Brock and Dylan were exceptional! We have a 1970's home and wanted to update the lighting, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets. The installed the Lutron Caseta switches with wireless remote and mobile phone control of the lighting.We scheduled the appointment with Grayzer. They confirmed the dates, sent an email letting us know Brock and Dylan would be arriving the next day. They called us to let us know before arriving each day. They treated the job as though they were doing it in their own home.My second fantastic experience with Grayzer Electric.The quality of their people makes the difference.

The best service and repair team we've ever met was Bon and Jerry! Our kitchen outlet started burning out of nowhere so we contacted TruTec for immediate help. Bon was on the job the very next morning bright and early with our safety as a top priority! He and Jerry came in following safe covid protocols with masks and booties which we loved because we have an asthmatic child. They got right to work identifying the problem and tested our whole house for any other issues. Bon explained every step of the process and made us feel comfortable. From my experience with this company do not trust them when they advertise on their website for a free quote. We ended up paying $79.00 for a trip fee for the tech to come out and give us the free quote. Aside from that the tech was courteous and professional and his van has a great paint scheme on the side.

Two fuses kept tripping in a fairly new panel and the problem was fixed in less than 20 min. Friendly guys too.

Overall just great service and very friendly! They sent an electrician out to service my home on short notice. It was an easy repair and the job was done in 10 minutes. Thank you gentlemen.

Amazing, just pure greatness. Gabriel came out on a Sunday on fathers day when no other electrician would answer their phone after a tree fell on my powerline and not only did he do a great job when Oncor would not reconnect power because there wasnt anyone in the city of round rock to do an inspection and sign off on it because its freaking Sunday. He literally sat on the phone and argued with Oncor for hours and called anyone he could call that worked for the city of round rock. He seriously sat there and told me I'm not leaving until I get your power back on and sure enough after hours on the phone arguing he did it. So yeah hit this company up on Yelp Facebook where ever you see the name Capital City Electric great great great company! Oh and this is a Real Deal Holyfield true story.

The technician was professional courteous and very nice. He wore a mask and booties and cleaned up after himself. He called a few minutes before his appointment time to let me know he is on his way. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. I recommend this company for your electrical needs.

The certified electrician installed an outdoor light for us, and they did a great job. They were on time and professional the whole time. They showed up with all the necessary tools and materials to complete the job in short time, so we were very pleased with their work!

Very professional, did not try to oversell

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

Great local company! They Repaired a light switch, dimmer switch and replaced a switch on ceiling fan. I have used them before for other electrical repairs and recommend them. Rand Electrical employees are very polite and nice and they did a great job!
