Very helpful and informative on everything electrical (especially considering how little I know). We did not feel pressured to do anything. We were given a menu of things that he recommended and he gave up his top three things to prioritize.

The team that came by to setup our breaker box for generator was awesome! They were knowledgeable, fast, and professional. The guys spent some time answering some questions I had and even helped me start up the generator the first time. If you are looking for a solid group of guys this is them.

We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

I had a sudden safety crisis when the live electrical service lines on my building broke off and were hanging over my neighbor's property. Jonathan quickly organized a response and coordinated with the electric utility. Terrence and his partner showed up promptly and remedied the situation to remove the danger. I highly recommend these folks. They do great work and they are also great people.

Malco electric made me wait a month for my appointment for a backup generator estimate, which was fair as generators are in high demand. However, Jimmie, who was meant to show up on February 7th never showed up.I have attempted to contact him and never got a response.

I called to sort out an issue with a breaker for the refrigerator. Paul was very quick to respond and was at my house the same day. He was very thorough in checking the issue and making sure there was nothing left unchecked related to that electrical line. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely be going to ATEC Electric for any other future electrical needs!

My husband and I stayed home all day waiting for a same day appointment from 215-515. No one even bothered to call by 515 and when we called they said they had to call management and see if they could send someone qualified out. Qualified to put in an outlet where there’s already wires? Isn’t this an electrical company? They asked to come out a week later. We said no.

On a lark, I called an electrician to come fix my broken fridge. The fact that he exceeded my expectations is all the more surprising. He not only corrected the issue but also improved the illumination in my kitchen. My appliances have been working fine for well over a year now. In general, I am rather pleased with his performance.

He called the city, got the permit, fixed the problem, got the inspection and left still smiling. And, after seeing the bill, I'M STILL SMILING.I will never use another electrician. GREAT JOB!!!
