Jon A. did all the work for us. He was fast, accurate & friendly. He was very considerate of our belongings, which doesn't happen much anymore. When stuck in traffic because of an accident, he called to let us know. We have more work to be done & will ask for him personally to complete it. He answered all of our questions in terms we could understand. Our daughter recommended your company to us. We are totally satisfied with all that was done! You are now our 'go-to' for all of our electrical needs.

Great experience with Mr. Electric! Our power lines were ripped down by a truck in front of our home on a Friday morning. I made contact with four electrical companies that day. No responses (until Monday). Saturday I called Mr. Electric. Immediate callback. Sanjeev was on his way as soon as I texted him our address. He and another gentleman arrived, inspected the damage, gave us the quote (no charge if we refused service), drove to purchase the materials needed, had the permit in place and finished up that afternoon. Had the city inspection today and he said it was an excellent job replacing the damaged power pole on our roof. 👍👍👍

He was incredibly responsive to an emergency electrical repair I recently had, and he got it done properly and quickly.

In the process of removing a wall, exposed old wiring was found stopping the job. We reached out to Mr Electric and they sent a team out 2 days later. They were friendly, knowledgeable & thorough in dealing with the old wires, relocating a light switch and installing an outlet to mount our TV. We are so grateful they came out on short notice and did fantastic work.

I am really happy with the owner Larry and his 2 electricians Sanjeev and Yentesh. They really know what they are doing, are on time, and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. They also did the test of their installation to endure everything works properly. What impresses me more is they stay behind their work. When I had questions and issues, they promptly addressed them. I will definitely use their service again in the future!

We had contacted several electricians, but Norman and his team were the first to respond like they actually cared. He was very friendly and professional and asked us the right questions about the project to make sure they understood our needs. Norman came out to our house as scheduled and explained all of our options and educated us on the lights we wanted to have installed in our kitchen ceiling. We also had them upgrade our panel and add lights to our garage. Everything was done exceptionally well and as promised. Even our city inspector who came out to review the work was impressed. I had Mr Electric out to install a wiring for a hot tub and add an additional outdoor outlet. I can’t recommend them enough for the job they did. Incredibly professional and thorough. I am very satisfied with the work performed and thought the price was very good too.

The crew connected my dry sauna and their work was impeccable. I received three quotes, Mr Electric wasn't the cheapest or most expensive. They were the most responsive though and were worth it.

I had a bad GFCI outlet in my garage and really needed it fixed soon so I could use my garage door and have power for my internet and they were absolutely wonderful. Jen on the phone was fantastic and so nice. She was able to squeeze me in same day. It was a pleasure dealing with Norman. We had 3 bids all around the same amount of money but really felt comfortable with Norman since he was also the one who was going to do the work, He was much more detailed in his description of the work to be done. Mr. Electric did a panel swap for my single family home remodel in Mountlake Terrace. I had received quotes from other electricians, but Mr. Electric was able to quote something that was more affordable and had a quicker turnaround time. Norman Acosta swapped out the panel quickly but still managed to provide quality work.

2 technicians came out and gave a estimate ( trees fell on my electric system connected to the house and street pole ) I also got a second estimate from another company , it was twice the price for the same thing . The technicians was very friendly , knowledgeable and skilled , doing a excellent job with updating & completing a new electrical system for my house. I want thank Shajeev , Joel & Kristan for a excellent job .
The only problem I have had was trying to get a payment or schedule completely by the receptionist she has a hard time with accuracy and function of operations ( how to collect money ) just a little bit more training will take care of that and diverse billing system .

Terribly frustrated with my attempt to schedule work with this company. Had a scheduled appointment on Thursday with a 3-5pm time frame. I hurried home from work and waited until 5:30 before calling to see if I was still on their schedule. I was told that a technician would be reaching out to me shortly. I called again at 6:30 to see if I was still on their schedule—again told that a technician would reach out to me shortly. At 8:00pm I called for a third time and was told a technician was probably not be coming and it was suggested that I call back at 7:30am to reschedule.

