: replace 2 light fixtures in a closet and put in track lighting. At first I was taken aback by the cost of replacing a light but after getting almost an identical quote from another company, I accepted that it was the market price in Seattle and decided to go with Eco because I really felt like they really took customer service seriously! I ended up needing 3 appointments and they were very open to working with my schedule. Aaron is the nicest man, very professional and caring. I had no experience with these types of house projects before so I really appreciated him taking the time to talk me through all the details of what he was doing/what options I had. Highly recommend.

Eco recently did work for my mother and I can’t say enough about their employee, Matt Bartoces! His patience, friendliness and knowledge was above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for. Not only did he install a new toilet for the master bath, but took out an extremely old toilet in the downstairs bath and helped my mother order one that would fit. He even came back and installed it once it was delivered! I would definitely recommend Eco for any electric or plumbing needs.

They brought my outlets up to date and it was really lots of fun and I had a great time 🙂

Initially very responsive and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately did not follow up as requested about doing more than just analysis. Never quite could figure out the problem and admit it they had a lot of turnover in their electricians and staff. Not impressed by their lead electrician even though I was charge for time very minimal work accomplished

I hired Eco Plumbing for toilet and faucet repair. The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. I appreciated that the day of the appointment I received a text reminder and confirmation the plumber was on his way. Matthew Bartoces and two apprentices - Lekenyada and Elias arrived on time to the appointment and were very informative about explaining and diagnosing the issues. They worked quickly and effectively. All three plumbers provided great customer service and I look forward to with Eco Plumbing & Electric in the future.

The finished on time and a bit under budget. What more did you need to know? So far the quality and care in solving some difficult issues in an older home made the full replacement of our electrical system run smoothly. I will say, they were not the lowest bid, but they were competitive and were worth what we paid. Will bring them back in for some plumbing issues on the strength of their electrical work.

Matt B. did an amazing job of finding the leak from our tub and repairing it in a very timely manner. He is always professional and complete in his work. This is the second time I have had him take care of a problem in our house, and as always, he did an excellent job. I would recommend him (and have) to anyone who needs his expertise. Great Job!!!

Gotta push back on inflation somehow.Didn't go with their services, but got a quote. Wanted to charge $2250 in labor alone for a hot tub wiring, which is maybe a 4 hour job. Got it done for $500 in labor from someone else.

Great experience. The person on the phone was able to find an electrician and have them at my door within an hour of my calling. Had a problem that probably could have burnt my condo down. Jeremy and the other electrician with him promptly fixed the issue and restored my power.This was my second time using Eco and I would definitely use them again.

Can't say enough about the quality of people at Eco Electric & Plumbing. I had both electrical and plumbing work done, and I felt heard and understood and not rushed at all. They have wonderful customer service. We had a snafu with one of our appointments, and they made it right by offering a discount on our initial balance.Electrical: Connor is great! During the initial estimate he took the time to walk through our place, answered all questions I had in a respectful manner. I initially called because I wanted a quote for recessed lighting in our living room and bedrooms, but ended up not getting it done. However, he did a 360 degree walk through of our place and we found a few things he suggested we fix for safety reasons. He explained things clearly and never once made me feel silly for asking for clarification. Being new to homeownership, I really appreciated how he took the time to educate me on what he was looking at, and different solutions. He was a fantastic communicator, and made sure that Duane and Kenyada knew what he was expected of the job before leaving to take care of another job. Both Duane and Kenyada were fantastic and made sure the job was done right. Duane even took a look at my hose connection on the side of the house and did a quick adjustment to make sure that it was working properly. In addition he gave me info on the part for another hose so that I could get a replacement.The other part that I really enjoyed seeing was the way everyone interacted with each other with respect. It's not always the case that everyone knows one another and gets along -- so it must mean that the company is doing something right.Will be trusting them with other jobs in the future!

