Fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Appointment desk staff were extremely responsive, got me in quickly, and kept me up to date on my technician's arrival status. My technician, Scott, was not only a knowledgable electrician, he was also honest and a good human being. He went above and beyond to rectify my issue and wouldn't even accept a tip. This was my first time using Mr. Electric and I will definitely be using them again. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Josh was on time and highly professional. Diagnosed and did repairs quickly, including suggesting that I return a $50. LED closet light fixture that I didn't really need, and just get a $6.00 flourescent replacement bulb. (A big box store clerk convinced me I needed the LED fixture.) Josh couldn't have been nicer and he will now be my go to electrician!

After contacting multiple electricians in the area, Reign City Electric was by far the best priced and most responsive - they even had someone come out the same day I called! Alex was able to quickly trouble-shoot an intermittent problem (the worst kind of problem!) in my home's smoke/CO detectors (which are linked together, making trouble-shooting even more difficult). I have a bit of an electrical background, so I know when I'm working with an talented electrician. Alex is extremely smart, intuitive, and a great trouble-shooter. He works quickly. 5 stars from a very appreciative customer!

Have had PK visit for various electrical repairs/upgrades and Eugene and the other electricians do high quality professional work. They have gone the extra mile to minimize the amount of drywall holes that needed to be cut and tried to help me troubleshoot an issue over the phone instead of by default sending out and charging for a service call. Great service from all at PK and highly recommend!

We had Chad fully replace our breaker panel. He also added an outlet, blocked out an unused one and installed a light and switch. We previously had an issue with our house being ungrounded so He made sure to ground anything that could have a current and added two grounding rods. He was very professional, on time and had great communication. He was very polite, very detailed in his work and made sure everything was done properly. He cleaned up after himself and was just overall the most professional we have dealt with. He will be who we call in the future for work with our electrical.
