Best Breaker Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Loved these guys, had a rather urgent outlet issue with my washer which was locked and full of laundry we needed for a trip. They were there within an hour. The receptionists were super friendly, they confirmed my app w an email, I was even able to pay via credit card. The whole experience was great, did I mention they entertained my toddlers with duck noises and cool tool education! Great experience after calling other places that could only get me taken care of in 7 days! We had the Jim & Steve team.

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! From the initial phone call to the completion of this 2 day MAJOR project, John was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a top notch electrician. My pool wiring was completely fried from the panel to the breaker box, 100' or more. Initially we thought the kool deck & patio would have to be demoed to reach the wiring. John found an acceptable & up to code solution. The work has far exceeded my expectations & the pool is up a running again.

Great Customer Service from Karen on the first phone call. I was a little hesitant to pay a Dispatch fee for the quote but was assured it would be taken off the invoice if the work was performed. Prices were in line and I am very satisfied. The fee was deducted from my total invoice. Would work with them again as they completed the work very quick and efficient.

Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the electricity in the Garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater, so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service was top notch. We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electric issues in the future.

After calling several national chains who could not provide in-home service for at least a week, I contacted Coppertown Electric and while emergency service (w/in two hours was available) the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to walk through all the symptoms with me, then walked me through my home's panel and we were able to fix the electrical issue w/out a service call. When most companies will send you to an answering service, I called Coppertown and talked to someone extremely knowledgeable and as important, someone willing to help out right there on the phone. Saved me $100's and I can't thank them enough!

I wish I could write a review on the work they did for me, but they never showed up or called to explain why they didn't show up.

This company came out quickly and took down an old box light off my ceiling in kitchen and added 6 recessed lights. In addition, they took down an old chandelier and added 6 lights to my living room which has always had poor lighting. It’s now bright and makes the room look and feel bigger.

They were efficient and friendly.

Daniel was great to work with, and really helped me out working around my schedule to get work done at our house. Very professional, and very clean, quality work.

Sad excuse for an electrical Company they should be embarrassed an ashamed of the garbage craftsmanship and lack of knowledge. So many issues with the new builds in blue horizons community. Maybe hire an actual electrician not just guys who can run romex. Unsafe conditions!
