I was totally unprepared and clueless about what to do when our house suddenly lost power on Sunday. I called several electricians that open 24 hours and left messages or spoke to customer services who promised an electrician will call me. Paul was the only one called back and so patiently guided me to self-diagnose the problem. I am so grateful because he is not only so kind but so understanding. He is the only electrician I will go to in the future as I won’t even bother trying anyone.

During the initial scheduling and visit A1 was able to work me in same day and accommodate my schedule.Electrician Matthew arrived on time, diagnosed the issues and made the repairs while being very professional, transparent and detailed oriented with explanation of work done and future work to be performed.Invoice and receipt sent and completed prior to departure.

Jorge was sent to help assist us and he was so kind, patient and professional. Provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. He took his time to explain to us terminology, the mechanics of our home wiring and answered every question. We contacted Harmony Electric for help with a rental property. The electrician promptly set an appointment and evaluated the house. He outlined the problems, gave me three options to fix the problems and what each option would require (e.g., labor, cost, time, etc.). We agreed to an option and he completed the work within the week. Not only were we pleased but the renter was happy with the professionalism and quality of work. These guys were referred by another contractor as doing quality work. We hired them to do some outdoor lighting installation at our home. Their attention to detail and aesthetics was top notch. They held themselves accountable for their work by taking the time to do it right. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their attitudes were positive and friendly. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.