Amazing! We're moving our washer/dryer to a new location in the house and needed a dryer power outlet. I used Eco's form to request info one evening after work, they called the next day and offered same day estimates. Due to my schedule we met the next day. Aaron was on time and went above our expectations on communication, and later workmanship. He understood what we needed, gave us several options, and completed the work the next day. I bought a custom chandelier from Lowe's recently and purchased installation with it. However, when the chandelier arrived a week later Lowe's said their installer had retired and they would have to refund my install. How could they not know about the retirement when I purchased everything?! I had house guests coming over in a few days and needed it done ASAP. I got in touch with Eco Electric, and Zachary Weber came over for the estimate. I explained my situation, and even though he was completely booked for installs that day (and for several weeks in fact), he went out of his way to return to my house that same evening and installed the chandelier anyway, even though it was a couple hours drive from his last job. He installed it in record time and and he did it under budget too. The new lighting looks fantastic. Thank you Zack for going the extra mile to make sure my dining room looked spectacular for the weekend. I can't recommend Zack and Eco Electric enough, and will call them first for any electrical or lighting work I need done in the future.

Bottom line: Super fast, lowest bid, very personable and professional.We needed a hose bib installed on the front of our house and some slow leaks dealt with. Duane and Kenyatta gave us the bid without pressure or hard-selling and explained everything thoroughly. After letting them know which parts we wanted to move forward with, they scheduled it right away, and, a couple days later, were in and out in a few hours. Great clean-up, very warm and courteous, and they brought our lab a dog chew :)We will definitely go to them for all our plumbing and electrical needs in the future.

Eco Electric came out and installed a Quiet Cool whole house fan, back in April. This fan is amazing. We have it running every night and every morning! It is so nice and cool throughout our house. It assists our air condirioning, perfectly. It used to be very cold downstairs and still too warm upstairs, it is now a great temperature throughout. My husband talks about it to all of his friends! It has been awesome and the install was fast, super clean and very professional. Thank you Eco Electric!!

Our house is old... really old... built in 1916 old. Needless to say there are some issues that need to be addressed. One of those issues was the kitchen sink not draining properly. Well, it drained but all the water was depositing and pooling outside of the house. We initially had a different plumber come out to fix the problem, cause you know... water shouldn’t be pooling out the house. He fixed the problem and it was fine for a day. But the next day we had a kitchen sink that wasn’t draining at all. We called Eco Electric and Plumbing, explained our issue and it would be a week before they could get someone to come out to ASSESS the problem. We couldn’t stop life for the kitchen sink, so we had to be resourceful for a week. For example, We used a giant mixing bowl to wash dishes in and then dumped the water in the bathtub. On the day of the service I got a text message with a short bio and photo that introduced our technicians! WOW... LOVED THAT! Matthew and Kenyada came in and did the assessment, examined the pipes, laid out a lab of action and gave us a date in the following week to actually come out and do the work. We agreed on the schedule and they left. About 15 minutes later they came back to tell us that they explained our situation to their managers and told them that we had no use of our sink. Matthew and Kenyada got approval to stay and do the job (which required them going under our tiny house) that very day!! LOVED THAT TOO!! They were super responsive to our NEED and did not let PROTOCOL get in the way of providing a service to get us back in operation. It was refreshing to see that they saw us as humans in need and cared enough for us in that manner. For the past two years we’d been in a fight with a much larger entity over their treatment of us as they defended their protocol and practices. So our interaction with ECO ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING WAS SO REFRESHING And we’re super grateful! Thank you.

Very unreliable. I scheduled an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance and was told that I was the first appointment of the day. Few days before the appointment, received call asking to move the appointment because apparently they scheduled someone else at the same time. I am not sure how can they do this because i was already scheduled and received confirmation. However, I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new time and asked for confirmation about no further changes. Then on the day of the appointment received a call saying they cannot make it at the new time either and if I was willing to reschedule to another day. Maybe my job was not big enough for them and I would have appreciated if they would have just told that to me upfront. This is very unprofessional behavior with no regards to other people's time and schedule.

Each technician we worked with was incredibly kind, talked me through the process, and was upfront about the costs. I really appreciated working with Kristi and Donna too on a few other problems we had. Overall would recommend!

This was an excellent plumbing service with great prices!! I have used other plumbers before and they’ve always left a mess and charged high prices. Eco plumbing will now be my go-to plumber of choice. Awesome customer service, friendly staff, and a service tech that will take great care of your home!

Beware of inconsistent pricing. Second day of work priced $1400 more than was originally quoted. No clear explanation was given and due to their 'inability' to show line-item pricing, I had no recourse. I had to hire someone else to complete the work.

I have had two visits from Eco Electric at our home. On both occasions the technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and their response time was very quick. They are looking to build relationships, and the way they conduct their business will certainly achieve that goal.

