Chad was top notch. I called when I figured that I was over my head changing a light fixture and need assistance. I was hoping for a quick response to come out and do the install for me (electric is scary) . Instead he gave me instructions on how to do it myself if I was so inclined. He spent a couple of hours helping me troubleshoot via text and I got my little project done. He said he would come to my house immediately if I could t do it on my own. Good guy, I look forward to meeting him with a project I can’t do myself. Never had that great service from a contractor. Thanks Chad!

At 5 in the morning our breaker boxes was hot and smelled like but I g wire. We called Sage and Sound because their ads had 24/7 emergency service. They came right out . It turns out it wasn’t a few breaker switches . The main breaker switch had shorted out and the rest of the breaker switches and box were compromised. Chad replaced the entire breaker box and all the breaker switches that day on a very cold day we had heat that day. Nothing in our fridge and extra freezer went bad.
He relabeled every correctly for us. The previous box was labeled wrong.
It wasn’t inexpensive but they charged a fair price especially Rod a emergency and on a weekend.
We recommend them for any and all electrical needs ! When you need it done fast, when you want it done clean and safely and you want a fair price and not be ripped off!!!

He even worked after hours to ensure the repairs were completed so we could meet the closing deadline of the home. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with this company. Can't say enough good things about Chad's service! We had a tree fall and pull down power lines on our property, and Chad got it all repaired and power restored within 24 hours of receiving the order. Totally recommend his services to anyone needing professional quality electrical work!

Excelent Service. We scheduled an appointment quickly, and he was here the following day. After assesing the wiring, he suggested the best course of action to rewire the house, how to update the panel, and steps to eliminate any fire hazard. His main concern was safety. I am very happy about contacting him and will make sure to contacting next time.

Weeks over due and a small job is 95% complete - cancelled his never happening return trip even though I already paid for it.

He completed 2 of 3 tasks I hired him for. The other is probably close to completion, or so he claims.

Multiple schueduled visits and no-shows.
Contact was rare and never the same day as his no-show.
I can make it out tomorrow. Have my son change his schedule to accomodate Chad. And he no shows, no calls.
I can make it out sometime this weekend. Amend our plans to make sure someone is always home (since getting an ETA is out of the question) and he no shows.
I can do this tomorrow. Lots of open slots. Again my adult son changes his plans to accomodate Chad. No call, no email, just another no-show.

Original schedule was 13th and 14th.
Phone call later, oops we meant 20th and 21st
On the 19th can't make it, push it back another day.

21st, having already been to the property and inspected the tasks asked still showed up with out parts.
Leaves to go shopping.
Returns,works 2 hours and calls it a day.
Next day shows up around lunchtime. Works to 8pm, but can't finish due to missing parts. Promises to return in the morning.

Now it is the next month. And Chad thinks I should have my Son change his plans once more to accomodate him. Ah, this ride is bornig and broken. Time to move on.

Great experience! Chad spent about an hour and fixed the problem with our lighting (which has been on going for a few years now). He also explained each part that he was checking and what each component did, in a way that I could understand it.

Personal and professional service! I needed an electric car charger installed at my home in a reasonable amount of time, and Safe and Sound Electric delivered! Not only that, but when I called other electricians in the area to compare prices, they did not mention any code requirements for installation or scheduling a state inspection like Safe and Sound Electric did. After work was completed, a state inspector came out to verify the work was completed and up to code, needless to say it was! I was very impressed with the help and recommendations Safe and Sound Electric gave me as well. Very friendly! If you want the job done right, this is your electrician!!

We had Chad fully replace our breaker panel. He also added an outlet, blocked out an unused one and installed a light and switch. We previously had an issue with our house being ungrounded so He made sure to ground anything that could have a current and added two grounding rods. He was very professional, on time and had great communication. He was very polite, very detailed in his work and made sure everything was done properly. He cleaned up after himself and was just overall the most professional we have dealt with. He will be who we call in the future for work with our electrical.

Chad was very personal. He asked for a material deposit. I gave him $1500.00 for a $2500.00 estimate. He never showed after many promises. Small claims court next week. I wish I could give him ZERO stars.

Now that he no longer knows where I live, this man is crazy. He threatened to rip his work out of my walls when I questioned a price increase. He refused to move forward until I prepaid the full amount for the job despite the initial agreement to pay half up front, which I had already done, and half upon completion. He was aggressive and quite frankly scary. I have literally been afraid to leave this review until I moved.

Might be good, might be bad. Will never know as they don't return my emails or request for quote from their website.

Made an appointment, they didn't show. I called and left a message, no call back. Won't try them again.