As suggested, I called the office at 7:30am on Friday to find out why nobody showed up the previous day and to attempt to reschedule. I was told (again) that they would reach out to technician and someone would call me to reschedule by the end of the day…no one called.

I made a final attempt to get to the bottom of this scheduling nightmare later that Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and was told that a technician could be at my house at 5:15pm. Shortly after that call, the technician called to say he was on an emergency call and he could be to my house by 6:00pm. Things were looking up when I received a text message at 5:35pm letting me know the technician was on his way. Unfortunately, that text message was followed an hour later by a phone call saying that they couldn’t find my house because they had written down the wrong address.

By that point, I chose to start fresh with a different company. I can appreciate that they are busy enough that they don’t need my business, but I wish that someone would have had the decency to come out and tell me they couldn’t fit me into their schedule rather than keeping me waiting for no-shows two days in a row.

I will not be going back to Mr Electric as I have found a much more reliable, customer-oriented business to meet my electrical needs.

You’d think if you call an electrical company for any kind of work, they would 1, show up looking presentable, 2, be professional and have actual licensed journeyman electricians do youre 25k plus kitchen or house remodel, nope not here. You will get an unlicensed “electrician” not knowing as a home owner of course, you will get less then sub par work performed, and better yet if they can’t provide a licensed “journeyman” rather would take youre money, up charge you by a good 40 percent knowing they are lining their pockets with gold yet can’t afford to hire a licensed electrician to do you’re electrical needs. Folks go to any other Mr. Electric then Lynwood. This is a franchise store and you will get bent over and raked over the coals when you’re house burns to the ground. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Better yet, don’t bother calling at all, you will be let down. This company charged 13 k to re wire my poor grandmas house, For them to never return a phone call when her 13,000 dollar electrical job couldn’t pass an inspection due to their negligence and poor management. Terrible people

I was very happy with our experience with Mr. Electric. We asked them to deal with a couple of small issues that we were experiencing, and they had good communication leading up to dispatching the electrician. When he arrived, John was able to quickly figure out the issues and quickly fix them, and he had all of the tools and equipment to handle unexpected issues, such as a missing junction box on an outdoor outlet that we needed replaced. The pricing was even a little lower than we expected for quality, licensed electrical work. We'll definitely keep Mr. Electric in mind for future work.

Had these guys restore power to my water heater after the wiring went out. Apparently, these professional electricians aren't aware that large appliances require dedicated circuits, so they just tapped into another circuit, which was already loaded with an entire room (multiple outlets, lights, small appliances, etc.). Now I can't use my water heater or anything else on this circuit. To fix it? Oh, they only want about $1000 more. Already paid them $600 to come in and screw up the circuitry in my house. Just do it yourself or go somewhere else. These guys are inept and lack integrity.

The team at Mr. Electric was very responsive and great to work with. I had an issue with the circuit breaker that presented in a tripped breaker when I plugged in my heater. They were able to trouble shoot the issue on the spot and repair the needed breakers.

They are now on my call list for any electrical services/issues I may have in the future.

If I could give zero starts I would. They didn’t show for the first appointment. I followed up and finally got an appointment, then they came diagnosed the problem and told me which part to buy. The same day I called to make a follow up appointment which was scheduled by a male who answered the phone. Then the morning of the appointment no show or call. When I called to follow up they said no appointment was made. This was a service I needed done immediately in order to list and sell my house. I have two kids and no time for this type of unprofessional service. If you need a job done I would go somewhere that is consistent and reliable.

We were very disappointed by the quality of the service provided for a rather high cost. The damage caused to the wall by the technicians when installing the electric panel was significant. The technicians cut the wall too much when enlarging the niche, leaving inch-wide gaps below and above the panel and a few smaller holes on the sides. They also cut a stud inside the wall in two places leaving it very loose.
Two of the breakers tripped the same night after the new panel was installed, and when reset - started to produce crackling sounds and got hot to touch.
We called the company to ask to take care of this issue and were told that 'due to supply problems the company has been installing not the best quality breakers! This is not something we expected to hear for the money we paid for this service.
Even though the technician came over to replace the faulty breakers, the overall quality of service left us very disappointed.

