My Technician - Jay Johnson - was great! Showed up on time, good sense of humor and fixed my ceiling fan issue quick. They didn't overcharge which is always a fear when hiring a contractor.

Will definitely be using these guys again.

The electrician showed up to my house on Monday. Granted it was a 4th of July week. I get that. But I was promised a quote. Its Friday and I still dont have a quote.
Not to mention it seemed I was being pressured by the tech to come up with some Money or I could lose my Monday slot that he had saved for me.....without a quote.
Today I had 2 other companies come by and gave me quotes immediately.
I will not be using TIO.

I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. Highly recommend!

John was very responsive when I first contacted him, and he has been even more responsive since then. John is very knowledgeable, honest, punctual, and professional. One of the many things I like about working with him is that he listens to requests, offers suggestions, and adapts and implements them--all with a smile and much-appreciated dialog. His prices are fair and explicit. An excellent electrician who apparently enjoys his work.

We needed two ceiling fans with remotes installed, one kitchen chandelier and electrical ran to our pergola for hanging lights. We also had issues with breakers tripping intermittently in our home. TAP and Sons Electric was excellent from the beginning. The estimator was able to give an accurate estimate over the phone and trouble shoot the breaker problem providing various solutions. The electrician Cyrus was early on install day and worked quickly to resolve the breaker issues. Next, Cyrus installed the ceiling fans and chandelier. Everything looks and works fantastic - Cyrus is a bit of a perfectionist, a quality you look for when having contractors work on your home. Thank you TAP and Sons for a job well done. Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