Good communications via email & text. Changes were made to estimate to clarify work to be done at my request. Estimator and electricians all arrived on time. Electricians removed shoes and did thorough investigation of multiple outlets--took them all apart--installed GFI for sink area outlets and tested that they all worked. Cleaned up well. Duane M. of Eco Electric & Plumbing did a great job of investigating and finding out just what my plumbing problem was and then completed the job by installing a new toilet on a follow up appointment.On the follow up appointment Lekenyada W. was also on the job with Duane M. and assisted Duane with completing the installation of the toilet. Both Duane and Lekenyada were very efficient and friendly. The installation of the toilet went very smoothly.July 7, 2020Eric and Elias came out to access a plumbing issue that I had in my greenhouse. This issue did not fall into the type of plumbing issue that they could deal with as it required a complete tear down of grow bed in the greenhouse before any leaks could be taken care of. These guys were just great they affirmed what I had suspected would need to be done before being able to take care of the leak. Great Guys, 5 stars for sure.

We received a text with a picture of Zach letting us know he’d be there in next 30 min. He came in and gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done. Our new light fixtures look amazing. Would definitely use Zach and Eco Electric again. Thanks.

The short story is, they were terrible. A guy called Jay came out to look at our newly-bought repo home, which had had power turned off for 3 or 4 years. The utility (SCL) wanted a permit from the city (SeaTac) and the city wanted an electrician to look at it. Jay didn't really seem to know what he was there for, and was not especially prepared. He had to borrow a screwdriver from my wife, for example. He said everything looked fine, and he would file for a permit to energize (or whatever that's called). Later, he called back and said he needed to move the meter down 8 inches; it was too high per code, and he wanted to charge $4,200 for that. My wife looked up the code. It says nothing about meter height. She contacted SCL, and they said the meter height was fine; it's their requirement, but they considered it grandfathered in. The inspector from the city was also contacted and *he* said it was fine. Jay insisted he was not comfortable not replacing it (and charging us $4,200). This did not happen quickly; the negotiations with him dragged on three weeks, during which we did not have power at our house. Finally, he said he would pass on this opportunity. We called to try to beg him to file for the permit, since it had to be done by an electrician, and we had no power. He refused. We asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the manager, and he wasn't budging. We never really figured out what his problem was (although not getting $4,200 for a job we/SCL/SeaTac/the National Electrical Code didn't need done seemed to be a major factor). Once we finally gave up on him, we contacted another electrician (Beech Electric) who checked things and did the paperwork in a couple of business days, the inspector said things were fine, and the power was on in less than week. So we waited almost a month for power because... well, we don't know why. But we won't be doing business with ECO again. If they were the last electrical company on earth, I'd go off grid and wire it myself, or become Amish.

Aaron and Ryan came out to replace a panel for me, great guys. They explained all their work and were patient with all my questions. They were accurate with all their assessments of what they might find (old house) and how it would take. They even pointed out some other issues they saw with the house, not pertaining to their work, that I hadnt noticed and would need immediate attention.

We've had multiple positive experiences including a very professional stair chair installation for a reasonable price. In addition, Cory talked me through a complicated diagnostic situation by phone involving a broken dishwasher that could have been a plumbing, electric, or appliance error. With his guidance I checked the circuit breaker, local plugs, found the electric panel, sent a picture to him and was able to establish that there was power getting to the machine. Thanks to his generosity, now I know to call a dishwasher technician!

We used eco to install a quietcool whole home fan. They are an accredited installer but more importantly they made the whole process very easy and pleasant. Friendly folks on the phone and on site. This company/crew was AMAZING!! I am writing this review immediately after the electrician has come and gone.1. I contacted Eco electrical to request service on a chandelier replacement in my 13 foot high staircase. (I can’t do this, nor do I have the skillset – hence my call)2. I called explicitly (EXPLICITLY!) for the electrician to bring the proper ladder to do the job.3. I measured with the call rep on the phone how tall the ceilings were and asked 3 to 4 times to make sure they come prepared.4. I was assured they would come prepared with the right ladder and tools.5. Service was scheduled at a time I had to leave work and meet themHey – guess what? They didn’t come prepared. The electrician looked at the job and said he was not sure he had the right ladder. He also mentioned that the ladder that would work was on another job site. The other electrician could deliver it, but it would be about an hour.I let the electrician know this was frustrating after I was explicit in my directions. He apologized, but what was he going to do?NOPE.Look elsewhere for help.

