The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

My AC stopped working. When the AC tech came out, he discovered my wires at the junction box were burnt! He recommended Barone, and they came out asap and replaced the wires - at a very reasonable price - along with a breaker I'd been having issues with. Thank you for such excellent service and prices!

I discovered major electrical issues in my attic late last year. After consulting multiple people, it was clear my older house was in need of a complete rewire. I reached out to multiple electricians for help and estimates. I eventually chose Wiring Pros LLC because they gave me a clear quote, they were timely, and I really liked Lesly (the receptionist). My rewire project was a whole week long because of the complexity. My two electricians were Brad and Steven - both extremely kind, intelligent, and communicative. They were able to knock out the project pretty quickly and were always open to answering any questions I had for them throughout the week. My rewire is done and my family feels much safer thanks to Wiring Pros. I had a new hot water heater installed 3/8/16 at my residence. It cost $1,487.82. I was told with my membership discount, it would be covered with warrantee for 6 years. In October of 2019 it blew up and I had to call them to fix it. Then I was handed a bill for $380.95. I asked about the warrantee and was told the charge was for labor. In January of 2020 the tank blew up again. I called G Brazil and was quoted an amount of more than $800.00. I asked what happened to the warrantee and was told the tank would be replaced (at their loss) but the labor to replace it would be almost $900.00. I was outraged and told them I would not do business with their company again. So I called Lawson Family Plumbing and they replaced the tank for $1,083.73. This was done with a warrantee of 6 years and would include the service. Be careful who you call for your plumbing services.

Castle Electric installed my Tesla charger today. They did an excellent job and the installer was very professional. I had my install set for 2 weeks from now because I did not expect to get my Tesla delivered until a month from now. I got an email today that my car would be delivered next week. Castle Electric went above and beyond to get my charger installed quickly. I am very happy with their service and willingness to help me in my situation.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.
