Best New Electric Panel in Jacksonville FL

Ricky & Jason showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had a whole house surge protector installed and they ran the power wires needed and cable needed to mount my TV over my fireplace. Highly recommended! Kudos.

I reached out to several electricians to get a quote for installing a 240 V outlet (NEMA 14-50) in my garage in order to charge an electric car.

Brice was easy to talk to and quickly gave me a quote based on a picture of my breaker box.

I got some other quotes and Advanced Electric of North Florida came in significantly lower than the rest, so I went with them.

They came out and the guys were great and the work was done professionally. I even asked for a tweak to what they were doing (wanted it installed flush mount instead of surface mount, which I hadn't clarified ahead of time) and they were able to accommodate. Would use again.

I called American Electric Jacksonville because I needed security cameras wired into my home. My expierence was very pleasant. I recieved a phone call the morning of that Milton and Joe would be on their way to my home. They got the work done, and I was not charged an arm and a leg. I would definetly recommend using American Electric and I plan to use them again for any future needs.

Be aware, Bolt Electric will try to force a upsale on you. They will lie to try to get more money. I gave them architectural plans before they quoted me, and Lucas also inspected all work that needed to be done during his initial walk thru/inspection, before he quoted us. He emailed us a quote before any electrical work was started in 02/2021.

Maybe a couple days after they begin working, Sean asked for full payment, and I said no, because I don't feel comfortable paying you in full before the work is completed. Sean let it go, then a couple days go by, Sean asked for payment again. Then I ask him, why are there wires hanging from the ceiling, has all of the plugs been tested? I can't pay you in ful until the job is complete. After the work was almost complete, that's when Lucas approached me for full payment, but now he wants us to pay him extra, but told me to pay the original quote $4,000.00 now, , and he'll figure the new balances later. $1,800.00 extra, almost 50 percent the original quote.

Bolt Electric surprised us later with a extra bill for work that was not outside the scope of the architectural approved plans they've already reviewed. They also billed us again for a job that we hired them to do last February 2020, to get power to the building.

We still haven't seen pics proving their recent random service claim? Is it standard for meter jaws to be replaced once a year?

We didn't expect a bill that would be increased almost 50 percent of the original quote, I was shocked while meeting with Sean yesterday, Bolt Electric employee. As he was asking me for credit card numbers, I was asking him for the price he was charging me. Sean stuttered, and then he showed me the new price. (Sean is one of three employees of Bolt Electric that was on site regularly.)

Lucas, you have my number. I'll pay you the original quote. $1,800.00 extra you want, is a disturbing ridiculous miscalculation, sounds illegal actually. Dude, it's only a 30x40 structure, a box. M.G.

Called them, scheduled appointment for the same day and fixed the issue the right way. Very flexible with time, offered me several time windows. In addition to schedule flexibility, they have a VERY reasonable charge for service call and repair. Many Thanks!!!

Had a small but unique job that I had a difficult time getting someone out to look at. Howard Electrical came out to understand the issue and provide a fair estimate for the work. There was also some cutting of stone that was needed in order to fit the new electrical box. They reached out to their network to get it all encompassed and got it done professionally and efficiently. Will certainly reach out again for any electrical needs in the future.

We have used Apple Electric for a lot of projects around our church! They are knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They get the job done in a timely manner. For all of these reasons and more we keep calling Apple Electric back!

We had Dependent Electric do an Electrical install on a Mobile Home.I told Bryan,the owner that the zoning wanted it to be a specfic way which meant relocating the wire FROM ABOVE GROUND to UNDERGROUND,Bryan said that the way zoning wanted it was not to code,and he would check on it.He came out the next day and installed the power under the old guidelines.I paid him in full the same day.Zoning showed up the next day for inspection AND IT FAILED because Bryan didn't do it to code.Dependent Electric said they would file for a variance,after 5 months of calls to Dependent Electric and no results Dependent Electric being told they had'nt heard anything, we find out Dependent Electric NEVER FILED FOR THE VARIANCE ,so 2 more months of going back and forth 7 months total the zoning FINALLY compromise simply because they had been to my home 5 times in that 7 months.Lesson learned,don't pay for service until it passes the inspection and then Dependent Electric will get it right to get paid.The quality of work Dependent Electric does is excellent,it was just done incorrectly and Dependent Electric didn't want to fix their mistake as it was already paid.I won't use them again

Would recommend Spectrum Wireworks for any electrical needs. They were direct, honest, incredibly fast, and made sure my roughly 100 year old house had completely updated and legal electrical service.

This is my families company. Aside from that , everyone here is absolutely respectful and professional. They definitely know what they are doing , in the sense of the work they do . They won't disappoint ! You will not be let down if you choose them for your needs.

John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. I highly recommend Elite, and especially John Keaton!

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to.