I request the service of Mr. Electric to relocate the wiring for my existing hot tube to a different location in my backyard. Norman Acosta from Mr. Electric came to my house about five minutes earlier than the time slot I was scheduled for. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and kept his mask on every time we would meet. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He is a person that takes pride in his work (each junction box was labeled with the circuit breaker number and circuit description). I would definitely call Mr. Electric for future electrical work.

They responded to my call quickly and came to evaluate the issue within 2 hours and replaced the breaker panel next day. Especially it was during the home stay order due to the COVID-19 by governor and it was really difficult to hold of other companies.. So it was nice that I was able to take care the issue right away instead of waiting the governor to clear the order. Yes, the price was not cheap if you compare to the average cost of replacing the panel but I had no choice to shop around to look for other companies. The issue was solved next day and not need to worry about the issue anymore which is very nice.

They don't honor their appointments schedule. I was able to get an appointment after 3 weeks wait, only to get disappointed for NO SHOW. They didn't have courtesy to call/email and inform. Upon calling them for follow up on the day of appointment, Jerry(the person who schedules appointment) did not seem to care about no-show and did not have answers EXACTLY when they will show up. To me, this is so reckless. He wasn't even sure whether they will be able to show after 4 or not. Don't bother waiting for them. Would not hire them again. I would give them a big ZERO.

Mike was the Pro sent and he was great 👍 Found that some wiring to a fan was basakwards in the laundry room and fixed it along with putting a fan back in. THANK YOU!

Mr. Electric Lynnwood Branch provided a Quick response time for an appointment. The professional and friendly crew communicated the detail of the service to be preformed and explained the problem and the Corrective action. I requested services because I had two bathroom wall plugs fail and the electric garage door failed to operate. I thought it might be a broken breaker. The crew diagnosed that the problem had occurred due to a damaged sump pump that was plugged into a garage outlet, thus causing the electrical to short out. They also replaced 5 loose wall outlets with up to code child proof one. I feel confident in their work and the pricing was reasonable. I will have them back out to bring the garage wiring up to code. Thank you to Mr. Electric.

Of all of the electricians that I contacted, Mr. Electric was the most responsive. I want to specifically call out the electrician that Mr. Electric dispatched: Jonathan. Jonathan was professional, polite, and demonstrated a high level of skill and knowledge at every step of the process. When we had to schedule a follow-up visit to complete the job (Jonathan had to procure a missing part), Jonathan flexed his schedule to accommodate my work schedule, arriving first thing in the morning as agreed. He really went above and beyond. From start to finish, my experience with Mr. Electric was fantastic. Thank you!

From the minute Norman arrived, we liked him and trusted him. He was very personable and we could tell he was the man for the job. In short, my electrician was very professional, gave me lots of options to choose from, and his work passed an inspection without any issues.

However, the office was a little all over the place. The scheduled my first appointment when my electrician was already fully booked for the day, so no one showed up, instead they had to reschedule it for the next day. The office also lost my information, so I had to call them multiple times before they figured out who I am.

Then, later, they scheduled an inspection on one day, but no one showed up again, and instead an inspector showed up randomly at my place a week later with no notice.

Luckily, I am working from home so none of these issues were actually an issue for me; but if you have to take time off for your appointment - you might be better off elsewhere.

I had an AMAZING experience with Norman Acosta! He solved the mystery of my non-responsive light switch that took out half the ceiling lights in my house! Going above and beyond, he courteously showed me the wiring issue and suggested some safety upgrades I could do around my 30 year old house to make it safer!

I will use him again ANY time!

Sanjeev was awesome along with Kris and Mike. They installed commercial grade out door heaters on our pergola. It was a complex job requiring pulling 240w from our panel, removing trex boards from our deck and installing conduits, converter and control box in highly visible locations. They did a great job of hiding the conduits, placement of the heaters and control box and replaced the trex boards perfectly. They even went and bought the special tool needed to remove the unique trex screw system. Several times I requested modifications in process and Sanjeev and his team were always accommodating and made any change perfectly. They’re not cheap but you get high quality results. Sanjeev is also very responsive and a good communicator.

