AC unit was blowing hot air and the fan on the unit was really noisy. Called Stan's to come by and looking at the unit. Jeremy came by and looked at the unit; found out the capacitor and fan motor were shot. Was able to replace the capacitor on the spot however, had to order the fan motor. Was able to replace the fan motor the next day. Ac Unit is running very well. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional. I'll continue hiring Stan's.

I had a water leak in my ceilings, there was a lot of humidity that was damaging my ceiling, so I called here and the service was excellent in determining where the water was coming from. He was very punctual and extremely efficient. They brought very good quality tools to solve my problem, and they always explained to me every move they made. I called Indigo after receiving a bid from another company. The bid was less than 1/2 of the bid from the other company and Indigo came 5 days faster. When there is no hot water in your home it seems like an emergency. Indigo treated my situation like an emergency. After scheduling the repair they came on time, worked with my HOA for a temporary water shut off and installed the water heater. I had hot water within 3 days of calling. I would recommend them to anyone needing home repairs. They are the best.

Christian is great. He's twice solved my plumbing issues quickly and for way less money than I thought I was going to have to spend. He takes the time to tell you what's going on with your home and what he can do about it and what he might suggest in the future. He's very nice and the type of person you don't mind being in your home for an extended period of time. His wife is very nice too!

We got a coupon in the mail from Fox Service Company (it has the 4300 S Congress Ave address on it), I'm attaching photos of the coupon. We've used their services before at our previous residence, so we decided to call them and ask them to inspect our air conditioning units. The coupon CLEARLY says the following: A/C, Heating or Water Heater System Inspection, Regularly $119, Now Only $21, so we thought it was a good deal for us, and for them, because if it turned out our units needed refrigerant, we'd pay them a small fortune to refill them. Well, the technician showed up yesterday and right away we showed him the coupon (as we were asked to do when we scheduled the appointment on the phone). My husband showed him the A/C units, and immediately he said: With that coupon...I'm only going to do a 'visual' inspection of the units meaning he literally JUST LOOKED AT THEM, and I guess he could feel that our house was cold so he could tell the units were working. My husband thought he was kidding for sure, he told him: So you are not going to check if the refrigerant is low, or if the filters need to be replaced, or if the condensor coils need to be cleaned? or anything else that is part of a regular A/C inspection? He said: Nope, just a visual inspection, the actual inspection costs about $200 per unit. WHAT? The coupon clearly states that we should be getting a $119 inspection for $21, that's the meaning of a coupon or discount: YOU GET THE SAME PRODUCT OR SERVICE, BUT FOR A LOWER PRICE. My husband immediately asked him to leave, told him we didn't need his visual inspection. What a scam. This is the textbook definition of false advertising. And it's their loss, because we had been their customers for many years, but not anymore, we already found a better service provider. If you get one of these coupons in the mail please don't fall for it.
