David and his crew are fast and responsive take it in and know what they're doing all of their work is super high quality.
my wife and I are very happy with the outcome all the work is done we have had him back on multiple occasions no problems.
He helped with speakers and helped with our pool wiring adding switches throughout the house there is not anything this group cannot do.
Top quality!

Extremely poor customer service. Nathan in the front office is very friendly on the phone while he deceives you by telling you what you want to hear. He is completely incompetent as he jerked my little old mother around for WEEKS to complete a bathroom fan repair. She is now forced to use Quality Electric again through American Home Shield Warranty. We asked technician Conner as well as Nathan if this would be another eternity for them to complete & were assured it would be timely. It is not. Conner failed to show up for 2nd scheduled appt. and won't answer his phone which has NO voicemail for messages. From 3:00 - 5:00 on Friday, no one would answer the office phone nor did they return my message. At 5:00 the voicemail promptly said closed till Monday. This voicemail is full and will not accept new messages. The on-call technician did not return my call. This company wants your home warranty service fee and then fails to complete the job in any sort of timely manner. I will be filing a complaint with American Home Shield & BBB.

Not even worthy of a review. I have had an electrical problem at my home for three weeks that's affecting our pool. Our home warranty company referred us to Quality Electric for repair. After numerous phone calls to their office and weeks of getting the run around by their staff we still have yet to get a return phone call from them. I am calling the home warranty company to express our disdain and to let them know how unprofessional they are. I hope that if you read this you do not try and do business with this company

I was told a call would be coming to set up an appointment and I have waited over two weeks that call for an appointment for a kitchen lighting issues. When they finally made the appointment, I was told that The technician starts at 7 and he'll call when he's on his way. What was left out of the conversation completely was that he was going to another call first and would be coming to me after that. There have been several miscommunications and omissions of information made by this company. This is unfortunate, as I've had them out twice before with reasonable success and excellent service from the actual technician.

This company is terrible. I would not recommend not to use them. I called upon them tp put in a simple ceiling fan and the experience was horrible. First they put in the wrong size fan, so I had to call them to replace it and after one week they finally replaced it. After installation of the second fan I noticed that it was shaking, so again they came back out and after two hours the technician left and the fan is still shaking. So after talking to the Office Manager Nathan he scheduled an appointment with what he called a Master Technician for the following Tuesday between 9-12:00. The Technician never showed or called. This company has been a terrible experience and I would say that as consumers we do have options and when we hire someone we expect the work to be done on time and correctly and based upon my experience with this company they have proven no to do so.

I called the company over the course of two days which happened to be after hours. The only option available was to leave a voice message for the on call electrician. I left three messages in two days and never received a return call.

This is such a great company. I only used them once, but their professionalism, and clarity is appreciated. Priced reasonably also. I just called again for them to troubleshoot an issue, so I hope the trend continues!

Had an electrical problem on a sunday web site said they did 24/7 emergency left 3 voice mails with promise to get back to me nothing I got another place and got to talk to an actual human and got my problem resolved left a 4th voice mail to cancel they called monday to help so no stars mmm have to do a star to post but I'm doing it unwilling
