Service technician Zack Koehlinger is rude and literally tried to instill FEAR to push their ASTRONOMICAL PRICES to replace a panel in an apartment! Almost $2700 and said “price will increase if decision is not made soon.” I’m sorry WHAT? Someone needs to teach this person manners and customer service. He is rude, provides minima explanation for pricing and is pushy. I do NOT recommend.

I needed electrical outlets repaired in one bedroom so inquired through Angi's list. TruTec Electric responded immediately and scheduled a visit the same day. Cole from TruTec was on time and able to troubleshoot and complete repairs the same afternoon. Cole was professional, personable, and thorough in troubleshooting the issue, which actually ended up coming from another room in the house that seemed unaffected! Cole explained the issue and the options for repairs. He kept costs in check due to his knowledge and experience, rather than initiating additional testing that would have been more expensive. I highly recommend and will use Cole at TruTec Electric for future repairs.

We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.

William swung by my house after I had some trouble with my breaker box. He quickly and expertly explained the issue, which was my ignorance.The entire visit took about 20 minutes and not only was the situation handled but I also learned something about the electrical components and general standing of my house.I will definitely use them again in the future for any and all of my electric needs.

I needed a 240 v and a couple of extra outlets installed in my garage. I anticipated several hours of work, but they were done in about an hour. Quick, clean, professional and efficient.

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

I appreciated that the service persons were prompt, courteous, quick and professional.

Above and Beyond! - If you need electric work look no further. I needed some outdoor as well as indoor work done and they finished in a fraction of the time I expected. I even noticed that they replaced a cracked switch cover without me asking. They do great work in record time.