These guys went above and beyond the work!

Besides installing outlets in my garage and replacing some outlets in my house, they gave me some great recommendations for future improvements to save on electricity.

They even helped me remove an old halogen light and replaced it with a more energy efficient lighting option!

Very happy with my experience with Mr. Electric this morning! Our power stopped working in our room last night - Larry was very helpful in trying to get things fixed over the phone before sending someone over, and when we were unable to do so, they were able to have Sanjeev come over within about an hour and a half of calling. Sanjeev showed up right on time and got everything taken care of quickly, explaining what went wrong and how they fixed it. I'd happily recommend them or call them again in the future!

Had a minor but annoying electrical issue. These guys were responsive and put me on the schedule sooner than anyone else would, along with their wait list. When an even earlier spot opened up, they called me like they said they would. Mike was friendly and professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Good experience overall and would recommend.

Very poor service. Spent three days just trying to confirm an appointment booked through their corporate office. Called multiple times to confirm the appointment. Still had not received a confirmation from the location that corporate confirmed and reconfirmEd. Called them directly and that is where the excuses started. Took no responsibility whatsoever. Had multiple excuses for why they were not coming. If you want excuses, use them, if you actually need an electrician. Avoid them at all costs.

Norman Acosta of Mr Electric was extremely helpful, a great guy to chat with and more importantly work with. He was prompt in his replies, professional, and helped us get a solution for our electrical problem that wouldn’t break the bank. Wow... I think i found a gem. Those guys are purely amazing, ethical, customer focused and full of integrity. I had them come to do a full knob and tube removal in my house. Mike, Joel and Waleed were the technicians that did that and they were beyond great. I had a few other bids from other companies and they told me that they usually do that as time and material. I have to admit that I was hesitant as I never had a good experience with companies that do T&M. Mr Electric was the exception.

It is worth noting that my other bids, almost all of them said they needed to do about 2-3 holes per room and i had 8-10 rooms so that would have been about 16-30 holes to patch - lath and plaster.

Mike came on day one and spent time studying the house, the wires, discovered that i had a hidden panel where the knob and tube was coming off from (as everything in the main panel was romex) and that was hidden behind the drywall. The first day, we had done little progress - as it was a lot of investigation. I was a little skeptical due to that.

The next days it went great, they knew exactly what to do, they were punctual, and the best is that the whole job was done with just 5 holes!! they went out of their way, in the attic, extra runs of romex (roundabout) in order to minimize the damage to the house. While this took more time and material, it likely saved me thousands in patching and painting. I still can't believe that they did all this work with so little disruptions.

Waleed and Joel, both strong apprentices crawled into the tiniest places to replace the knob and tube, without any complaint, any shortcut taken, they were plain awesome.
I will definitely use Mike, Waleed and Joel again.

I called about 4 other electricians and left messages before I called these guys. None of the others returned my calls for whatever reason. Their front service receptionist was pleasant to talk to on the phone and get my appointments set up for repair. Guy who came and fixed my issue was friendly and informative. My issue was a pretty easy fix and straight forward so they took about $40 dollars off totaling to about $274. Will probably use these guys again in the future.

The electricity in our portable went out just a few weeks before Christmas and we called around everywhere but couldn't afford the ridiculous prices that other companies were charging. We finally found Mr. Electric which were way more reasonably priced. They were so professional and would show up at the exact time that was set every single time they came out. The electrician(s) was able to figure out the problem, order parts, and install on the exact days that were promised. We have never worked with a more reliable company! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Electric and will only be calling them if we ever have issues in the future.

Installed two exterior outlets. I was consistently informed of earlier scheduling opportunities prior to the service, and then the Electrician showed up promptly on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even replaced an old receptacle for me at no additional charge. Very pleased with this service!

