Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Called in to get an estimate for outlet issues in our home and instead of going straight to costs, the gentleman I spoke to explained the root cause and helped me fix the issue on my own. I had called multiple other places to get an idea of costs prior to calling on time electric and nobody else offered that kind of customer service. Will be calling them back for future electric issues.

Thus is my second time using Mr Sparky and both technicians were great. Michael did a great job—very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have nothing negative to say from the initial assessment to the work being done.I was walked through the entire process and what to expect. When they came to work on my house They answered all my questions and respected my privacy by asking me if it was ok to enter rooms before Knocking on doors or just walking in.

This is the second time we've used Harmony. The technician that came out, Raul, was courteous and efficient. The prices are also quite reasonable -- I was really expecting the cost to be a bit higher for the job than it was. Good service, good value, can't beat that :)

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

Our power went out and I needed an electrician as fast as possible, but the electrician who came to my home initially was not a good fit for our project. I had to wait all day for him to show up and he argued with me about a few things before leaving. Luckily, when I called the electrician later that night, he was able to come over and complete the job in time.

They did an excellent job of installing a light fixture. They were quite competent. Every stage of the procedure, beginning with the visit to my home for the quotation, was conducted professionally. The area was left immaculate and ready for use because they arrived on time and finished the task quickly.

Great experience, good price. He communicated to me every step of the way. I have another job I will have him do as well. customer service is the winning hand.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

Angel diagnosed the issue with my flickering lights and resolved the problem in just a few minutes.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!
