We started with Penguin when we moved to the desert and we’re new to AC. We have newer units but went with a service contract. We’ve had a couple small issues. Penguin has always been friendly, responsive, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend them highly.

Their technician came out to service my water heater. After flushing it and doing some other maintenance he told me the water heater was 15 years old and needed replaced immediately. I also asked them for a quote to install a water softener. After getting a quote for over $12,000 I went elsewhere. Turns out my water heater is only 9 years old and I got it replaced for less than a quarter of their cost.

Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern. Dennis came out within and hour and was able to fix all the issue's and got everything up and running for me and my family of dogs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great service!!!

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
