A friend recommended Rich Electrical to help with a wacky wiring issue I discovered in an outlet that resulted in half my home going dark. The technician, Fabian, was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained step by step what he was doing and why. Got the outlet reinstalled, discovered that a breaker had been fried, got that replaced just as quick as the drive to the nearest hardware store. Couldn't have been a more smooth and easy experience. This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.

Tons of new subdivisions, great pay

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.
