James W from Mr.Electric was awesome to help me understand my older home’s electrical problems and needed repairs. He helped me prioritize work needed today in terms of safety and will do some additional work in near future involving city permits to bring my electrical system up to code. He was very professional, on time, and worked efficiently. Overall communication with Mr. Electric has been excellent including the office staff.

I've been a customer for years. Currently moving out of state and needed a small job done. Sent a video and was providing access to the house to have install of an outlet done in order to sell the house.Grayzer refused to take on the work unless I was present in the house when the electrician arrived.This is disappointing not only because we aren't in the state for this but also that there is still rampant Covid in our community and I can't be the only person trying to get work done without contact.Highly disappointing service from this company. Go somewhere else.

Bon, Caleb and Edward were awesome. I thought I needed a breaker replaced but it turned out that my job was a little more complicated and, of course, cost more. TruTec has interest free financing, which allowed me to make the needed safety repairs without having to worry about how to pay for it all at once. The guys were great to work with, quickly diagnosed the problem and got the electricity back on. Communication was great too!

I am very happy I chose Klock's. We had a gas oven, and needed to upgrade to an induction stove. Max and Aaron were prompt, professional, tidy, courteous and ethical. They did the job correctly, quickly, and they did not overcharge or take any shortcuts. They even did the courtesy of installing our new stove.I have never had to hire an electrician, but as a home owner, I expect to have future need of their services. The owner was very helpful, communicative and professional. The technicions were great to work with. I highly recommend.

I tried to use this company because of the reviews. The first appoint we decided to reschedule due to rain. The guy was late and did not call. I talked to the owner.Later that day the guy called and wanted to come and try to do half the work. That would mean 2 call charges. I explained since we were not sure what the issue was it was not a great idea, let’s wait until it is not raining.The next day, no call, no show.We own a small business and understand things happen. When you take time off and this happens it is hard to understand.

Molitor, Took on a difficult job of replacing very old breaker boxes and knock it out of the park. Expertly handled everything we needed from the city, communicated effectively and frequently, and worked diligently to stay on schedule. Would highly recommend!

I was absolutely amazed with Duhon! I was expecting to wait forever, and pay a fortune to have my problem fixed. William picked up the phone, was friendly and even tried to help me troubleshoot it myself over the phone; who does this anymore?! Amazing! When we couldn't figure it out, he said that he could come out and help me the same afternoon. Again, who does this?! And for such a reasonable price. . . Duhon does! I had Dunman wire my new shop. For the work they did, WAY over priced. Hired a different electrical to finish the job and he found Dunman labeled and wired my 50 amp welding plug incorrectly. Could have killed me and burnt my shop down.

We recently had some pretty serious electrical work done only to find out. that things were not working properly. We called Jimmie for a consultation/second opinion and he came out quickly, answered all our questions, and helped us come up with a plan to get everything fixed. He was wonderful and exactly what we needed in a time of stress and worry. Looks like we have a lot to fix from the last job, unfortunately, but we feel confident we'll be taken care of. Amazing, just pure greatness. Gabriel came out on a Sunday on fathers day when no other electrician would answer their phone after a tree fell on my powerline and not only did he do a great job when Oncor would not reconnect power because there wasnt anyone in the city of round rock to do an inspection and sign off on it because its freaking Sunday. He literally sat on the phone and argued with Oncor for hours and called anyone he could call that worked for the city of round rock. He seriously sat there and told me I'm not leaving until I get your power back on and sure enough after hours on the phone arguing he did it. So yeah hit this company up on Yelp Facebook where ever you see the name Capital City Electric great great great company! Oh and this is a Real Deal Holyfield true story.

Just love this company. Their prices are competitive and the product is amazing. It's bright, durable, and sets up easily. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs outdoor lighting!

Really knowledgeable group of electricians. I am especially impressed with Mike, the owner. He is involved with the whole team and and all of the projects. If you want work done right, this is a great company.

I called in for a bad outlet , lady on the phone said technician will come out to check the problem and give me a free estimate, and if I am fine with that , the technician can do the job on the spot. Technician arrived and right on the spot without even checking a thing only from looking at the breakers (which were all on) said “ ok I will run troubleshooting in ALL the house (which was never asked for , everything in the house works just fine), and then I’ll go in the truck and build you an estimate” I’ll charge you for that meantime. When I told I was said you will first find a problem and give me estimate of how much it’s gonna cost to fix. He said “no , I can’t make estimate without troubleshooting which is $450 (!!!!!!) , I’m not paid by hour I’m paid by job and if I’ll give free estimates I’m not going to make money !!So please mr. Sparky don’t mislead people and waste their and your time. Your estimates are not free- it’s $450

A friend got a very competitive quote from Jonathan at Brightside Electrical for installing his EV charger so I checked him out. He also gave me a competitive quote, came out to the house, did an excellent installation, was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use him again.