I made the mistake of trying to replace some outlets in my house and ended up blowing a couple of circuits. Norman Acosta came out and was just wonderful! He explained what I did wrong and showed me how to do it correctly (although I won't do it on my own in the future!). He also answered my questions about a few other issues I have been having and gave me some advise on how to address them. He is friendly, professional, and thorough. I am so glad I have an electrician I can call in the future.

Was suppose to arrive at 9. Dispatch called and said they were running late. Arrived at 10:30 or so. Ended up they said heater was old (and it is) and needed to be replaced. I remembered that it had a reset button (not them). Retired it and hit reset button and it works fine. Did find new heater but would cost $423 dollars. If I had remembered reset button it would have saved me $300. + dollars. Took personal phone call while settling bill. Have used before and was satisfied. Not so this time.

I enjoyed working with Sanjeev and Joel on my kitchen remodeling. Sanjeev was very professional, respectful to the home, and highly experienced. Joel's attention to the details was amazing also. They were both easy to talk to, kind to answer to all my questions. I also had a good communication with the company owner Larry and Edna, who were very accommodating to the needs and schedule.

They responded quickly with an estimate, gave me all the details, arrived on time and did the work thoroughly and professionally. I was very happy with John and his work and my overall experience with Mr Electric.

Hired them to add some outlets and remove an outlet and wiring, They ended up disconnecting a light in the process and had to make a second trip out to fix the mistake. I didn't notice that they had double billed me for the same work months later, which was too late to dispute charges with the credit card company. Unable to contact the person who did the work, as these are independent franchises, will never use again..

We purchased our first home in summer of 2015 and that is when I first met Mr. Electric. We had them come and take a look at our junction box. Most recently we had more work done too while I was out for work. As a husband who is out to work most days, Mr. Electic's teammates had to come while my wife was home. When I got home I was pleased to hear that their teammate was one of the friendly neighborly types of people. Being in professional sales, to me that's important to the brand just as much as the body of work. The workmanship was clean and done well. We had a thermostat that had melted and was cooking the drywall around it. I got home too see that things were flush and in perfect working condition. This is actually the second time we used Mr. Electric. We have more work to be done, since the winter struck, so we're going to be coming back a third time to have an issue looked at with our flickering lights.

Wanting to do the right thing and call first, he was the only electrician who took the time to talk with me and assure me the way it had to be installed was correct and safe!! As a retired veteran honesty & integrity are Important to me, he showed both attributes right from the start! Honesty & kindness go a long way.

Ali (#9275) was fantastic. Very courteous and thorough. She took the time to really understand the scope of the problem. She completely nailed it and the work looks great. She came out to my house same day after several other electrician's didn't even return my call. She gave me solid estimates on some other work I need to have done so I'll call Mr. Electric again most certainly but to be honest it was Ali that sold me because she was so personable and professional.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8am today, and they no showed. My fiance called twice and 2 different receptionists pretended they couldn't hear her and hung up on her. She called another 3 times after that, and they just stopped answering the phone. Disgusting behavior displayed by the associates of this business. I advise you to take your time and your money elsewhere.

Quoted me 1900 dollars for an hour of work. I made the mistake in telling their electrician that I was in a bind because I was in the middle of a house deal and I needed it done before the house inspection the next day. Had me over a barrel. In House Electric did it for 350 dollars. What a joke!!

I hired Mr electric because of their promise of being fast and effective. I was getting ready to close on a refinance we had some minor electrical work to get done. After completing the work, Mr Electric said they would take care of the city final inspection and that I would get a call the next day to confirm the day of the inspection. I never got a call. I called them for a week and nobody called me back. Finally I heard that the inspection would be in thursday and turns out when i logged into the city permit portal they hadn't even scheduled the inspection so the lied to me. Mr. Electric has very bad customer service as they wont return your call. I am very disappointed by Mr Electric so I would recommend to stay away from them.

The response time was awesome, the work was done well, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly marked and explained the work that was done. The one thing that I am displeased w/ was not being forewarned that there would be some drywall repair that I would be expected to do myself. For the amount paid for the work, I would have expected full service around finishing.

I was looking for some simple electrical work, swapping out a dual dimmer for a single dimmer.

