Best Water Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

Over priced for a simple wiring for 2 outside lights and motion light. Quoted 975 bucks found someone for 400 bucks. Will not refer over priced for very little work.

Dave was great, he came out on a Tuesday, listened to what I wanted, and said he would email me a quote... I got the quote later that night, accepted the quote and he came out the next day and was done in just a few hours. I got two new security lights for my for my back and side yard (where there were none) and he got my exterior electrical outlet working that hadn't worked since I'd moved in almost 4 years ago.

I will definitely use him again the next time I have a problem or update in my electrical system.

Our electrician, David, was prompt and on-time. Super impressed with how quickly our car charger was installed by Wiring Pros. Wiring pros did a site survey and then came out the next day to install. We were originally going to go through dealer-recommended AZCarCharging.com, but that place still has not even gotten back to us even after a site audit. All of the work done by Wiring Pros was excellent quality. David came prepared, got the job done, and was highly personable also.

Our electricity on our RV went completely out and I had left a message for One Shot Installation. Gabe returned my call and was very helpful.

He helped me understand my crisis situation and gave me better knowledge to help further my situation even though we had already gotten our power back on.

I will definitely use this company in the future when the opportunity arises just based on the polite and informative conversation.

Where to begin! Excellent/professional customer service from the first call to the moment the technicians left. My home was flooded by a contractor, and I wanted to make sure that all the plumbing connections were properly installed. Brad Dahl was the technician assigned to the job at my request.First, the representative who answered the call was empathetic and understood my concerns. She arranged to have Brad Dahl arrive a couple of days after my call.Follow-up phone calls and text messages - throughout the entire process I had representatives call me letting me know the status of the appointment. A text message was sent the day before their arrival for me to confirm the appointment. A genuinely nice touch which might seem small for some, but I thought it to be very considerate, was the note letting me know to go on with my day as usual since I will be receiving a phone call 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival (which was exactly what happened with my case).Brad and Tanner arrived punctually; they were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, considerate... I can go on and on praising them. They rolled a red carpet in front of my door (yes, I got the red-carpet treatment!), they covered their shoes every time they entered my home, they brought their own broom, dustpan...etc. with them and thoroughly cleaned as they worked (I so much appreciated that). They completed a full plumbing inspection and clearly detailed/described the work that needed to be done. They provided options for me, and I did not feel pressured to pick the most expensive one. All the work they did was top notch, including replacing a 19-year-old hot water heater. They did not leave my home until they were sure everything was working properly (they even tested my HVAC unit since my heating system works with hot water... they left NO stone unturned). I was actually sad to see them go... hard to believe... Brad is moving to Texas in the next 6 months, and I wish him all the best in his new endeavors. Tanner will remain in AZ working for George Brazil. I will not hesitate to use George Brazil and their whole entire team (specially Brad and Tanner) if I have another plumbing emergency. The steady customer service decline is a concern, and it is so nice/refreshing to find a business that still takes such diligent care of its customers. Thank you!
