Called to schedule an appointment for outlet installation which was easy and he was very informative but when it came time for the work to be done he didn't show up on the schedule day and when I tried to reach out to him his phone was either off or I was blocked. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment just sitting around before i had to schedule another election 2 weeks out. So a month just waiting

Damon went above and beyond on my house rewiring and panel upgrade, followed code, made many suggestions per his expertise and I'm glad that I listened to them. He always tried to be available especially for any emergencies that arose. His customer service was outstanding.

Damen and his team replaced the electrical panel along with other various bits and pieces on my house and I'm incredibly happy with the work that was done. Before finding thunderbird electric I shopped around for prices and was quoted around 7-10K from various places like hobaica and mister sparky etc, he was able to beat that price.