I reached out to 3 companies, two of them (Black Sheep and Mirsky Electric) provided me with an hourly rate and minimum service charge cost. Mr. Electric was the only one to not do this.

Fair and transparent businesses tell you their prices upfront. You'd never accept this type of pricing model in any other aspect of your life. Don't let these companies get away with preying on your desire to get the work done since they're there. Too many companies implore this practice in this town, it's unacceptable. They don't give you any pricing until they're on-site, at which time they hope to play the convenience card in getting you to pay for the work.

It's a below-board business practice and any great general contractor will tell you to not do business with anyone that can't give you a price sheet, hourly rate, etc, upfront.

Their rates shouldn't change depending on the job type. You either have an hourly rate or you have a fixed price per type of job. You don't get to have this notion of I'll charge whatever.

I've seen other companies do this too. Where they try and get you to schedule a service call only to be on-site and then try and pressure you into a sale.

Imagine if other services did this. Say you ordered some food delivery and they said, we'll give you a price when we get there. They show up and say oh, it looks like you're really hungry, the price is...

Their work may be good, I don't know, but you don't start off a business relationship obscuring pricing.

Expect more from businesses.

I had a broken fuse in panel and he diagnosed and fixed it without drama. There was a scheduling mixup on their end but they made an effort to come out ASAP to make up for it....again without drama. Owner called me back on his own to fix it.

Mr. Electric got it right after two previous electricians failed to diagnose the problem. A faulty wall outlet was causing a shock when touching any metal part of the treadmill. After a quick inspection, Mr. Electric described the likely fault and I agreed to the repair. Problem solved. Diagnosis and remedy of what now seems a simple fault gives me 100% confidence to rely Mr. Electric in the future.

Sanjev and Joel were awesome I'd lost power to all my kitchen sockets they showed up quickly, were very professional, fixed everything quickly and completely to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again for other electrical needs.

Had an appointment for a quote, they never showed up, did not call to say they weren't showing up, did not return my call either.
Then they called wanting to come by 5 days later, never apologized for not showing up previously.
Absolutely no self awareness. I guess they are just so busy they don't need any new business. Must be nice.

A random tree branch fell on my electrical entrance wires, and pulled the entrance mast away from the house. The PUD came out, and determined that they could not leave power on until the mast was replaced. They cut the power and the wires to my house.
I had no idea what to do, or who to call. I came across Mr. Electric, and called them. Sanjeev of Mr. Electric was sympathetic and responsive from the start. I have three people working from home, and two people attending school from home via the internet, and simply could not be without electricity. Sanjeev and his crew really stepped up and took care of my situation right away. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate their quick work!

From my experience I conclude that Mr. Electric will charge you as much as they can get away with, so beware. They charged me almost $2,700 for about 7 man hours of work, minimal materials. They wired six recessed lights and 4 smoke detectors that were already in place, plus a light switch and replaced a service wire. The manager threw me a bone and lowered it to $2,370 after I complained. That's still $300 an hour for electrical work that I made easy for them.

Had some outlets installed, and I’m so thankful I hired them. On time, great work, cleaned up after they were done, great conversation, would definitely work with again.

I have had them over a couple times through out the years. Always professional and fast. They tell you how much before they fix it. I'm not gonna say their spendy (like they're the only one charging that rate.) but electrical work in general is expensive!!!

TEN STARS. Some jobs you don't want to mess around with, they have to be done correctly. For example, the electricity in your home.
Mr. Electric was pro from start to finish. Everyone at Mr. Electric was remarkably helpful and responsive, they actually seemed to care that I had no power. Steve the electrician arrived within an hour of my phone call, and he spent the rest of the day, until past dark, fixing the problem, which involved the main power to the house between meter and breaker board. Additionally, Steve and the support staff have been working with the city, freeing me from most of the bureaucratic process of inspections, permits, etc (I had a full-on melt-down so this was a big job). Based on my past experiences with electricians and contractors in general, I strongly suspect this fix could have been WAY more of a hassle than it was. Will definitely call Mr. Electric the next time I need an electrician.
