I was very pleased with the service I received both when calling to make the appointment and when Kyle and Tyler came for the appointment.

I called to have a outdoor outlet replaced and a new bubble cover for the outlet. Tim, the electrician found that water had leaked through the old electrical sealant that caused the outlet to be damaged from the rain. He was very meticulous making sure the new outlet he installed was sealed well preventing rain water from entering between the masonry wall and the bubble cover of the outlet. The work he did was clean and flawless and his two apentice's were very friendly. All three of them used masks and proper distance for the virus.
David Gray Electrical also installs surge protection breakers, lighting protection, replaces electrical panel boxes and electrical service from your JEA meter to your new panel box in your home.

American Electric of Jacksonville is the electric company to use. I am a commercial painting contractor, and this is the company that is usually on the job too. I know they also do residential because I had two issues at my house, and they easily fixed them. Wes is very knowledgeable. Ask for him.

Second time we’ve had the pleasure of asking them for assistance. Both times they are professional, extremely knowledgeable, punctual, timely and thorough with their task. They also have great communication skills able to explain any problems you may be experiencing done to an elementary understanding if needed. If we ever need help again we know who to call.

On time, professional, and will answer any questions you have. I had aluminum wiring with wall switches to turn on coffee pot from bed room. and other fancy stuff. It was high tech when house was built in 1973. Another company backed out the day before they were to show after waiting 3 weeks. Reason being that this wiring I had was Master Electrician level to disconnect. Call Empire by mistake but told them my problem anyway. They were out in less than 3 days to do the work for slightly less than other company quoted me for. I am sold on this company and will have them back if I ever need any electrical work to be done. I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, got straight to work, diagnosed the problem, and got to it. Found issues with panel and repaired those as well. I feel confident in McGuire's work and will only use them in the future. Would highly reccomend to anyone in the future.

I am not the kind of person to leave rebiews for every little thing, but this is crossing all the lines of customer serbice... Used them last year and figgured to call them again. I called for service 11.20.17 in the morning and talk to the answering service(can not reach an actual Howard electric person), no call back, called the next day, called the day after, then it was Thanksgiving(didn't call) called on Friday and called on the following Monday 11.27.17. Talled to thr answering service each time. Nobody bothered to call me back, up until today 11.28.17. Today they just sent me an email(nobody bothered to call). Asked them if somebody can call me back so i can talk to somebody, another email.... Should you need an electrical service, do yourself a favour and call somebody else, somebody that will follow up with call back at least. Thanks for reading

Had a problem with my fuse box. They were quick to respond, friendly and professional. Most importantly, the problem was fixed in a timely manner.

5/5 - I won’t use anyone else and would recommend Spectrum to anyone in a heartbeat! I had some electrical upgrades to a sub panel including grounding and additional circuits (residential property). Their responsiveness, timeliness, communication and install are all top notch. If you live in Jacksonville, this is THE company you should use for any electric work!

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
This is the second time Choice Home Warranty has assigned Thayer Electrical Services to our problems. So thankful!

Great company. I needed to get some work done and it was done at a competitive price and I didn't have any surprises! Glad that I found them - I always refer them to others.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

I met with Johnny after he gave me a quote to do some much needed work on my new home. I went over a few additional items I wanted done and he took notes, and I asked for an updated quote with the additional work listed as well. One week later, I hadn't heard back from them. I called and he said he had been busy and would get me the quote as soon as he could. Fast forward 2 more weeks, I hadn't heard anything back. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me they'd get in touch with him and give me a call back by that afternoon. That was over a week ago!

Either they can't/don't want to do the work and refuse to just say so, or have absolute terrible scheduling/note taking practices. Either way, we're going with someone else who actually wants to take my money! I consider myself a pretty loyal customer to someone who treats me right, so they definitely lost a lifelong customer with that move.
