Aaron came to my house on time, and I had already been sent a picture of him so there was no question about who he was. He was friendĺy, quick, knew what he was doing and best of all did it for a reasonable price. Used safe Covid-19 practices.

Very good experience. Submitting photos for an estimate were clear and easy. Quick response and a detailed quote provided. Communicated well regarding appointment time and arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. Did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Cleaned up the work area. Afterwords they provided detailed instructions to receive a rebate from Austin Energy. Wish all my dealings with contractors went so smoothly.

Derin came and installed two 220 V circuits in my garage for electrical vehicle charging. He was on time (actually a bit early), completed the work in less than an hour and a 1/2, completed the work for below his initial estimate (which was already under competing electricians) and conscientiously cleaned up the area. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done in their home or small business.

Klock's electric did an outstanding job rewiring a 1930's home including a panel upgrade. Greg made it happen time after time. He stands behind the work and doesn't ghost you when an issue comes up. Hard to find compaines like his and hands down one of the best in Austin.

I took several estimates for the work to be done, but Dan Molitor took more time and looked for more creative solutions than any of the others. Their work was of the highest quality, and they came in under their estimate! They will be my electrician for life!

Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

Very accurate and patient technician. He did a great job in replacing three outlets with update GFCI. Perhaps a bit too accurate: It took 4 hours to replace them for a total cost of $480. Seems a bit pricey for a relatively straightforward job and I was not given an estimate ahead of time. I don't think I will call them again.

These guys did a garbage job. Conduit is just hanging, exposed. We asked for CAT6. They installed CAT6 conduit but installed CAT5 terminations/end points, limiting our max speed. Marked up the CAT6 conduit ten times the retail price that you pay for the exact same product at Home Depot. Billed our credit card without authorization before providing an invoice. Overall, a horrible experience.

Not a customer and I never will be. One of their crews driving in heavy traffic refused to let me merge in front of them where lanes narrowed on 290. I know traffic in Austin can be frustrating, but everyone else was being decent. This is probably how they conduct themselves all the time. Businesses need to understand they have an image to maintain at all times. Common courtesy can go a long way.

I hired Paul to install a ceiling fan and a couple of outlets. He was able to install them quickly and fix some of the previous wiring issues. It's nice to find a reliable electrician in the area who has flexible hours and is willing to take on small jobs.

The local electrician was great! He repaired a broken socket and switch in my apartment that had been giving me issues for weeks. He came on time, educated me on how to take care of the issue from now on, and charged a fair price.

We have had flickering lights, brownouts & power surges for the past couple of years. A different electrician came out and assured me all was safe & that these occurrences are just the joys of living in an older home (1956) After continued electrical drama, I reached out to AC Electric on a recommendation. After taking the time to actually listen to my concerns, they felt the issue lay with the utility co. Sure enough, Austin Energy found an issue at the transformer. (broken neutral)AC Electric took the time & care to visit with me multiple times via phone calls & emails, always expressing genuine concern for the safety of ourselves & our home.I must say it is rare these days to experience this level of care, service & professionalism.I'd give em 6 stars if I could. Outstanding service all around.

Nick was great explaining the whole house surge protector and services. He was very professional and helpful. Wanted to run everything by my wife before we make a decision on the service. I felt like Nick would solve our breaker issue and any other electrical issues.

I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.
