Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

We have had Bryant Electric come to our home in Austin several times for different electrical needs. We have been completely satisfied with their work on each occasionally.Today Bryan and Jeff were here to hang a couple of chandeliers and to add dimmer switches. These two men did an excellent job. They were on time, pleasant, and professional. As it turned out they did not need of use scaffolding and this lowered the bill substantially. I would highly recommend this company.

Heath Ruiz did a great job of clearing the clog. The office had a hard time getting my correct phone number to technician, so it took 3 different attempts over 3 days for the repair man to show up. Be prepared for a high bill, but quality work, and tools.

Couldn’t recommend Efficient Air enough! Our upstairs ac unit decided to give out one night and we were able to have someone look at it the next day. Ernest seemed to be very thorough when he was diagnosing the issue. He was kind enough to explain the problem to us in detail, so we could understand why the unit gave out. I’m very greatful to be able to find an HVAC company we trust to repair our unit before the start of a Texas summer.

When the power went out we heard our generator kick on but no electricity in the house. Joe had installed our Kohler generator and we gave him a call. Larry and his trainee refitted the components of a toilet tank. They arrived at the agreed to time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Prior to the start of the work they inspected the project and then presented a detailed report of what was required and I was given three options from which to choose. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I was very satisfied with the work.

Got Scott an electrician from Fox to come give us an electrical quote for a house we are buying, he was professional, helpful, and thorough and explained things clearly. I highly recommend him for top notch electrical work, especially in the Kyle/Buda area where we are. Worth every penny.

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

Repair guy Pedro was informative and friendly however the weekend dispatch Kim has a terrible attitude, customer communication skills are not friendly. I don’t want to bash Kim because she could’ve been having a bad day but aggressive behavior and hanging up on a customer because she didn’t want to be at work was a red flag ?. Outside of the one issue the service was on par.
