Paul Richard Electric is top shelf. I placed a call from Maine to see if he could help out my father, a senior adult. I explained that the electrical problem Dad was facing needed a professional. He didn't hesitate one second. Don't worry sir I'll see your father tomorrow. He honestly gave a very fair estimation of what a call would with that type of work be, and what the he would check and a course of action that the job would require. He displayed confidence, reassurance and integrity that is getting rarer by the day.

From calling to schedule through the repair the whole team was courteous, knowledgeable and expedient in arriving to asses and complete the work needed. He thoroughly explained everything he was working on and discussed every repair with me in great detail - he even let me record his explanations on my phone so I could communicate the info to my husband who was at work! He was well prepared and after the initial visit, he completed all the work in 1 day (including set up with the utility co). Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

Nextdoor has been a breath of fresh air. They have immediate appointments available and their electricians show up during the window quoted. The electricians we have had the pleasure of interacting with are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful (Tae, Salat, and Andres). Salat, in particular, took his time to discuss the issues he found with us and made some great recommendations. We will gladly use Nextdoor for our electrical needs.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Oscar and his team were wonderful! I explained what I wanted for my garden lights and they made it happen! The estimate was quick and accurate. They work was professional and fast. They also were able to accommodate the extra work I thought of while they were there. I will be using them for years to come!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I spoke to Fidel (the owner ) who was recommended by David Weekly contractor for a ceiling fan not working.Fidel asked me if I had reset the ceiling fan before he sent someone out and I said I had.One of his guys came out and pulled a chain and said he had fixed the problem!!!! Couple hours later the fan stopped working again so I called Texas electricians again and they said they would send someone out again at no charge as long as it was the same fan not working, which it was. I called two days later to see when they would be coming out and Fidel said they would charge another fee since they would be coming out. I explained that was not what his employee said and that it was the same fan. He said the fan was working when the electrician left so he would charge another fee even if his employee did not get to the bottom of the problem to begin with.I would not recommend this company to any one and I should have gone with another highly recommended company and not by the fact that they worked with David Weekly!!!!
