Best Generator Repairs in Jacksonville FL

I am thoroughly angry with the unprofessionalism of David Gray. We closed on a house (last week) that had its panel replaced by David Gray's service, and per our inspection there were defects with the panel. These were resolved or so we thought. I have been calling/emailing for weeks now as we have been experiencing even more problems with the fixed panel and FINALLY today got ahold of a scheduler who told me that, since we had closed, the warranty was expired and we would have to pay the repair on their broken work.

To say I'm upset is an understatement. If they had scheduled me 4 weeks ago when I first reached out, my panel would've been under warranty. It all feels like a cash grab- but for work that they messed up in the first place. Do not use this company, go with someone who guarantees their work.

The men arrived promptly, learned what I wanted, and did it. They were friendly & pleasant. The whole experience went well.

Frank was a wonderful guy , he inspected some of my issues and i will be doing a full rewiring on my home soon. but his customer service was wonderful, he showed up on time and made the best recommendations to get the job done , and as soon as i get the money i will get it done, i now see why they have such great reviews ! I was looking for an electrician to put a outlet in my wall for a television I am going to hang on wall. I didn't want the power cable to show because my existing outlet was near the baseboard of the wall. I called American Electric and from the moment they I made contact with them they were extremely courteous and professional. When the technicians came to my home they were once again extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and HONEST. They were diligent workers practiced social distancing, got a clear understanding of what I needed done, explained in detail how they could do what I needed and then in 20 minutes had completed the job perfectly. Then to top it all off, they were reasonably priced. I had called a few other company's and they were literally quoting me DOUBLE for the work that I needed done. So needless to say I am so grateful I kept searching until I found American Electric. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs electrical work done at there home, they were truly a blessing to me and I will DEFINITELY hire them again to do any electrical work that I need done in the future.

I'm a contractor and I reached out to GNH to see if they could hook me up with a generator for a new house we're building for a client. The girl who booked my appointment (Jill) was friendly and helpful. The electrician (Doug) walked the job with me and my client. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to help us with size recommendations, but based on his knowledge of local codes, he suggested the best placement as well. My client was impressed and so was I. Also, the prices are very competitive and we intend to move forward with GNH.

NH Electric installed our 120v switch for our new tankless water heater. Matt Reid was very professional & friendly & the job was completed very efficiently!

The work that I got done was quick and professional, my complaint is, the technician had ran a new wire from the fuse box to the water heater and added a secondary box plus so other work . Thinking everything was good I didnt pay any attention to it because I had plumbing issues one resolved focus on the water tank and its not getting hot, use my multimeter and seen it was getting power I spent all this extra money on a water heater thermostat and heating elements, to find out it was the new 10/2 wire ran had a lump in it up in the Attic I know I voided my warranty when I cut it open to see and it was broke lead wire for the water heater,and pulled the wire out .this is not a bad mouth review just an experience I had. Everything seems to be working now after I ran a new wire myself.. I would use them in the future again if need be.

Mr Burbank was absolutely professional, prompt and responsive to my electrical needs. Problem was resolved permanently in only a few hours. Quality replacement materials were installed with sincer pride of craftsman and cleanup completed.

Outstanding service. Left and came back with the part same day....highly recommended. Luis has fix the motor light and jacuzzi in less than a hour knew the problem and show you every step of the way. You never feel like your getting rob.

Fantastic experience. Seeing dimming lights etc. throughout the house is certainly a very disconcerting experience. I thought I knew what the problem was but their tech Fred set me straight. It turned out he found the problem to be with the neutral connection on the JEA pole. Who knew (lol)? Fred kindly called JEA for me to report it and they were here in short order. The JEA guy concurred with Fred's diagnosis and fixed the issue. All is now fine and I can sleep peacefully tonight.
I highly recommend these guys. They are prompt (actually a little early), very competent and very professional and I will certainly call them for any future electrical issues.
