I've used Mr. Electric several times, to fix problems with faulty breakers in our electrical panel and wiring.They've always been very responsive, provide transparent pricing, and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

Yes they deserve 5 star rating. Their quote was detailed and clear. Upon accepting the quote, their communication from that point was good and kept me updated on what the actual date would be. On the day of install, a crew of two people arrived at 8 and finished the job under 4 hrs. The job was to run cable on both sides of house with conduit and fish through attic. The guys were professional and discussed the options with me before starting the job and were clean in their craftsmanship. Fully satisfied and recommend them for wall charger installs. ??

I contacted Max Electrical for a quotation for the installation of a generator connection to my houses main panel. They responded in less than one business day with a quotation and lead time on parts. When it came time to install the outlet they arrived in a timely manner, even calling ahead to confirm the time, and let us know they were on the way. The work was completed professionally, on time, and we were billed exactly what we had agreed on through the quotation.

The service men were well mannered, knowledgeable and courteous. Were patient with explaining everything and cleaned up the work area. Danny, Bon and Daniel, great job.

Klock's was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had recessed lighting installed in three rooms, one of which had no overhead lighting prior to the new installation. Klock's was efficient, professional and stayed within our budget. They also provided great advice on placement of lighting, switches, etc.. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any electrical needs!

We purchased a new home and needed several electrical changes, including ceiling fans, nest, and camera installations with solar charge panels. Luis was able to understand the changes required and quote a price. His pricing is on the medium/higher end, but the quality of work was suburb. The Office Mgr. (Priscilla) kept in contact for scheduling and the service tech (Alejandro) was prompt and thorough in his work. We scheduled and coordinated these changes via email as I was in California scheduling with Raptor Electrical for a home in Manor. I would highly recommend this team as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and neat in their work.

Had Duhon Electric out to my house earlier this week to troubleshoot/solve a sporadic electrical issue which resulted from recents storms. William was able to work me in between appointments and quickly found and fixed the problem. Duhon’s quick response and resolution was critical as I was expecting a houseful of company. Chafge was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use Duhon again.

I have used Dial One Electrical for years now on many projects. They have done small jobs such as change out light fixtures, added a phone line and ran power out to my pond. They also did a big home addition project including not only the electrical portion but they ran the data and cable lines as well. The technicians have always been very professional and knowledgeable and the prices have always been very fair ( not to mention my senior citizen discount they offer ). I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great experienced electrician.

Dunman electric did a fantastic job. We got off to a rocky start with a slight miscommunication, but Becky took quick action and immediately made things right. The techs where both knowledgeable and professional. They even completed the job on a 40ft extension ladder (I rented) instead of insisting on a scissor lift. The amount I saved on not needing a scissor lift covered the entire bill from Dunman electric. I will use them again for my electrical needs. Refreshingly good customer service.

I own a small business and I really never want to trash another small company but I have sat with this a few months now and saving someone else from going through what I did is the right thing to do. I will try to keep this short and to the point. Partial rewrire and upping the service to a 1100 sq ft home. I was with out power for 4 months. They shut off my power to my tiny house to do the transfer that they hadn’t set up with the city. The drilled holes in my roof for support cables which caused leaks in my roof ruining my Sheetrock. They ran a conduit pipe 14 feet down the skirt of my house instead of putting it inside the skirting where it couldn’t be seen. My outlets in the backsplash are all different heights. Not in a straight line. The light that should be centered above my sink is two inches off center to the right. The pantry light isn’t at the front of the ceiling...I could just go on and on. My original quote that got Gabe the job was $8800 I paid him $12,000 after adding a few outlets. Long story short the jobs not done we finally just had to cut our losses and ask him to leave. Some of his work has had to be corrected by another electrician. Some of it can’t be corrected. Again I don’t want to trash anyone but I am living with a light two inches off center and there is nothing I can afford to do about it now...it’s very disheartening not to mention I am nervous my house is going to burn down. At one point sparks where flying in the sub panel. I would have to recommend you use some one else. I’m sorry capital city electric. You screwed me.

This company is great with their customer service. They were quick to respond to our request and showed up on time for the estimate. They replaced a broken light fixture quickly and gave us great advice on how to prevent future breakage of the fixture.

We have had flickering lights, brownouts & power surges for the past couple of years. A different electrician came out and assured me all was safe & that these occurrences are just the joys of living in an older home (1956) After continued electrical drama, I reached out to AC Electric on a recommendation. After taking the time to actually listen to my concerns, they felt the issue lay with the utility co. Sure enough, Austin Energy found an issue at the transformer. (broken neutral)AC Electric took the time & care to visit with me multiple times via phone calls & emails, always expressing genuine concern for the safety of ourselves & our home.I must say it is rare these days to experience this level of care, service & professionalism.I'd give em 6 stars if I could. Outstanding service all around.

Dylan, Mark, and Miguel came out to replace our electrical panel, fix up some junction boxes, do some rewiring, installed a few ceiling fans, removed a bunch of old home security equipment, and replaced all outlets and switches in the whole house. From beginning to end their service was friendly, professional, clean, and communicative. I was super impressed with the whole team but Dylan was our main point of contact. He listened to my long list of requests and even made sure that we inspected all the work. Even though I was there at the time, the electrician came to my house to do a few minor adjustments to the electrical system. The service was prompt, expert, and hassle-free. Everything I asked about, even if it had nothing to do with the project, was answered in detail. Extremely satisfied with the quality of care received.

Our old fluorescent lights were rewired to be LEDs, and now I have to wear sunglasses in the kitchen. He met all of our expectations in every way, and then some: he was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. Next time, I'll definitely hire him again.
