Had Levi and Devin come out to replace my old Challenger breaker panel. They updated it with a new Square D panel along with adding three outlets in and outside of the garage. They were very polite and professional and did quality work.

Dorian called me told me he be at my home in 20 minutes and he was. He checked the fixert and decided it need replaced and removed it and installed a new one and made sure it was working correctly . Dorian was very professional courteous. I was very pleased. I would use your company again.

The work has been completed on the 10th of June, but the lousy work they provided did not pass the city inspection. Called them multiple times to check what's going on. The representative said they will give me a call to dispatch a electrician to review the problem. I never receive a call after, no follow ups, not a responsible company. Received all the money but not fixing the wires.

I highly recommend NH Electric! I converted my wood burning fireplace to an Electric Log Fireplace. I did not want any dangling wires and needed someone to run the outlet from the log through the fireplace and the wall and connect it directly to the outlet. My electrician Manny was SUPERB! He was Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, and worked Expeditiously to complete the task! I've worked with other electric companies in the past; however, NH Electric has proven to be the most Professional, Knowledgeable, and Economical to date! The first time I contacted Lin’s Electric to install a temporary service pole, the communication was great, professional and very helpful and passed the inspection on the second attempt.

The second time I requested their help, it was for a meter box disconnect ($140) and a safety inspections. The owner Lin, showed up and told me that he wouldn’t know what it would cost but maybe, $10,000. (Not kidding) He said he wouldn’t know until I agreed to a $125 per hour fee plus materials. And it would be at least 5 hours. I agreed.

When the guys showed up they said they were there to make a supply list that took 15 mins. They said they needed a meter box, rewire the panel, staple the wires underneath the house, and to finish connecting the ac disconnect in the attic (3 wires).

After I paid the $125, for 15 mins of work I received the quote for $4400 for just labor. No materials included. That’s 35 hours at $125 an hour.

I declined the proposal and contacted another company. They sent 1 guy for 6 hours to complete the job for less than $1000 including all the materials.

It’s ironic that they’re main websites page states “shocked by electrical repair cost?”, when they do not believe in “an honest pay for an honest days worth of work.”

Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. He immediately replaced the outlet that was at fault and made sure it was done professionally .

Pual with Jax Electrical is by far the greatest electrical contractor in Jacksonville. We've worked with them on multiple jobs and can always trust them to get the job done. They are one of the few companies that will actually come out to fix any warranty work too. Great all around company.

Howard Electric is wonderful. After a bad experience with a subcontractor during my bathroom remodel, I called Howard Electric and they quickly came in and fixed all wiring and placed the new lights. They even made sure we were up to date on the permits/code and installed the bathroom fan, arc vaults, and GFIs.
Excellent service throughout the entire experience. They were courteous, quick, professional, and did high quality work. I highly recommend.

They showed up unannounced after I had cancelled a prior appointment and a follow up was not scheduled. They were in my house all of 5 minutes (not exaggerating), did not fix anything and said a tea kettle simply had a short and then charged me $100. Keep in mind they claim to do free diagnosis calls but refused to classify this as one. Do not use them!

brain and his crew installed some lighting in our kitchen and did a great job looks great and my wife loves it and his estimate was very fare, when they were done they cleaned up i will use them again for any electrical needs.

Jeremy was in and out of the house really quick. He did awesome and restored power to the rest of our home very quickly. He was extremly quick at figuring out what all was wrong with the power outage to the rest of the home.

I don't have anything against smoking pot, but I would if it was my employees driving around with their girlfriends in my company vehicles smoking out in the open like yours do (:

Fantastic experience. Seeing dimming lights etc. throughout the house is certainly a very disconcerting experience. I thought I knew what the problem was but their tech Fred set me straight. It turned out he found the problem to be with the neutral connection on the JEA pole. Who knew (lol)? Fred kindly called JEA for me to report it and they were here in short order. The JEA guy concurred with Fred's diagnosis and fixed the issue. All is now fine and I can sleep peacefully tonight.
I highly recommend these guys. They are prompt (actually a little early), very competent and very professional and I will certainly call them for any future electrical issues.

A very good friend of mine whose father died, put the house on the market. Hired them to upgrade panel. Got a quote. Panel replaced but next day JEA inspector wanted to see where permit was pulled. No permit had been pulled. RF Elec told him it would be 400 more to get permit. May not be illegal but it is very un ethnical and underhanded. Hints toward blackmail. Since they knew it required a permit in the first place.
