UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

Water bubbled up near my front yard faucet. A big name plumbing outfit quoted me an $8000, two day hand dig to replace the line from the house to the road. The plumber was slick and high pressure. I called Mr. Rooter. They arrived quickly. The no nonsense plumber quickly assessed the situation. He dug up the area and found a buried shut off valve spurting water. Repaired the thing, filled the hole back in, and was gone in around an hour. Superstar. Only cost me $2700. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooted to everyone.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. Beau showed up within a two day window of calling for a quote. He was extremely efficient at diagnosing the problem and within 30 minutes I had a quote in my inbox. This was a preventative job versus an emergency; however, we did have a specific timeline to get it done. The Price Busters quote was more than half the price of the first quote from a very popular local plumber. At first I thought, no way, this can't be possible. I was wrong. I continued to be amazed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were able to schedule the job in a timely manner and were extremely accommodating to ensure minimal hours without running water to the house. Alex did all the scheduling and the play by play of progress and when the job was complete, they sent photos and videos and made it very easy to pay online. Just wow!! I would recommend this company over and over and over again.
