When two of our plugs went out. We did not know the extent of the problem we had. Apparently when our house was built, then plugs were not installed correctly. Also found that we were suppose to have fire alarms installed in all rooms. The electricians installed all of this for us and got our house up to modern safety standards. Also after finished the upgrade, found that a fault plug in the kitchen was set at too low of an amperage, so the electrician increased the amperage with another plug. We were very impressed with Mister Sparky service. Thank you guys.UPDATE: Our refrigerator kept tripping the GFCI Switch that was in the same circuit. I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. He returned later and was very helpful to us with locating exactly which breakers do what and all the questions we had. Thanks Right Touch

Generally, I have been pleased with the service provided by Wired. However, due to poor communication from the technicians, my most recent experience to have a light fixture installed ended up costing much more than was reasonable! Long story short - the first technician determined that a light fixture could not be repaired, but had to be replaced. I purchased what I thought was the correct fixture based upon his guidance; the next technician determined that it was, in fact, not the correct fixture, therefore requiring another trip charge. So 3 trip charges later, and after 2 trips to the hardware store, the correct fixture was installed.As I do not have any electrical expertise, I depend upon the technicians to provide me with good information, but that didn't happen in this case. Trip charges and fuel/toll charges add up in a hurry! I will certainly be sure to be provided with better information in the future.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. I received a quote over the phone to install a chandelier in my kitchen. The pricing was reasonable, so I booked an appointment. An hour before the appointment, I received a call to confirm prior to the electrician arriving. The electrician arrived at the exact appointed time (very rare these days). The work was done professionally and I'll be calling these guys back for any electrical work needed in the future.

House of Power did my new home. I was not totally happy with my builder but they did a great electrical job. During construction they were very helpful with great ideas for a finished product that my wife and I could not vision during construction. After our house closed we had no issues with their work. They also came in and finished out our bonus room and were right on target with other bids. Great expierience overall

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical).
