Best Home Inspection in Jacksonville FL

I had American Electrical Contracting (Chris Padgett) install two ceiling fans and five light fixtures. It was quite a big job and in a brand new house. They were amazing!!! So professional, on time. Job well done. They were one of the best service companies I have ever hired. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Excellent work. Great attitude. The guy who came and gave the quote (Billy Lovelace) also does work on the job--unusual. But that means he really knows what he is quoting. Not the cheapest, but they do solid work and leave the place like they found it. I had a number of annoying smallish jobs, but they treated each one as important. I will absolutely hire them again.

All around great experience. The scheduling team was responsive to my timing needs to install a chandelier. The install team was punctual and very attentive to details to make sure the ceiling had no marks and all worked before they left. Very satisfied.

I’ve know Lucas Thomas going on now probably in the ball park of 10 years and to call him my go to electrician wouldn’t do him justice. He’s more then my electrician he’s now become a family friend and is like my brother. I no longer ask him for a price when it comes to any repair I just tell him to take care of me and he does. He shows up on time, is clean cut and respectful and most important he’s not a salesman. He’s an honest upfront electrician that makes great recommendations for safety and functionality purposes. He recommends items and when I say no he’s not pushy or gets mad like other companies I’ve used, he just says ok and makes sure I understand these items are important and should get fixed in the near future. I trust him with my family’s safety 110%.

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didn't ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didn't get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasn't moved on to something he'll be happy doing in his life.
His associate was very nice too.

Rich, the owner of Burbank responded to our call on a Sunday. We had lost power in 1 room. He arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem, repaired it and went the extra mile to investigate another issue that he was able to fix that restored our cable and internet as we thought it was a Comcast issue that turned out to be a tripped breaker. He is professional and really good at his work. We will call him for all our electrical needs. Thank you Burbank!!

I'm a general contractor and I've used a lot of electricians. Bryan and his company are top notch. They are honest, dependable, hard-working and competent. He's a great guy, but don't tell him I ever said that. Keep up the good work fellas (and girl)! I don't hesitate to recommend Dependent Electric every chance I get.

A Schuman Electric was the company that rewired my whole house. At first this company was good about following up with work, but now I’ve called them and they won’t respond back with any information regarding the last bit of remaining work. Still waiting to here back from them to run the existing wiring they left in my attic (somewhere, and good luck finding it buried under the insulation) out to my patio and install fans.
Also on a side note while installing all of my outlets workers literally poked holes in the brand new and painted drywall for some unknown reason... the wires they needed were all prefeed into the electrical boxes. I had to have drywall guys and painters come back to my home and repair all of those areas. Not to mention I also had to have ceiling repairs done because they installed a light in the wrong location that would allow for the attachment of a recessed light. I also had to have brick masons come out and repair brick mortar because they drilled through it to run electrical outside and ran two exterior outlets within three feet of one another. The list can continue but what I really want is for the work to be finished and done in a correct and professional manor. Please feel free to schedule to come back out to the house anytime that’s convenient to you Mr. John Schuman, because obviously it’s not about what’s good for the customer.

My husband had them come out for an estimate over two weeks ago, which they did. They said they’d follow up and provide the estimate. Nothing. We followed up and no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

We recently had to have our home completely rewired and owning an older home presented a lot of challenges. Fred and Matt came up with a great plan with very minimal impact on the home's walls and floors; minimizing the amount of drywall work that needed to be done after they were finished. Very flexible in dealing with sudden changes in the original
estimate and made some suggestions that greatly improved and updated our entire electrical system. The end result was amazing and we HIGHLY
recommend them for any electrical issues!!!!!!!!!!!!

John Keaton from Elite Electrical came to work at our house this morning. He arrived a little bit early, so we didn’t have to wait. He reviewed all the tasks with us and we showed him where things were. He was respectful and courteous, and he clearly knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and took care of everything we needed, including replacing outlets, repairing junction box wiring, and bringing our electrical panel to code. I highly recommend Elite, and especially John Keaton!