Eco came out to fix an outlet that was damaged by ants. Incredibly thorough service. Showed up on time and communicated clearly. Plan on using them again I the future.

Update, they said they sent a check for the 400 they owed. It was difficult getting the money from them. They rescheduled me months out 2x to do the work, then i gave up when they kept cancelling. Then they had the audacity to ask me to prove the work hadn't been done! I will update again if this check doesnt show. It's unfortunate, bc I thought they did good work.Overpaid, and having a really hard time getting that money back. Will update if they stop ducking me. Will update if they dont.

I am supremely pleased with the quality of service ECOelectric provided for me this morning, It's the first time we have needed an electrician since our new bathroom was installed. The lights over one sink had lost their power. Our servicemen Shawn Odom arrived right on time with his trainee Julia who fixed the problem in less than three minutes. We didn't know the lights were on a dimmer switch that had somehow been activated. One push, and suddenly full lighting. Weren't we dumb? Now, can you believe this? Shawn said, No charge. NO CHARGE????? for a house call, when did that last happen to you? Never before for us. This is terrific service!

Aaron went above and beyond for customer service. Our bathroom outlet wasn't working. He called and gave me a tip to check our GFCI in our other bathroom and when we reset it, our other outlet was functioning again! It saved him a trip and saved us money. Connor diagnosed the switch issue I had and implemented a workaround. He Provided detailed info on the right type of switch that I can install later myself. I was also happy with Eco’s pricing compared to other electricians.

Shawn Odom just came to my house to estimate costs re replacement of bulbs and blades for 2 ceiling fans. He was clear and knowledgeable and ended up giving me info re my options. I ended up deciding that I could actually, even though I'm mechanical, take care of the project myself. Even though the estimate was free, I offered to pay Shawn $50 for his time and expert advice, but he declined my offer saying that tips were not allowed. I couldn't believe it. Is there actually an honest company still in existence? Highly recommended!

Ryan has exceptional customer service, and the company seems solid. Showed up on time and called and texted 30 minutes in advance. Ryan is five-star. The billing rates are three-star (yes, I get that the market is tight and rates reflect supply / demand but nevertheless too high). High rate aside, I plan to use Eco Electric for two additoptional jobs and would gladly recommend the company to friends and family. Just hope they send Ryan out again!

Michael provided a short term and workable fix for a pressure problem off of the front of house hose bib line. He diagnosed what should be a permanent fix and wrote up a bid for that work. Thorough, professional and transparent in all his communications. Great attitude.

Aaron is really professional. Clean uniform nice truck. As a home owner you do simple electrical problem. Its been a week and my wife gave up on me it took Aaron less than 30 mins to figure it out. I need upgrades I`ll call Aaron of Eco Electric again.

I switched out old outdoor light fixtures and installed one additional exterior light. James was fantastic. He explained all the details, progress and was quick and efficient!

We had a issue and they went out to inspect it for issues. They found the issue easily (reset the breakers, had to push it back all the way to fully reset it) and didn't charge any fees for the service. Will definitely use them again when tenants have more electrical issues.

The quote was fair and the electrician began the work immediately and finished it the same day. I had 8 outlets replaced 5 were converted to GFCIs. The one in the bathroom was a combination GFCI and switch. It was all done professionally and Paul answered all of my questions. The appointment for the quote was set up quickly and the job was done in less than 1 week.

Brandon gave me different options for the replacement of my tub. He also made suggestions for my sink plumbing in the bathroom. Should Brandon receive a trip to Disneyland?

Tried for over two weeks to get service with every service time being missed or rescheduled. Then recieved a call to be told they are passing on servicing my reasturaunt.

My dinning room ceiling light cannot be turned on. Luis Carrilo and Robert came, troubleshoot and found that the line behind the wall was cut. If wall needs to cut to fix the issue, I would have a lot of work to do to fix the wall. Luis provided the best solution. He went up the attic, found the cutted line, connect it to a new line and wire it thru the wall into my light switch. Wall was saved. Luis did awesome job! I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks so much Luis and Eco electric. Super highly recommend!

Great honest service. Had several electrical outlets not working alongside a wall. Turns out the GCFI was inadvertently pressed which shut off the power to that section of wall outlets. I learned something new and they did not accept any charge for their time.
