Best Residential Remodel in Phoenix AZ

On December 26th, 2022, I recently had to put in a claim with my home warranty company for an electrical issue; Breaker box was buzzing loudly as i turned on the heater to my home and some outlets had lost power. The company my Home Warranty had as a contractor was closed (26th) and due to the issue being electrical related, this made me very uneasy as I hear horror stories about electrical fires all the time. I did a google search and found Simple Electric was open and got in contact with Bree Street, their Scheduling Assistant. I told Bree about my issue and she spoke with her manager to see if they could do an over the phone consult due to what was going on with my home; Bree was able to get me in contact with their, electrician Bryce Mongillo. Bryce called me immediately and walked me through pre-cautionary measures for what was going on and assisted me with any questions I had. Both Bree and Bryce were extremely professional and compassionate and I wish they were the company to respond to my house to fix whatever issue is going on with my breaker box/electrical. The contact with this company was very pleasant and just from this short contact, I cant express how positive it was. Thank you very much Bryce, Bree and Simple Electric.

My rentets had an emergency electric issue.I called SLE and they were able yo send somebody immediately. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

I was referred to Tom by a neighbor and what a gem! I was having a crackling sound from a light switch and concerned of safety hazard gave Tom a call. Tom was extremely efficient! I called Arizona Electrical Solutions for an install of my landscape lighting system. Will came out and gave me an assment based on what I was wanting for my front and back yard.
He presented me with, brochures of landscape lighting collections from Vista and FX. I was looking for something Led. His bid was fair and complete. His team had my project done with in two days. They cleaned up the trenches and yard nicely. I'm happy to recommend them!

My experience with tio was awesome. This is the second time I have used them. I cannot speak more highly of them they're on time they're efficient they send you the same test if you request they clean up their mess they clean up after themselves they even bring a little vacuum and they dust everything back off and they're just really nice and they're very helpful they point out suggestions to improve electric users in your own home and say Hey you know what I see you have all those cords sticking out there do you want us to Maybe put them in the wall I mean things you know you need to do but you just forget to do I just love these guys I will continue to use them for everything thank you very much Much you guys are awesome.

It's Saturday afternoon, December 23rd. Work that a Heating and Air Conditioner repairman was doing, blew our entire electrical system. We imagined a holiday weekend in the dark. We called Phoenix Electricians Today and a super technician called us back immediately with advice on how to try to remedy the problem. It worked and saved our Christmas weekend. Thank you Dennis!

Do not look anywhere else for an electrician. I have utilized Econolight for over 2 years. I had a very complex panel replacement and odd issues throughout my house that required expert qualifications. Econolight far exceeded my expectations. THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

The Barone team was excellent. It always pays to go with a company that's big enough to get the job done in a timely and reliable fashion but small enough to care.

The electrician, Armando was a fantastic person to come out to my home to give me an estimate. I wanted to take my island out which had three electrical outlets that needed to be decommissioned,. He was very professional, and personable he gave me suggestions. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything . he found that my GFI in my kitchen was not up to code, and made me aware of that and price that out too if I chose to do it which I did,. The remodel of my kitchen I feel confident is going to be successful with all the correct electrical work that has been done by Armando and Gideon electric service.

We recently relocated and required both appliance repair and a plumber. It was great to find both in one business with One Shot Installation. Gabe was super to work with as he explained or demonstrated everything he repaired.

We had same day service which was an added bonus. Gabe is in my phone listing for when I need either appliance repair or plumbing assistance in the future. Very pleased!

My spa suddenly stopped working last week, and I knew it could be due to the circuit it was on (with 3 bathrooms). I messaged 4 electricians with high ratings on Nextdoor, AJ reached out same day, and came out next to see what was going on. He found that contractor who installed our patio 20+ years ago did electrical wrong, he repaired that, and replaced the inside outlets and GFCI the very next day. There is an issue with spa itself also, but he has me ready to go with proper electrical when that issue fixed.

FYI - I messaged 4 electricians twice (won't name here). 1 replied after 2nd message, but said 1st availability was May 4th, 6 weeks out. Other 2 never even replied.

James at Coltech exceeded my expectations! Came out same day and had my issue fixed within 10 minutes and left me with a plan B in case plan A didn't work. He then followed up the next day to ensure everything was still working correctly. Glad I found Coltech and will use them for all my future electrical needs. Thanks James!
