This was a great choice; two tech’s showed up which was good as I had 5 ceiling fans to install-including 1 external up high location. Very friendly and professional; while going inside / outside they would wear covers over their shoes being careful not to soil the home floors. Price was good and well worth as they saved me time & stress. No regrets!

Salat did an excellent job installing a surge protector on my electrical panel. After a surge tripped too many breakers one night we deemed it well worth the money to ensure I don’t loose appliances, etc. Salat was courteous, thorough and efficient. He replaced a ceiling fan and fixed a smoke alarm with a loose wire as well as change the battery in one that was unreachable for me. He left the areas clean. I have used On- Time before and will use them again as well as recommended them to anyone who needs dependable service.

Very professional timely response and resolution of the issue

I am opening a coffee shop without a general contractor for the buildout. Halfway in my electrician bailed the job. I then have dealt with many electricians in town to finish the job and have realized how much you can be ripped off by these guys. Finally I found Dennis and Laura. Best people I have ever met. They charge you for the fair amount, not trying to scare you with other potential problems just to make more money. Try other electricians and you will know! These are honest and genuine people, and I really appreciate them considering how cruel the construction market is..

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Our power went out and I needed an electrician as fast as possible, but the electrician who came to my home initially was not a good fit for our project. I had to wait all day for him to show up and he argued with me about a few things before leaving. Luckily, when I called the electrician later that night, he was able to come over and complete the job in time.

This review is not based on the company's service, but for their aggressive electrician's driving. Tailgating people then driving past them mouthing obscenities does not help the image of your company that you work for. Knowing the type of road rage they have makes their actual services very questionable if they can't stay professional when driving a company vehicle. Not to mention it's raining heavily with heavy traffic on the freeway that can lead to possible accidents

Had Melton Electric show up at a commercial job and check and breaker. The business is 2 min from there main office. We were present when they showed up. You were there for not even 10 min, but charge 173 dollars and didn't even turn a screw driver. I don't know how you do business like that. WHAT A RIP OFF. I'll pay because it's owed. We are a Military based and veteran operated. Thanks for you over priced time.
