Every time I have called Gabriel for help he has been quick to respond. I send texts and pictures and he is always able to help me out. He is very honest and kind and never tries to sell anything. He honestly wants to help people. It is hard to find a trustworthy business but not when it comes to my appliance break downs, Gabriel is always there to help. He has blessed our family tremendously with his generosity and understanding of our old and new appliances.

I have used George Brazil heating and cooling services since I’ve owned my home and they have always exceeded my expectations.When I needed some electrical work done I got several quotes. George Brazil was actually the highest one but my technician Scott was a true professional. Made sure there was no mess left in my house when he was done, explained the work and quotes thoroughly, and his work was fantastic!I am very happy with George Brazil and will continue to use them for all of the household services they provide.

Received a flyer for Tucker Hill offering a promotion for water heater maintenance. From scheduling to completion of our service = A+/ 5 star service.

They emailed / texted 24 hours before my appointment, a phone call from their main office when the technician was en route, and a text with a picture of my technician on arrival.

In and out, cleaned up prior to leaving and confirmed everything was in working order.

I was very pleased with Jimmy, the service technician. He explained everything and was very professional, and answered all of my questions. We had several faucets and toilets that needed rebuilding or replacing at our parish. Now everything works like new!

The handyman replaced an existing light switch in the kitchen. The charge: $200 which I think was a sour grapes fee for not agreeing to have him install an In-wall power kit for $350 for both tasks. The handyman used my new light switch to replace the broken one - it took approx. 5 minutes total to complete the job. I was a repeat customer but no more - enjoy that $200 - you won't be back. What a rip-off!

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.
I will definitely use this service in the future.

Left my house brand new everything from a to z

I was driving south on Alma School Rd just past Guadalupe Rd heading towards Elliot Rd at 3:14pm on 12-18-22 when I saw your company vehicle, license plate CM34525, in the lane next to me and I witnessed the gentleman throw out the passenger window, what I'm guessing was empty, but a pack of cigarettes, it was white and driving 45 I couldn't see a brand.

I called Greg Knutson this morning for a garbage disposal issue and he came the same day and fixed it! He did a wonderful job at a fair price, and did professional quality work. We will be using him again and recommend him to others.
