I called to inquire about some minor electrical repairs for my rental property. I provided them with my contact and billing info. We agreed payment could be made by check on the day of service. 2 hours later they called me and said they need the address of my personal residence so that they can come after me if the check bounces. I’m a landlord and use a PO Box for my business. I gave them the PO Box address and contact information. I explained to them that my personal residence is confidential. Then they declined the job. I’ve been a landlord for 12 years and, until now, never had a contractor pre-judge and treat me like a thief. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

We thoroughly appreciated the work that technician Travis Natterer provided. He was very informative while explaining the process and was extremely thorough. The only issues we had with this company were mostly with customer service and are as follows:After we were approved for financing, we were having issues getting permitting and inspection (Clay County)- when we were initially informed of this they were very nice and apologetic. We continued having issues (were without power) for 3 days and when we called the last two times, we felt as though the customer service had declined because they had completed the work and collected the money- we felt they were not as interested in assisting us and made us feel as if we were a nuisance.Secondly, when we applied for financing, we did so by filling out half of the application on paper and the other half over the phone. When we received the card and financing information from Synchrony Bank, my name was spelled incorrectly (Kasandra) which I felt was a careless mistake on the part of the employee who took our information over the phone.All in all, we have our power back, the actual service of the technician was phenomenal- however- the customer service could use a little work.

Great electric company being a construction company we always need the perfect electric company for our jobs and it is this company. I love the office staff and every employee this company has. I recommend this company for all your electric needs.

NH Electric responded to my request quickly,, appointment was 2 days after first contact! Lewis and Matt are both quite professional, friendly and thorough. Replaced 3 light fixtures efficiently. Completely a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend and hire them for future projects!

If you value your time and money at all, you will never, ever deal with this company and their dishonest, overpriced practices. We were charged for four hours of labor when only an hour of work was performed. I believe in rewarding hard work and would have gladly paid the quoted price if the time quoted was the time the job took to perform. When my wife contacted the business owner to discuss the work that was performed and how we were overcharged since the tech was only at our house for an hour instead of the quoted four, the owner was rude and raised his voice many times, lied when saying that he checked a gps system to confirm four hours of work, and, after my wife informed him that she would be leaving poor reviews about him and his company, he stated that thousands of complaints were posted about him online monthly and that he was basically welcoming the reviews. Wow. I could not believe his audacity. Some people have never learned the value of customer service and this guy is quite possibly the worst.

My wife informed him that she would be posting information on the web to inform unaware users to not use this company. I implore you to reconsider if you have any inkling of desire to use this company. Perhaps we are unlucky with having to deal with the owner and tech that we did... But our experience has been that they are the absolute worst, and we've used plenty of different companies taking care of rental properties and this is by far the worst and the first I've ever felt a need to write a negative review about because of their practices. We will be filing a BBB complaint to hopefully put more exposure out about this terrible excuse for a business and for the poor practices by the business proprietor. It is a real shame that we have to take this action.

TL;DR Avoid this company at all costs.

Lin's Electrical was contracted by the company that installed my a/c unit to complete some work that had to be performed on my breaker panel. However, there was some confusion as to what was to be done. My hats off to Ray and his assistant Elijah for their patience to wait prior to proceeding until I was able to contact a technician with the a/c company to explain to them the actual work order. Ray and Elijah then proceeded to complete the work. During their entire stay they were patient and accorded themselves in a professional manner, explaining what they did and answered all my questions. Even though it turned out to be a relatively small work order, I appreciated how they handled themselves.

I'm not usually one to do this but license plate jaz g46 has some serious road rage and to be in a company car is a law suit waiting to happen

Came late on a Friday afternoon when our oven started sparking. Identified the problem quickly, solved it, and provided us with a part we didn’t have (even though it wasn’t part of the problem). Truly a joy to interact with, I’ll never call anyone else.

We had an emergency our breakers kept going off to our lights and sump pump and we’re afraid of fire. They sent out an electrician that afternoon which was just in the nick of time before the storms. The electrician fixed our problem professionally.

Had them put a ceiling fan in last week and replace a few switches for me. Great guys at a good prices .
