Not only did he fix the initial issue, but when he saw other smaller projects I had been working on in the house, he fixed those too! DJ Cooke from Max Electrical Services left our house so much better than it was before. He replaced two 50 year old bathroom combo heater/light fixtures, figured out why our outdoor lighting system (which had been installed 15 years ago) wasn't working, fixed it and also made it much simpler to use. He explained everything patiently. The charges were lower than I expected even though it took two guys many hours to fix everything on our list (switches, outlets, other light fixtures...). When I offered to write a review, DJ said the owner, Mr. Maxwell, was unusually knowledgeable and that he was a great guy to work with. I would recommend Max Electrical Services to anyone.

Eric Felan and field Electricians Brian Laney and Dustin did an excellent job for a commercial job that we needed on very short notice. We understand many companies are often backlogged and are unable to perform jobs on short notice, so we don't expect Dial One to always be able to react so fast...but we're thankfully that they did this time!We were basically stood up by another electric company that had very poor communication skills, but we won't bash that company, instead we just want highlight how well Dial One communicated with us, promptly came out to survey the job, and then executed the job. Brian and Dustin were professional and had great customer service!The work we needed was to replace 4 old school light fixtures with 6 energy saving LED lights, all on a 33 foot ceiling. These guys were initially willing to do the job on a short scissor lift, but at the last minute we were able to rent a 32 foot lift to make job safer and more do-able.Our lights look great and the job these guys did was excellent. I definitely recommend this company and I will reach back out to them for future jobs we may have.

Above and Beyond! - If you need electric work look no further. I needed some outdoor as well as indoor work done and they finished in a fraction of the time I expected. I even noticed that they replaced a cracked switch cover without me asking. They do great work in record time.

I hired Gabriel to finish up a job that a previous contractor couldn't get done in almost a year. Gabriel got it done in 2weeks, inspections passed, on time and within budget. I definitely recommend him all any scope of electrical work e.g. small jobs to renovations and flips.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Jonathan was, hands-down, the best home repair/tradesperson we have ever worked with in over 30 years of homeownership. When we had a near electrical fire because of a much-outdated breaker panel in our 1922 house and Jonathan found out about our situation, he began managing our project at a moment's notice. While larger companies were wanting to set up appointments for the future, Jonathan immediately understood the emergency nature of our problem and instantly engaged with our project with photos and questions. He proceeded to coordinate the permits needed with the city and the energy department right away, and he even drove to the city office in person to move our work along faster when city office workers didn't return his calls. He communicated clearly about the process every step of the way; he was efficient and on time; and he was a strong advocate for our emergency project with the horrible bureaucracy that is the City of Austin.
