Going on almost two weeks I found American Electrical after searching the web. The answered my call, came out the next day! Efficient, courteous. Thorough - just awesome! The work has been completed on the 10th of June, but the lousy work they provided did not pass the city inspection. Called them multiple times to check what's going on. The representative said they will give me a call to dispatch a electrician to review the problem. I never receive a call after, no follow ups, not a responsible company. Received all the money but not fixing the wires.

Can I just be honest? Usually, tradesmen are a little rough around the edges. But these gentlemen were so polite and clean. They even smelled good!! It is hard to find decent people to enter your home, much less ones that clean up after themselves. Not only does this company know exactly what they are doing, but they also come with these extras! I’ll never call anyone other than Richard Burbank!

I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

I interviewed 3 electrical contractors for a job consisting of adding 2 GFI outlets to a brick outdoor porch wall. Spectrum arrived on time and gave me a quote. Their bid was 42% lower than the first bid and $4 less than the second bid. They were the more professional of the group. I agreed to the price and they said they'd be back in a week to do the job. Soon thereafter I received an email confirmation of both the bid price and the appointment date and time. The next week two guys showed up right on time and commenced the work. Two hours later they were done. I paid them and they emailed me my receipt on the spot. A seamless transaction with the work done right at a reasonable price. I will use them again.
