Best Commercial Electrical Repair in Jacksonville FL

After an initial issue with my first appointment where it was missed and they somehow had my phone number wrong to call me to reschedule, we had American Electrical out the next day and Kyle and Jesse turned it around and did a great job for us. We had a hot tub wiring set up and added a can for lighting above our shower and had a light fixture replaced. Kyle even saved the day when the hot tub was leaking water and he got a look inside and plugged the tube back where it was supposed to be and the problem was solved. Awesome! We've used AEC several times before and they are our go to when we need electrical work. Their work is consistently good and priced fairly. They even give return customers a discount for loyalty as well. Highly recommended.

I've been calling around looking for quotes on a fairly simple routing job, and I hadn't gotten much luck until calling American Electric. The staff were very friendly and helpful , the quote was fair, and the high level of professionalism is what I expect from masters of their trade. Worst mistake I ever made using this company they will nickel and dime you to death they will cheat you and I don’t know what they’re doing I had them out here several times and they couldn’t fix the problem but they can always charge me for more and more take my advice save your money save a hard ache never I mean never use this company

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.
