Best Commercial Electrical Service in Jacksonville FL

I was having some weird problems with my electrical. Called American Electrical Contracting and had two electricians out within 3 hours of my call. Kyle and Chris came to the rescue. Extremely professional and honest. They fixed the big issue and gave a quote on another. Big thanks to them and I’ll use them again if needed.

Installation team showed up late, was told the tech had an emergency. Found out it was due to working on a trouble call for a previous job. They tried to reschedule for another but I took the day off work for install. Tech showed at 1 PM, then the apprentice went to lunch. They worked late got system running. Came back on Monday to finish, finished the job, left hardware all over the steps in garage, wife stepped on them doing laundry, didn't clean up. Had to return, tech didn't blow out the drain line properly and it clogged, replaced thermostat unnecessarily, failed city inspection, they fixed it. Today went to change the filter, I asked tech what the size was, he told me it came with one and it was installed. None installed, been running month, now coils are dirty, Salesman quit, supposed to fix it tomorrow. We shall see, until then off to Lowes to get a filter. I was going to have them do some electrical work, not now. The people were nice and the air has run very well since install. Its just been frustrating. Saga continued today, 9/24 received call from my wife who was angry she was chewed out by the owner for my review, I retuned the call and an argument ensued with the end result being 1. Owner stated he was going to send a tech out to show me how to clean the filter, um sorry sir, there was no filter, your tech didn't finish the job. 2. Owner noticed where I work using caller ID, made derogatory comment about Civil Service workers, liked my money though. Finally and most importantly this unit has a 1 yr parts and labor warranty and 10 years part from the manufacture,r the owner left me with the impression he would not honor the warranty. Caveat Emptor people, Buyer Beware. My comments about being happy and satisfied in his reponse are in regards to having A/C when it was the hottest part of summer. As for smearing a company, this is the first Google Review I have ever given in my life, no intention to smear but to inform others about our experiences dealing with this organization.

Mr Burbank was absolutely professional, prompt and responsive to my electrical needs. Problem was resolved permanently in only a few hours. Quality replacement materials were installed with sincer pride of craftsman and cleanup completed.

Very happy with Jax Electrical Service. I had 3 ceiling fans replaced and 2 light fixtures. Good quality and reasonably priced. David was professional and friendly, very thankful to have found them!

Super friendly people and very reasonably priced. I had them change out a breaker panel on the house I was selling and they were the cheapest quote I got by a long shot, and they did quality work. I called them again when I got into my new house and had them do quite a few small jobs. While they were at my house working on things they were very flexible with everything and didnt seem to mind helping me troubleshoot minor issues as I discovered them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great electricians! They did a lot of work for us including replace ceiling fans and changing out numerous lights to led recessed lights. They also installed recessed lights in several rooms. Great guys who do high quality work!
