Best Electrical Installation And Repair in Austin TX

Max originally came out a few months ago and did some work for us. He was awesome and extremely thorough. We had an issue today and I THOUGHT something might have gone wrong with the original work done. Max came back out and it turned out it has nothing to do with the electric work. Our disposal had locked up, causing it not to turn on. Even though it wasn’t his job, Max showed me how to reset the disposal and fixed the issue, and didn’t charge me or make me feel dumb for calling. I feel bad for wasting his time, but really appreciate that they were willing to come back out and follow up on the original work done and solve my problem even though it wasn’t related to their business or under their scope. I’m not sure if he will read this, but thank you so much Max.

Max and Logan did an excellent job! ! They were not only prompt, but they also assured me that the problem I THOUGHT I had was not a problem at all. Then, after troubleshooting, they explained exactly what to look for with the lights, providing further peace of mind. These guys are knowledgeable and friendly, and I had the BEST experience using Grayzer Electric! !!

We hired Max Electrical to fix some electrical issues identified during the inspection of our new home. Darin was responsive, professional, and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and did a great job explaining what he did. In all, he fixed some double-tapped neutrals, replaced some failed breakers, installed two GFCI outlets, and installed a whole-home surge protector. We would definitely use Max Electrical again and are so glad to have found our new go-to electrician!

Completely unprofessional. Hired them to install appropriate CAT cable to an upstairs office that would work with our Google Fiber mesh network and increase speeds to the hardwired room. First of all, technician arrived 3 hours LATE with no advance notice. Technician seemed clueless on how to solution my request. Ultimately, his recommended solution was to install a CAT6. It took him almost and hour to come up with the solution. Upon installation, we immediately saw a negative impacted to our network speeds. These guys did a shotty job. Lead technician had a poor attitude and honestly didn't seem educated enough for the job. On top of everything, Dunman marked up the CAT6 conduit ten times the retail price, charged me 4 hours labor x 2 technicians (1 was a trainee) for a job that should have taken <30mins. They charged me $642.20 just for LABOR!! THEN, Dunman Billed my credit card for $1055.50, without authorization, EVEN after I indicated to them (IN WRITING) that I did not agree with their invoice. Overall, a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend you doing business with the dishonest company.

I bought 2 houses that both needed a major electrical overhaul (rewiring, new outlets, electrical box upgrades). Jimmy came out for initial inspection, and Cody Jemes was a total ROCK STAR electrician (did great work)! He helped me upgrade everything necessary for safety, and was super professional and helpful in explaining what/why the upgrades were needed. He works fast and was extremely thorough. Once I phoned, they were able to schedule my appointment for the following day. They arrived early, restored my electrical panel, and cleaned up everything before they went. It took roughly two hours to finish everything. They handled themselves in a most expert manner. The speed and quality of the work, especially considering the cost, was outstanding.

Service needed: removal and replacement of light fixtures (chandeliers) one in dining room and one in entry way. Electrician came by day before service to measure height of entry chandelier to bring the correct ladder for the service. Two electricians worked simultaneously and completed job in about an hour. They were courteous, neat and efficient. They also offered to take away the old fixtures, to which I agreed. Excellent service.

He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.
