Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. This is the last time I use this company, I scheduled and appointment on Thursday 4/1/21 for an A/C tune up. The technician showed up and did the tune up on our A/C unit, while working he informed us that a capacitor needed to be replaced. We agreed to exchanging the part since the unit was under the tolerance level. After we agree he informs us that he does not have the part on hand and would need to comeback Friday 4/2 to replaced the part. We agreed and said that would be fine, I paid in cash a total of $277.83. Friday comes around I waited all day once 6pm rolled around I called the company to find out when the technician would arrive since I wasted my entire day waiting for an email/text message or phone call informing me they would be on their way. When I called I got the answering service and they informed me that the technician that came to my house on Thursday had not scheduled any appointments or documented a need for a follow up visit for Friday. Then the answering service informed me that at this point all they could do is schedule something for Saturday at 4pm. Well Saturday came and the technician never showed up, even the answering service didn't have a answer as to why no technician had shown up. But one thing they were real quick and efficient on was taking my money!

Update: After a Month and Half of calling I finally received my money back.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

All our drains were backing up so I called Rooter Ranger at 6:00 a.m. to have our sewer main rootered. A technician arrived by 8:00. After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas. They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day. We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job. The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc. The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional. The experience was positive in every aspect. I would recommend Rooter Ranger without reservation.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

This is the second time that OPTION ONE PLUMBING has responded to a plumbing problem at my home. My primary shower drain had balls of mineral deposit (hard water at home) that accumulated over the 46 years on my 1959 home. This would take hours to drain after one shower. Devan was prompt, explained that he would do the best he could without damaging the pipes, he worked so hard. He was upfront about the situation and stated if it happens again, that I may have to get a new drain installed and/or requiring re-piping. He came back for a new/old problem, which we have been just living with, and he stated a price that was reasonable so he replaced..my husband and I ARE definitely pleased. Devan is hardworking, punctual, does quality work and is a wonderful employee of this company.

Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well.. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and Dan, the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will call them again for my plumbing needs. If you get Dan Dein as your technician, I know you will receive excellent service.
