These guys are awesome! We had an emergency come up because of a pool contractor that didn’t do their job. These guys came out immediately and fixed the issue for us. They even installed an extra outlet for us at no charge. And their pricing was great as well. I cannot recommend them enough. These guys really care, which is rare in today’s world.

These guys were highly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They were higher priced than 2 other estimates we had done but worth the extra for peace of mind the job was being done correctly.

I had them give me an estimate and I was very pleased. Highly reputable company. Wesley is a great electrician and I will recommend him to anyone.

Be aware, Bolt Electric will try to force a upsale on you. They will lie to try to get more money. I gave them architectural plans before they quoted me, and Lucas also inspected all work that needed to be done during his initial walk thru/inspection, before he quoted us. He emailed us a quote before any electrical work was started in 02/2021.

Maybe a couple days after they begin working, Sean asked for full payment, and I said no, because I don't feel comfortable paying you in full before the work is completed. Sean let it go, then a couple days go by, Sean asked for payment again. Then I ask him, why are there wires hanging from the ceiling, has all of the plugs been tested? I can't pay you in ful until the job is complete. After the work was almost complete, that's when Lucas approached me for full payment, but now he wants us to pay him extra, but told me to pay the original quote $4,000.00 now, , and he'll figure the new balances later. $1,800.00 extra, almost 50 percent the original quote.

Bolt Electric surprised us later with a extra bill for work that was not outside the scope of the architectural approved plans they've already reviewed. They also billed us again for a job that we hired them to do last February 2020, to get power to the building.

We still haven't seen pics proving their recent random service claim? Is it standard for meter jaws to be replaced once a year?

We didn't expect a bill that would be increased almost 50 percent of the original quote, I was shocked while meeting with Sean yesterday, Bolt Electric employee. As he was asking me for credit card numbers, I was asking him for the price he was charging me. Sean stuttered, and then he showed me the new price. (Sean is one of three employees of Bolt Electric that was on site regularly.)

Lucas, you have my number. I'll pay you the original quote. $1,800.00 extra you want, is a disturbing ridiculous miscalculation, sounds illegal actually. Dude, it's only a 30x40 structure, a box. M.G.

The Crew was Professional, Polite and Extremely Knowledgeable of Job they were doing.

I had electrical work done and they showed up in a timely manner,did excellent work, and helped me make decisions. Kenneth Wright and Santonio Davis are very professional and trustworthy. I will use GNH Electric again, and hopefully I will be lucky enough to have Santonio and Kenneth work with me.

The guys were great; very professional. Great pricing compared to others. Had recessed lighting done. My kitchen has a new life. Will use again for livingroom in the future.

Crew arrived as scheduled and diagnosed issue and fixed short and replaced outlet. Very professional and efficient.

A very good electrical contractor. They treat their employees well. I highly recommend them and I worked for them in the past so I can honestly say they do things right. I have not been coerced or enticed into writing this review. They genuinely care about their workers and they have very qualified electricians.

I'd like to tell you about their work but cannot. Jeff Crawford came out to do an estimate for us. He never followed up with an estimate even after several calls. In fact he never returned any phone calls or responded to emails.

I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them.

John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future

Had an intermittent problem in my meter box which caused lots of screwy problems. They were working with me to troubleshoot the problem when JEA found it (the second JEA guy, the first one said everything in the meter box was fine).They installed a new meter box for me the very next day. As a 40 year electrical engineer I very much appreciate competent capable electricians. Thanks very much guys.

Great employees!

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
This is the second time Choice Home Warranty has assigned Thayer Electrical Services to our problems. So thankful!
