I love it when you get the same service provider from start to finish. David answered the phone, set the appointment, came out to do the estimate, and did all the work himself. He was polite, professional, and prompt. His work was done well in a timely manner, and all for a fair price. He cleaned up all his workspace too. We hired him to install 3 new breakers to run a tankless water heater. Between the time we accepted his quote and scheduled the work, he took the time to read up on the tankless unit so he knew exactly what he'd be dealing with. All around a great job. I have dealt with a lot of electricians in the last year and a lot of times they play trial and error. After seeing their yelp reviews, I gave them a call and it was easy to make an appointment. They didn't charge me extra by saying their schedule is full till mid-week and would have charge me emergency hours unlike another company. Dennis came out who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided me with a referral for a plumber. The entire experience was smooth. I would definitely recommend Dennis and will call him for any future repairs.

He was a very personable guy and was more than happy to offer advice and suggestions to my project to improve upon it. He was very fast, professional and accommodating. I had the company replace my hot water heater. They arrived on time and completed the job professionally. Robert and Jack were courteous and took time to explain the replacement plus review the remainder of house plumbing to assure continued trouble free operation.

1) Will overcharge for parts, so be careful. Hook is the service-fee/hr.
2) Not professional at all.

They send me invoice on Thursday. I discuss their invoice on Monday mid-morning (after the weekend) and told them that I will take care of the final invoice after 1PM after my meetings. They call at exactly 1PM, I miss the call but called back within 2 minutes and by then I get a nasty threatening-text from the owner Tom (in image).

So much for 50 years of experience and no hidden charges.

This company came out quickly and took down an old box light off my ceiling in kitchen and added 6 recessed lights. In addition, they took down an old chandelier and added 6 lights to my living room which has always had poor lighting. It’s now bright and makes the room look and feel bigger.

They were efficient and friendly.

Colin came to install a bathroom vent fan. Very professional and competent. Colin returns to do 2nd fan install but must first find a unit to fit size constraints. Also, to return to re-install de-icing cables. Enjoyable experience with Colin! Thank you

We just moved into a condo that had too many shadows; now it is bright and welcoming. They were friendly; welcome guests in our home anytime. Could not be more pleased.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Penguin Air was the best when we needed help with our NEST thermostat. They diagnosed the problem and assisted with the NEST warranty process. While they were at the house we had our annual A/C inspection done. The technician was personable, professional, knowledgeable and quick. I absolutely will recommend Penguin Air to my family & friends.

I got a soft water tank installed. I purchased my own tank but that was no problem for the technician. The technician was experienced in not only the soft water tank install but the whole house pluming. Installed the tank in a just a few hours and even recognized that are water pressure mechanism (PRV) was faulty which helps because we will still be able to get it fixed for free under warranty. My only gripe would be with the price it seemed a little high for 2 1/2 hrs works and some piping, and there was no breakdown of charges. However hard to tell with the way all pluming companies do quotes and some want to charge you to come out. I made a choice to go with this company because of their reputation and they did not disappoint.
