Lighting hit a tree and knocked out a few things but the dryer was not coming on. They were efficient and checked lines, repaired the plug to the dryer. All is working great. I had asked for Paul but he was caught on another project so Ricky and Cody were the service team sent. They were wonderful! I highly recommend American Electrical!!Even the Cat Charley liked them! LOL!Thank you!

I first used David Gray for some AC issues they were great so I happened to mention needing an electrician and My AC guy Mike said we have those too! James was the electrician that came out did the assessment and priced everything for me! He came back did the first list of work and came back this last time with a helper who was also Great! The price was spot on nothing changed the service was great James and the team are awesome! He even survived hearing my 16 year old daughter flipping out LOL LOL they are now family.

The men arrived promptly, learned what I wanted, and did it. They were friendly & pleasant. The whole experience went well.

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldn't schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, I'll call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

I looked out the window and saw a guy with a backpack and a guy with a cloth lunch bag. I thought they were homeless, no, they were my electricians. They looked at my panel and said they found the problem and went to get parts to fix it. What they worked on did not resolve my problem. I called and told them this and they sent out two more guys the next day (they looked more professional and had tools with them). turns out, they could not figure out my problem either. So called again and for three days they said they would be back out, however they never came back. I called another company and with a glance, they diagnosed my problem (panel needed to be replaced) and had it fixed in one day. So dealing with Jax Electrical cost me two days of work and they could not figure out what the problem was. You be the judge as to whether you would use them or not.

I hired them to rehang 6 simple fixtures I had taken down to paint. So, literally just reattach the wires + screws. They had 2 men here for 1 hour, needed one simple part and the bill was $459 or something in that neighborhood. I thought that was excessive but I didn't ask ahead, so opted to see it as a lesson to myself to get quote prior to install next time. I forgot this is post covid and business owners are taking advantage of consumers because they think they can blame the economy and our politicians. In any event, the real kicker here is they reinstalled correctly and then acted like I was an angry unreasonable customer when I called to schedule redo. That didn't go well so I sent the owner an email explaining the situation. He never replied. I followed up one time given that it's the busiest time of year and I gave consideration to the fact that he may be going in too many directions. No response to date...........sorry to report the bad news this business has been around a long time.
